A super friendly staff. I wanted to be irritated as the line was not very fast. Looking at it I noticed the staff took a moment to speak to each customer in a meaningful way. While it added a few minutes to my day it was so worth it. The human connection was priceless. Well done....dont change. PS drinks were perfect too!

Went this afternoon to the drive through and was handed 4 dollars change(which should have been 4 dollars 10 cents), as the guy was handing me 4 dollars and before i even realized how much the change should be, he goes sorry and starts rummaging through the tip jar with his hand sarcastically, pretending hes getting me 10 cents lol. I said um, dont worry about it and waved my hand. If someone is going to go through that much trouble to be rude for an entire 10 cents, apparently they arent getting paid enough, or is just unhappy working there.

I ordered something for my wife that she always gets at any starbucks she goes too. This place kept telling me they dont make it. So they convince to get something similar and I bring it home and my wife was not happy.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years, and I try to avoid it. The drink never has that much flavor, it’s always super watered down. I don’t know about all the other drinks, because I’ve only ever gotten the mango dragonfruit lemonade (they never put in enough lemonade) and the violet drink. I do not recommend this Starbucks if you’re getting those drinks.

My reusable cup was filthy, my sandwich was cold by the time I got to enjoy it because my order was ignored.My order was simple brewed pike roast, breakfast sandwich and a reusable cup.1. The Resusable cup that was handed to me was filthy and gross.2. My breakfast sandwich was cold because of see item #3.3. After what seemed like 10 min of watching others get their brewed coffee from the same cashier. I asked her why I had not received my brewed coffee yet though other customers had. Their response was Oops, I forgot. Mind you they had made eye contact with me and the barista did multiple times yet Nothing! No, I am sorry.I usually love going to this location. Not sure why the barista thought it was okay to completely ignore me for and complete my order correctly.

This Starbucks is great! Came back to Texas after living in California for 10 years and found this location in Flower Mound! I was and wasnt surprised at how friendly and inviting the batistas were as I ordered and sat in the store for a while. Great service and I even befriended a few baristas over the years I have been going there. A couple of baristas were so good they had my drink ready by the time I got to the front of they line. I woukd literally walk in and they would have my drink with my name on they cup right as I was walking up to order. My wife even wondered how they knew me so we and how they could have my drink ready since we had literally just walked through the door. A great group of people with kind hearts! Love this location! Even the people that go there are so kind hearted. I went the other day to get my coffee before work and the person in front of me had paid for my coffee and chocolate croissant!

I mobile ordered a latte with 3 shots of expresso, and they gave me milk with a hint of coffee it wasn’t near the coffee that I ordered very disappointing.

Cashier went out of here way to make sure we got of order and it was correct. Great service

Looove this location!!! The girls are always so sweet! One day, they were even standing outside with a tablet to take orders. She was very helpful and I always feel really taken care of. Me and Bailey say, thank you ladies!!

Always kind ans professional here. Last time I went they were in the weeds, but doing their absolute best. This is a busy location. Make sure to thank your barista! I used to be one and i know how hectic it can be... Especially when customers are solely focused on getting their coffee NOW. Every time I come to this location I order two different things, and they never fail to either not have them or just give me two of the same drink. How do you get chi tea latte and a cappuccino mixed up every time ridiculously annoying.

This location is always busy but that doesn’t stop them from getting orders out quickly and efficiently. It always seems like you see the negative before the positive when it comes to reviews. But this location never fails. I want to give a shout out the young lady running the drive thru, I believe her name is Ryann. She has excellent customer service and hospitality skills. You guys have a winner in her. As a restaurant manager myself, you always want to pick out the good things you see in employees, and that is something I see in her hospitality. Keep up the great work!

I use to buy coffee all the time here. Its very tasty and wonderful. Starbucks is always top in my favorite coffee list! The drive thru makes life easier. During pandemic too I didnt want to get down and go to the store. Amazing!

Asked for a venti and got a grande,. Staff didnt seem very knowledgeable of gift cards or how they worked. Very pleasant cashier, but you screw with my coffee in the morning and you max out at a 2, no matter how polite or cordial you are.

If you are going to close early you should put a sign at drive thru order box not at your window

This is our most frequented Starbucks location and it never disappoints. Staff is very friendly (especially in the morning!) And they are very consistent with the quality of the drinks. This location is large and a great place to study!

