I was having one of those awful, on-the-phone-with-tech-support-all-day type of days today. Derek at AT&T totally turned my day around!! Not only was he able to help me fix my phone issues, he helped me get a new phone I’ve been wanting for a while and was so kind and helpful and informative. He was patient and answered all my questions, and helped me navigate all the phone plan and purchasing hurdles. I really appreciated feeling like i was making an informed purchase. It was truly a pleasure and really turned my day into a good one. Thanks for all the help!!!

My husband and I went into the store to get him setup on my account and upgrade our phones. We had to check in and wait about 10-15 mins outside of the store while other customers were being served due to COVID. Once we were inside, Casey was our associate. If you get a chance to work with him, he will make your experience amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, helped with adding a new line with phone number transfer, and even informed us about the AT&T TV availability. We felt like the whole transaction was seamless and extremely productive with him even saving us some money. Highly recommend 👌

This is the first AT&T experience that I can remember that wasn’t horrible! Casey greeted us at the door and took such good care of us. He told us the pros and cons to help us make our decisions. He was knowledgeable and didn’t try to pressure us into buying something. We got exactly what we came in for plus more. Casey was fast and super efficient. He wasn’t bothered by our questions and checked into discounts for us. I would definitely go back to this store and in fact when I do I will be asking for Casey!
We came in with several questions regarding getting a phone upgrade for our son as a Christmas surprise. Luke was so helpful and funny! He made the entire process painless!! I ended up upgrading my phone too while we were there. We are going to have a very happy kiddo on Christmas morning!!

Upon taking our first steps into the ATT store, we were greeted by Luke, who was most pleasant and most helpful! He was patient and thorough with both my mom and I as we pursued our new phones. Just want to brag on the AT&T store in Flower Mound and their excellent customer service which is so appreciate during this time. I was not able to receive or place phone calls. I went in Sunday morning and although there was a line, I was greeted quickly and by a friendly representative. The representative that helped me was very attentive to my needs and she was able to resolve several issues.

Clarence was incredibly helpful and made transition from Verizon to AT&T super smooth and frustration free. He answered all of our questions with knowledge and in a way that we could easily understand. Definitely already happy with AT&T. If the rest of the company is run with employees like Clarence, then I think I will have a great relationship with this provider.

The service is extremely slow at the store. A transaction takes a long time and frequently have to wait in line for a long time for help.
After talking to 7 different people with AT&T over the phone and not getting any help with my issue, I came to this store and Luke did a stellar job. I was ready to drop AT&T altogether, but thanks to his help I will remain a satisfied customer.
Very disappointed in the service. Ordered 2 new iPhone 12 Pros and they activated both phones in the store even though I indicated my husband could not be without service on his current phone and that he was out of town. Long story short, nothing but excuses and deferring/denying responsibility and really sarcastic attitudes from the rep and the manager. The solution was my husband had to be without service until the stores opened the next day and he could get a replacement SIM card which they happily charged him for. Will never shop this location again and will be requesting a refund of the SIM card price.
Avoid this place, make you wait forever and super rude with customers. I observed multiple customers leave. Visited AT&T store in Bartonville and got treated right.

This store has taken care of 3 generations in our family for many, many years, and we have always had five star service. Today, however, Clarence Bourgeois went above and beyond and gave us 10-star service. It was a complicated issue that required technical knowledge beyond our ability for our elderly parents at home. Clarence patiently worked through it for us, even while taking care of other customers. Impressive and very cordial. Thank you!

In the Flower Mound ATT store this Sunday early afternoon and wanted to give Casey a shoutout, props! for his assistance today. He helped me get into new, updated plan to lower my monthly bill by $200 and also applied my United States Marine Corps veterans discount to the account on top of that! He also patiently took my questions regarding other lines on my account that could be deactivated now that they are paid off if I choose to and also information on upgrades coming up in the near future for other devices. Love his professionalism and his attitude. Give that man a raise!

Employees are rude & lazy. 3 are standing around doing nothing while 2 are actually helping customers.The blonde has a pretentious attitude that I don’t appreciate as a paying customer spending $1300 on a new phone.Had Tom switch over my service with zero knowledge on what to do, so now I get to go to Verizon store to get a code & come back to att store.Just 4 hours of my time, they don’t care. They get paid to do that & I don’t.Wish I could leave zero stars. They do not even have the phone in stock I am looking for. What a waste of time.Avoid this location.

As for the customer service, cleanliness, courtesy of the sales rep and other associates, that was great. Navigation through all the functions of setting up a phone that has been on back order and no real answer on how and why, plus having to go back to the store to return the old one, this is a complete failure by att and not the store.
I was told the wait would be a one hour wait, when it actually took three and a half hours. The “manager” was rude and never apologized for the wait when I brought it up. However, the AT&T agent that helped me was very nice and did a good job. I believe his name was Anu.
We were told the wait was 20 minutes and even after 90+ minutes we were not serviced. It was a cold rainy day & after multiple enquiries we were told that online appointments take precedence. I asked the manager why weren’t we given an appt when we walked in and we were told that they did not have any appts. The person who talked to us was rude. We came in to buy 4 iPhone pro max for our family. Have been ATT customers for 10+ years. Not any more. We are switching to a provider who knows what customer service is....
A great representative AT&T help me today at The Flower Mound store 100 North 2499 Highway here in Flower Mound Texas. My second time in without purchasing anything carson had to transfer information from one phone to another with multiple problem spending more than a couple hours of his valuable time. As I explained to the manager my family has always done business with AT&T shop sometimes and other location but always came back because of the services rendered at this particular store. My daughter is fixing to buy a new iPhone and she will not buy it from anyone else other than Carson at this particular AT&T store. After 3 days of working with tech support over the phone they were unable to fix the dual sim feature on the iPhone 11 btw they hung up in me multiple times.I went to the store - Luke, agent at the store, was AWESOME, he was able to resolve the issues which the tech support team have up on.

Whatever you do, do not try to have Tneshela Boyd as your sales rep. Unfriendly, unprepared, and most definitely not an expert. I went to return the Note 7 due to the safety recall. She literally goes to the AT&T employee website instructions on how to return a Note 7, reading while I was waiting in front of her. I waited for about ten minutes. Then she excuses herself to the back room so she can try to read some more. She comes out, and says that they only allow exchanges. Not returns. Even worse, when I try to explain and show that returns are accepted, she just stares back and smiles, nodding her head and giving this nasty sarcastic attitude. I just left and went to the AT&T store in Lewisville, where Chris promptly returned the Note 7 for me with no issues. Never going to try to have my business with her gain.

Par for the course for ATT. Went into the store to have one ATT line transfered into my ATT account. The rep was unsuccessful after 30 min of trying...he then gave me the classic just call 611 to have them do it. I call 611 and guess what....they cant do it either. Makes you wonder why they have so many damn employees.

Horrible experience with “curb side service”!Only needed to purchase a phone case and screen protector.Signed inWas told only 2 cars ahead of me.After an hour of waiting and noticing multiple other cars of people walking up and directly into the store, I decided to approach an employee.Was told I must have been skipped or taken off the list.Then told that I would be added to the list again.I had to argue to be next after an hour of waiting vs being added back to the list.
