We just visited the Verizon Wireless store in Flower Mound, Texas at 5891 Long Prairie in Flower Mound, Texas. First let me say that my husband and I have taken the virus seriously since March 16 this year when we began our sequestering. We saw the sign on the door indicating someone would greet us. We were of course wearing masks when we walked up. When the man opened the door he told us only one person was allowed to enter. I asked “why only one person?” He responded snarky “uh, because there’s a pandemic going on”. Well that set the tone for the visit and it wasn’t good. Only allowing one person of a married couple inside the store? Cmon..... A) when someone holds the door open for me to enter and I have to walk within inches of that person, and not keep a safe distance, right off the bat that goes against logic and safety. B) The store is not a medical facility. C) The store is COMPLETELY empty, so there is no way two people would be limiting your capacity. D) I can’t possibly get a feel for a phone and the weight when it’s attached to a huge cable that surrounds the entire phone on a 3 inch tether. That’s just ridiculous. The person helping me did offer to bring me a phone I could touch and feel, which I appreciated. E) I’m not going to purchase a $1000 phone without my spouse standing next to me. I told the sales person I can’t do business with them if my husband can’t come in. Up to this point in the pandemic I have been extremely frustrated with people who are not taking precautions. Now I am extremely frustrated with people taking precautions to the ridiculous extreme.

Just stopped by and the location isnt open. When you call to confirm hours, no one answers and the voicemail box is full.....

The staff isnt very helpful. They direct you to call customer service IN STORE instead of helping you. They only had one person that was actually getting customers set up with new phones( with 8ish other customers in there) while the other 4+ employees just walked around.
