I’ve always picked up my makeup from Ulta and today was in Flower Mound for a doctors appointment and decided to stop by. The store was very clean and the staff friendly. They also had everything organized, clean and the prices easy to find. They did seem a bit over staffed as 5 people asked if they could help me in the 5 min I was in the store. For someone who likes to browse and not talk to people while shopping, I would prefer to only say “I’m just looking, thanks” one time but better to be over helped than under I suppose. Great location.

Amazing customer service! Fully stocked. Everyone is very kind and helpful, and they have the best return policy if you need it.

This is for the Salon people. Front staff is amazing since I always shop there so I went in there today for salon services and I was standing at the salon front reception/ counter for good 10 mins and there were three employees who was with the customer and literally saw me standing none of them even said Hi they looked at me and kept doing what they were doing and just totally ignored me and one girl was keep looking at me every now and then and didn’t even bothered to even say Hi or even say someone will be there with you shortly like totally ignore ! And I just walked off.

Adam was friendly in the store one day, went to the starbucks nearby on another day and saw him yelling at a teenage barista. definitely left a bad impression on how they treat others in customer service industry :(

Went in today on the hunt for a new foundation and was eyeing Morphe when the MAC specialist on duty (about 10am) came over to help me pick a shade. She was SO friendly and I could tell immediately how much she loved her job. She didnt push MAC on me, I was the one who brought it up. To me it seems 100% worth the price difference between the 2 brands and I made the decision to switch over to MAC. She has one of the best attitudes and over all outlook on life. 🙌🙌🙌 LOVE her. We need more people like her. ❤ 👑

Really bummed. I went in there really trying to find a good foundation and nobody seemed to care to help. Left empty handed. Make sure you know exactly what you want before you go into the store I guess.

I went to Texas to visit my family and needed to get a haircut so I went here to check it out and the person who did my hair did a fantastic job. The price is a little too much but it was worth it.

I love it all theres always something new to look at and I can get the products I really like especially the Ulta brand theyre under eye concealer is absolutely wonderful.

I left the store today very disappointed in their customer service. I have stopped coming here for a while because each time I come, I can never find someone to help me. Today as I walked in the store it was practically empty except for like 2 other customers and all the employees were gathered in the front registers just talking and laughing and I tried getting help because I couldn’t find something but was ignored. My sister and I decided to leave feeling horrible and and vowed to never come here again. I have been going to and I will continue to go, even if it’s a little further from where I live to the Ulta in Lewisvile off of 121 near the Colony. They have great customer service they were happy to help me find what I needed.

I don’t mean to be THAT person but every time I come here, I’m never greeted. I’ve worked in customer service for years and the number one rule was to greet customers as they walked through the door. The employees can be kinda rude up until you’re buying your stuff and then they start to be nice. I always find what I need though.

I came in on a causal evening to use a gift card I was blessed with and unfortunately I do not know much about makeup. I come in and the disrespect I was given here is unbelievable. When asked if I wanted tinted on a product and I responded with no they looked me in my eyes for an uncomfortable amount of time as if i needed the tint. I did not like this Ulta and the staff. Service has been lost, and it pains me to say this.

I went to Ulta for a haircut. Lindsey was great! She washed, cut and dried my hair. I love the cut! They got me in within an hour of calling. I only wish I had signed up to be a member (which is free) before paying because they have a 30% discount for first timers. Overall it was a lovely experience!

Taylor was my brow specialist and...WOW!!! Best brows ever!!! I will be back for sure!!! She is personable, professional, and amazing at her job. Ulta is lucky to have her. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!

BEWARE! I have been here twice and walked out with beautiful hair; however the stylist who I think was out of it chopped a good six/seven inches! all the way around; despite conveying several times what I wanted. The services I requested have still not been completed, and my hair looks horrible now! I am sickened every time I look in the mirror. Rodriguez, I too, am not getting any responses either; and I am ready to contact my attorney. From your description of the girls behavior I wonder if we had the same stylist? Reach out to my privately if you wish, would love to compare notes.

I absolutely love Ulta, I think this needs to be said before getting to the rest of my review. I came in with a very specific and easily attainable hair color with a photo showing exactly what I wanted. I have light blonde hair to begin with so doing an ashy blonde with a few placed lowlights should have been easy for any experience colorist to perform. I didnt get anything close to what I came for on this visit.What I walked out with was a very mousy brown color with very few ashy blonde highlights. In fact, it was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. At the end of my visit I was told that I could come back for color correction in the next 10 days and originally I had thought that I would do it. But after further thinking, I realized that I didnt want someone who had messed up my color the first time to put their hands on my hair again.Ladies and gentlemen I would very much so reconsider about having my hair done at the Ulta salon. As a matter of fact I will only do my shopping at Ulta and never again step foot in their salon.

Carol, the rep for Lancome, was so helpful in finding me the exact foundation I was looking for and in my shade. Every single employee in the store was more than happy to help me find what I needed. Definitely recommend this Ulta!

I dont know why everyone is so rude in there comments. I went and had my hair done and hands down Alexis is amazing in the hair salon area so made me feel so comfortable and really took care of my and my hair. She even helped me pick out all the products I needed. Also in the make up area everyone was so helpful and very kind. If I could give this more stars I would. I will definitely be coming back to this store and have already booked my next hair appointment.

Tina was so nice! Then I met Adriana! Girl knows her stuff!!!! I got a mini makeover in about ten minutes, and left with some awesome products and instructions on how to use them👍💓!

One of the better ulta stores in the area. Extended ranges of some drugstore brands I havent seen anywhere else. Customer service was good and I think it was worth the extra drive to find some new stuff in store.

