Really helpful staff. However, after I canceled my unit for the next month, I still got charged. Went up to the office to question about why I got charged, got told I would have a refund by the end of the week and I still don’t. I went Sunday. It’s Friday. However, the friendliness of the staff is so amazing and the helpfulness is also great.

Great overall experience. After suddenly moving my daughter out of her dorm room, we were able to rent a small storage room for things she will use again in the Fall. The process was quick and easy. The manager was very nice and helpful.

This a great storage especially since I’m a college student. They are patient, they work with you even at the last minute. I have not had a problem with them and i don’t plan to. Thanks for the great service you all provide.