I just have a message for the Starbucks company. The workers here do their best to serve their customers, but they are overwhelmed. You need to renovate the store and make it bigger so they can have more space to operate in and an easier time of serving all of us.

The ladies working in the morning are always super sweet. A lot of turnover though, so drinks aren’t always made the correct way (and I have an easy order).They always try to make conversation with you while waiting for your order in the drive up lane, which makes the time go by quickly! I usually get the iced Caramel Macchiato w/ almond milk when I need a pick-me-up, and a Refresher in the afternoon for a nice cold beverage! So sad they discontinued the Cool Lime Refresher!

Absolutely the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Always super nice and have yet to make my drink wrong (it happens all the time at other stores). I’ve always been able to go in and out of the drive through incredibly fast and yet they are still able to get to know me and my partner no matter how busy it is.Giovanni is super sweet and tries to conversate every time I come through, he double checks the order for me and my partner.Logan is also incredibly good at his job and super cool 😎 (also a sweet heart when taking our order)Deb has made an outstanding effort to get to know me and make sure we have our order correct.I don’t know his name but he has a hand with a Crescent moon tattoo, on his back brachial. He has consistently made my drink and my partners drink perfectly e v e r y t i m e. 10/10 give him a raise.Not only these workers but I’ve gone at all times of the day and they have yet to waver in their consistently. It means more than you’d realize being able to have people really care. So Thankyou it means the most :)

I love the ambiance here. They have a book shelf from which you can pick up a book to read and enjoy your coffee while doing that. Cafe Latte and the butter croissant is a heavenly combination. In addition, the Mango Black Tea Lemonade and the Berry Iced Tea are great too, especially to beat the summer.Staff is good and the service is quick. Love the place.

I am a great Starbucks customer. I go there two times a day at least. There are three Starbucks in Flower Mound that know me by name. I have a specific drink that I order known as the” Victor special”, everyone knows it. The only person who doesn’t seem to get it is the manager at this location. I usually go to this location on the weekends to order breakfast for my family of 6 and when my daughters go to Gymnastics (twice a week). I guess I will be going out of my way to give other Starbucks my business from now on. It’s not about the money. It’s about respect and making my drink the way I like it.

Staff is always friendly and quick. They strive for accuracy and in occassions when some aspect of my order is no right they correct

Always a good place to stop and get a drink. This is a newer SB, very nice looking inside and with lots of space to sit. It is airy, the music isnt too annoying and there is a decent amount of parking but not too much.I usually get my drinks through the drive through but this morning I had a chance to go inside. There is also a nice retail wall with SB merchandise.The servers can vary from very cool and efficient to unfriendly and downright stupid, but what else is new?

Is is nice whenever a place knows you by name. Makes the experience a lot more personal. This is my home coffee stop and I like the whole staff. They seem to stick around for a while here and really know their craft.

Typical Starbucks. Good ambiance with a mountain of drinks and sweet treats to try. This specific location seemed to have high prices though.

I have no problem paying $7.00 for a single cup of coffee, but if Im going to pay that, get it right. Heading to work and when u take your first sip on the freeway & realize it tastes like water. Its irritating to say the least, especially when the order on the cup is correct. 🤬

This rating is specifically for one visit I made to this store in the evening. I go to this location almost every day in the morning and never have anything but compliments to give. Tonight I was served in the drive thru by a girl named Megan. She tells me my total at the window, and as Im handing her my payment she places my two drinks on the counter just barely outside the window. She hands my card back, says have a nice evening, and we share an uncomfortable moment of silence. Then I realize she wants me to get the drinks myself off the counter. My Honda civic is pretty far below the level of the window, but I managed to reach them after struggling for a second without her assistance. I said i needed a straw and she said theres one right there for you, motioning to a straw on the window, which being above me was out of sight. Flabbergasted, I got my straw and left. My wife in the passenger seat saw her flipping her hand outward in confusion as we drove off, as if she had no idea what she did wrong. I worked for Starbucks for two years and fully understand their standards of service. Would not recommend if Megan is working the drive thru.

Bad customer service. Manager has an attitude if you ask her to repeat the order because she wasnt paying attention at all when the order was first given. Baristas are sarcastic and passively rude/curt. I pay too much for coffee here to be met with someone nasty attitude. I hope the owner reads this.

I like the layout of this Starbucks. Lots of meeting space. Drink wasnt very hot, but I didnt say anything. Also I was giving a 30 minute last call and they told me again two more times.
