My visit to the Verizon store in Flower Mound was a plesant zurprise! All of the staf is so weloming and friendly (even if one was not helping me personally, theystill greeted with a smile, and a welome to Verizon. I have worked in customer service since I was a teen, but in recent history, have come to the belief that goodcustomer service is a lost art. But,from the monent I entered the building, the onsite crew worked to re-established my faith in humanity. Lewis, Scott, and Kalib were all so knowledgable, and helpfull. They were patient with me. Never condisending or focused on unrelated issues. I came in to upgrade to the S21plus. And although they were outof stock, they offered to have it ordered or even go to another branch, pick one up, and bring it back for me. Unheared of! You just dont see that kind of service anymore. They made me feel confident about something I believed might have been more than I could handle.nefore arriving These guys are Top notch. They have the rare ability to make you believe they Know their stuff!, while never making you feel stupid that you might not know yours. I would definately look forward to due business with them in the future, and tell all of my friends and family. If I owned my own business, I would try to fill it with seversal people just like them., and rull the world. hehe. WELL DONE!, and thank you for not allowing Vorizon to enter my personal boycott list of companies I dred to deal with(wich has become numerous in thee past 5 to 10 years. Diego was absolutely fantastic with helping me set up a brand new phone plan. He was up front and honest about pricing and double checked with me to make sure I got exactly what I walked in there wanting without any salesperson vibe at all. I’d probably buy anything he sold me because he was just genuine and so relatable throughout the process. He was also patient when I didn’t know my old company’s account number for about 20 minutes of me awkwardly fumbling and calling family to get it confirmed to get off their plan. Then, when the phone wasn’t working at set up, he was polite to his own customer service reps. Before he called, he told me what he assumed the issue we were having would be but wanted to make sure I walked out happy, as both he and the person on the line worked together to find a solution. My phone actually had issues connecting to my other company’s network way back when I got it the first time a year ago with my other company, so I’m not surprised it was work to get it going at first too. Honestly, the over an hour and a half I spent with Diego getting ready to switch plans on my end and then making sure everything set up right was so comfortable that I get like I walked out leaving a new friend and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. I’m happy I switched, not only for the improved coverage, but for the fantastic in person customer experience. If my friends need to switch phone plans, I’d tell them to go to that exact store to get the same surprisingly relaxing experience I got.

Purchased a $1,000 Samsung Galaxy s20 last night only to receive a rude awakening that I have to purchase an additional $10 tray the next morning (via Amazon) after the one that they provided in the store could not even fit an expandable microSD slot.Nice people, but if you actually want things done right. Please go elsewhere.

I have been with Verizon for 18 years. Not all Verizon Wireless stores are equal... the Flower Mound store (specifically Shawn) stands out from the rest I have dealt with. The store closest to me obviously do not want to earn business; glad I found this store. Shawn went to great lengths to help me select, order and then activate my new phone. He graciously stayed almost an hour past closing to work out technical issues with my new phone setup—remained patient and gracious even when it became apparent I caused the issue. Shawn has earned my future business.
They are supposed to be open at 10:00 am. But it is 10:10 and they are still closed.You can not find their schedule anywhere else. And the website still says it opens at 10:00 am. I find this disrespectful to others peoples time.

I wanted to switch carriers, trade in a phone. The customer rep really helped me. He was able to switch me over, was patient with me getting all the information he needed. And his follow up with how my experience was and any questions or concerns I had was awesome. So far so good with my new carrier, saving alot more $$$ and plan on adding more lines to my plan.

Wow, wow, wow!!! I never like going to the phone stores, but this was so much fun! Pedro and Ivy are the best!!! Pedro was so patient, and so helping! I actually went to the Highland Village store first and the guy there was pretty curt and totally unhelpful. He told me that the phone I had purchased from a 3rd party was not going to work and he gave me some excuse that it wasnt compatible with Verizon. So I came to this location to see if they had any idea of how to fix it since I wasnt convinced. Pedro worked with me to get the phone up and running in short order, he was easy to talk with and work with and took his time to get me setup. Highly recommend!
This store has fantastic customer service. Pedro was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I came in with a broken phone, and he took the time to thoroughly go through all my options for getting a new/replacement, and which option would be most cost effective. People with broken phones don’t always have the best attitude at first (I didn’t), but Pedro assisted me with a smile on his face despite that. Thanks for all of your help!

I purchased my Iphone10r at this store 8 months ago but when I went into this store recently to ask questions about my phone turning off arbitrarily the two young men couldn’t help me and when I went back a second time the second young man constantly looked down at another phone and purposely avoided helping me. He said I needed to talk to Verizon online, he dialed *61 on my phone and handed me the phone. I had no idea what to do and he was annoyed that he had to help me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Justin was our representative and he did an amazing job. We have felt bullied in the past at some of these big time Verizon stores. However, Justin was personable and really took care of us. We got my wifes new phone, and thanks to Justin, we also ended up getting some AWESOME accessories based on his recommendations. I recently bought a new Samsung Note 9 at this store and was assisted by Travis, who was extremely helpful and professional. Just after I bought the phone, I traveled to Africa where I went on safaris. My glass was cracked in several places. So I went back to the store and spoke to Pedro. He immediately replaced my glass at no charge and helped me update my case. In both instances, I received outstanding customer service. I will definitely refer my friends to this store.

All I can say is WOW! I was in the other day because I had an issue with my phone and the gentleman who helped me guided me through every step and tell me what the issue was. I was so happy he helped me I even bought a case because Im a clumsy one and almost dropped my phone while handing it to the gentleman. I think his name was Faras? Be aware this is NOT Verizon direct store. This is R Wireless, a 3rd party retailer authorized by Verizon. There was this trainee greeted me. All I need was a replacement SIM card, the guy tried to play both of my phones, open my stuff without permission. Icing on the cake, they want $10 for a sim card of post-paid plan. Never in my life was I charged for this by Verizon or other carriers. Manager was playing his phone all the time. Sketchy, try go to a direct Verizon store if you can.
I was in the facility last night. I had problems with my other carrier of 14 years! Destiny and Oscar both helped us tremendously. Failed to know about and disclose the fine print on porting promotion. You may be told multiple things while in the store. The final answer, after you decide to purchase, may be you have to agree to buy the more expensive data plan to get the $200 mastercard (at an extra cost of many hundreds of dollars per year).Uses the phrase thats included to mean, the charging pad and screen-protector charge is included in the add-on the salesperson assumes you are buying, but you may not realize until you ask to see invoice.

I came to this location to see what my options were as far as switching from another carrier. The sales person was aware that I would have to pay my old provider $300 in order to change phones. I was told that my activation fees should be waived he was just waiting from the manager for approval. I have made multiple follow up calls over the last three months and I was told that the credit should show on a future bill. Not only was I charged an activation for the phone but the free tablet as well. It has been three months and I have still not received a call back from this store or a credit. Go somewhere else for new service.
