I have been going here for at least 3 years now. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend this place.

I just visited Miracle-Ear for the first time today. I am 63 years old and was told by a competitor that I had some hearing loss a couple years ago. Rodney, who was pleasant from start to finished did my test and told me my hearing was fine. I have 12% hearing loss which falls in the okay range. I really appreciate him not trying to sell me something that I did not need as of yet. I will continue to have my hearing checked and always seek Rodneys opinion. Thank you Rodney and Miracle-Ear.E. This is my third set of hearing aids. This is not only the best set I have ever had, but everyone here is so helpful. They have got me In in emergency when needed it real quick.

I purchased my hearing aids at Florence store andHave never had anything but the best service and professionalism. Both employees show concern for me and my issues with the hearing aids which has been very minimal. Just minor adjustments etc. I am very happy with my purchase and so is my family that I can now communicate without everyone having to repeat everything they say!!

I always look forward to my appointment Jackie greats by name when I enter store.Rodney always greets you with a smile.He is very professional and puts me at ease. He serviced my hearing aids.Answers all my questions.A great company I enjoy doing business with.

Nice enough people but Im not paying $5700.00 for a sound amplifier. I have fantastic insurance and it wont one dime. I wouldnt waist my time unless your rich! Even then, my hearing would have to be a lot worse to pay that kind of money!

People are very friendly. Service is good. Would recommend.
