Drew the Owner and property manager was awesome. Very friendly, outgoing and made you feel welcome. Very clean and secure storage units. The space we rented was very clean and sealed from the weather to protect our belongings. Was reasonably priced and with auto pay dont have to worry about missing a month due to living life. I have worked with Drew for all of my matters at Cardinal Storage and I have had nothing short of an outstanding experience. I wish ALL businesses operated as his does. The first month I moved in I noticed a small water bubble in the insulation of my unit, I called Drew and he had a team there to fix it the next day and gave me a discount for being a good customer and reporting the issue.(WOW so kind!! its not like any of my stuff was effected but he said he wanted to do that for me as it was the right thing to do) I told Drew probably 3 times that I was ready to move out so he could find someone for my unit. However, my circumstances continuously pushed back our move date BUT Drew was OK with that, no additional charges or rush to move was ever applied. I had added a card to be charged monthly but a fluke in the computer system did not add the card as my automatic withdraw so I got charged a late fee, I called Drew to work out the problem and he felt terrible as well as reversed the late fee. Im telling you, good business goes a million miles!! I would come back to Cardinal Storage to store anything, and will always recommend them to family and friends.

I absolutely loved having my stuff here! Didn’t have no moisture issues at all everything stays completely dry so there is no worry about mold. The grounds were always taken care of and I never saw any bugs or mice which is also another positive! Drew is very helpful and friendly there’s been many times he’s helped me in more ways than one so that I am grateful for! I will definitely be storing my belongings here again!!

Cardinal Storage not only had the lowest prices I found, but also pleasantly surprising the facility and units are new and very clean. Drew runs the office, he is a genuinely nice guy, and very helpful.

Great customer service. They aren’t scared to send you away to other competitors if they think you’ll get a better deal. Was trying to get a 5X5 storage and all they had was a 10X20 so he told us about other storage places but they didn’t have the same welcoming feeling and their prices were much much higher.

Drew is the most outgoing well mannered business man, we have ever delt with. We highly recommend Cardinal Storage for your needs. Very clean and well maintained and Drew is always on site open to close doing some type of cleaning as to blowing leaves or debris away from all storage units. If I could give 10 stars I would. We were very HAPPY with our stay at Cardinal Storage.