Over all I was really disappointed with the service I paid for. The eye brow tint was so dark that I cancelled my dinner plans because was too embarrassed to go out. Also, $22 for a brow pluck/shape was way too much as had to clean up some of the loose hairs. Over all this store is o.k but would not go there for my eye brows again.

I got the best haircut & highlights I’ve ever had in my life thanks to Mimi. I was so nervous to use a stylist at a chain, but I was desperate and it paid off big time. Mimi you’ve made a client for life! ❤️All of the stylists were super friendly with everyone else’s clients and with each other. They helped each other when they weren’t busy with a client and honestly, it was just a great vibe from everyone. Wonderful first experince here.

Every time I come to this location I have to search around the store for someone to help me, and theyre usually a little rude when I ask for help. I emailed corporate about this store months ago and never received any communication back so now Im posting publicly. Save yourself the trouble. Sephora is only a few more stores down.

This is my favorite Ulta location! They definitely have the largest selection out of all the surrounding stores in the metroplex, including brands that are harder to find in other Ulta stores (i.e. Mac, Colourpop, Storybook Cosmetics, etc.). Their service is wonderful. I am currently in beauty school and an aspiring makeup artist, and the employees there could tell I wasnt a beginner and held conversations with me that made me feel like I knew what I was talking about, yet also showed me new products and helped me in the learning process with things that I did not know. I also love that there are always coupons being sent out and that this location typically carries the reward deluxe samples behind the counter. I visit this location every few weeks- definitely would recommend to a friend!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I asked a lady where something was and she just said over there and just pointed and walked away because someone was calling her on the head set, I went over there to find it to no avail, I asked another person who worked there where it was and she said I don’t think we carry that. I believe the First Lady might of been managment because instead of showing me where the item was she was up at the counter with another lady talking and I believe counting money from what I saw. They still had a hour before they closed!!!!

Yikes. This is by far the worst Ulta store I’ve ever been to. They rarely have stock of popular items and the staff is terribly rude. Every store can have a bad day, being short staffed or whatever so I gave this location multiple chances. Each time the staff was rude beyond belief. The crazy thing is that the Sephora at JC Penny, two doors down, is usually fully stocked and the staff much friendlier. Zero stars from me Ulta Flower Mound, but it looks like you get a pity star from Google.

This Ulta is blah. Once in a blue moon will I have someone greet me or ask me if I need help with anything. Yes, thats called having good customer service and I honestly think this place has none. I didnt give it one star because ONE time...ONE time (out of the couple of times that Ive been there) I had a really nice young lady check me out and she was a pleasure to talk to. Sad I didnt catch her name. I only come to this location when I run out of products and cause its the only ulta thats close to me....otherwise I just go to the Sephora next door.

Rude staff! I’ve been shopping here for years and usually I noticed the older women here follow you around and don’t even say a word to you. And if they do they’re always RUDE. Me and my friend were trying to get to the sheer masks and the same older woman who was at the front door and didn’t say hi to us wouldn’t get out of our way. Then she finally leaves just for a different woman to see us and finally ask if we’re doing again and then watched us. I felt like I was being followed and never get any help in this store. And there was a woman who works for Clinique in a white lab coat who was also very rude and ignored us. Very arrogant and mean. Not sure I wanna shop here anymore and would recommend any other location.

I am validated to see these reviews. I have always had a bad experience when I have gone into this store. I have found this store and salon to be over priced, and the check out service to be excruciatingly slow. While waiting in the checkout line I had to listen to each and every person get the same drawn out sales pitch over and over before they could check their purchase out. They want your name, address, zip, phone, some kind of Ulta card, and oh if you don’t have one, do you want to apply for one in line while everyone waits and waits? It was torture.

The employees were there to help customers! I was asked if I needed help at least 3 times during my visit. The shelves are well-stacked; the cashier helped me access coupons on my phone.

HORRIBLE STORE GO TO SEPHORA NEXT DOOR. The employees in here are flat out rude and are very snobby and will discriminate. Was not greeted whatsoever when I walked through the door, the employee walking right past me to the checkout when I entered just gave me a once over and ignored me completely. Fine, whatever. Im probably the youngest customer in there at the time, Im 20, and the consultant asks and assists all the other older woman except me, again fine whatever I knew what I was doing anyways. I was looking for information on the Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette and when I asked the GROUP of employees and a woman who looked like the manager about the launch date of the palette, they kept making me repeat myself as if I had no clue what I was talking about and one of the employees rudely told me it should be in sometime in April, she had no idea when and that she could not help me further. They all stare at me with no further information so I politely said thank you, I will take my buisness with Sephora where they will actually assist me when I shop there and not treat me with such insolence.

I never feel welcome coming into this Ulta. The employees seem like they want nothing to do with me or look down on me when I come in with a bare face on my way to the cheaper end of the store. Would not reccomend.

I got my hair cut by Alexis and this was my worst hair cutting experience. She did not listen to me and did a lot to my hair without asking. It was so choppy and unblended. When I went to my regular hair stylist she literally gasped when I took my hair out of my ponytail. Will never return for a haircut.

I agree with fourtsixand2 about the discriminated part. EVERY ONE in front or behind me looking at products was greeted, except me! It made me very angry, i just wanted to get out of there! Also, when i was walking around I saw a worker complaining about another customer right next to me, like it was nothing. THAT is something you do behind close doors not in front of other customers. UGH I AM NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. LIKE OTHERS on here say, youre better off going to SEPHORA. ITS just next door.
