Can anyone actually work at the store or was this a museum? the only customers there were my husband and I and we waited 20 minutes while the guy stood behind the guy and oogled at us. All we wanted was a SIM card. I’ve never really had a conversation that ended with “I can help you with that” it’s always “go to the app” and out the door.

Love coming here if I have a problem with my phone or if I have to upgrade my phone and they know their stuff about the phones.

Went in to get my daughter a phone and the customer service is horrible and very poor the 2 ladies in there were just not friendly at all ! Even after I waited patiently to be service, I politely thanked them and got no response! So I thank them again before walking out and the thinner woman with glasses said your welcome! The younger one is the one I thanked and not a word! Please learn people skills it will take you a long way in life! Its just nice to be able to get good customer service! You cant find that very much now a days . Even Walmart has better customer service!

Switched to 3 line $90 plan on December 24th of last year. Cricket made a mistake and admitted to it but they kept charging me a $120 a month. They refuse to credit my account for the extra $60 they charged me the last 2 months. I told them that is stealing and they said basically to bad so sad.

Went to store better intetnet prices. Awesome customer service. Cheap phones.

Worst customer service here better off driving to Oshkosh to receive servixe. The employee is extremely rude and really doesnt care about business.

The store is nice with a variety of phones to choose from. The staff is fairly helpful answering questions, although many times they need to contact their manager to help answer your questions.

Other phone carriers may be convenient but never as helpful as Crickets staff simply is! 👍💖

I just called and haliey the manager is terrible!! i asked her a simply question about the phones that she should know and she was wrong and i told her and she laughed and said why are u called me. she is rude and shouldnt even have a job! no wounder that store cant keep a employee for more than a year!!!

Ever since the new manager took over, this store has gone from filthy to spic-n-spam. Haylee has been a dream to go to for any issues with my phone - she is so patient when I ask my questions.
