My friend and I are current customers of U.S Cellular..we went to verizon to see possible options to switch..when at verizon (im 7 1/2 months pregnant) I got uncomfortable talking to them for 45 minutes..standing...and honestly lost interest in listening to what they had to say..so we went to U.S cellular and were offered a seat to talk to Casey..I felt relief instantly..they got us a quote $130 cheaper than verizon with the same exact plan..Casey was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly...im very happy we decided to stay at U.S Cellular.

Went into the store to upgrade and I was hoping to work with the person I normally work with but come to find out they lost ALL their staff. The consultant that I worked with told me everyone quit due to the management. WHAT A JOKE. Switched over to Verizon.

I came in and told them my galaxy was giving me the sim card error and I was unable to call or txt on my phone, the gentleman I spoke to advised me to call tech support, on my phone that cant make calls.

Walking in you would perceive this to be a well rounded customer service experience. Unfortunately (more often than not) thats not the case. If there is an on going issue with a product you have purchased they should be doing everything in their power to fix it to keep you as a customer! If you call their customer service line and speak with someone they try to give you viable options and help with the issue as best as they can via phone. But as soon as they send you to a corporate store you are told a completely different thing from the reps that are employed here and then its followed up by a well we really cant help you....try calling the company that made said product or just pay $700.00 for a new one. It seems they arent on the same page or even reading the same book.

Alex love waited on us. We didnt have the right plug with us to exchange our old phone and he explained that we needed it in order to upgrade. He was very kind and offered to change our phones over as far as he could while we went home and got the old charger. My husband made a comment that they should be giving him some sort of credit for his work, commission or something. He said very nicely, thats ok, I just enjoy helping people. We thought, what a great attitude! This gentleman should be paid well and shown appreciation. Great job Alex it was a pleasure being waited on by you!

Terrible. Dont waste your time here. the staff who work here are underqualified for their positions at best. Everytime I go in they are understaffed. The last few times I was in I noticed the managers hide in their office even though there are customers waitingWho need to be helped. Talked to their store manager once, Jens, by far the least qualified person there. The list goes on and on...Good luck.

Make sure you put 3 hours out of your day for anything you need to stop for. Everytime I came here it was at least an hour and a half wait or more. Knowledgeable when you do get someone... But it will be an all day errand for you

Went there to see if phone was unlocked and have photos, numbers etc transferred. Representative Billy researched and transferred everything very promptly.Service was very professional, thanks Billy for taking care of a problem Ripon couldnt.

After verifying that an iPhone 6s we bought should work on my line I went into the corporate store on Johnson Street to ask them to place it on the account. After waiting over an hour with only 4 people ahead of me, sharing what I was there for and the agent to pull up my account he looked at it for a couple minute and said he could not place it on the account. I told him we verified that it should work and asked him why he was not able to add it? He said it would not work on their system. After leaving with my daughter just about in tears I called customer service to verify his findings and did a little research online.After hearing that the phone should work on the account I chose to go to the other US Cellular store on Main Street a privately-owned store and within 15 to 20 minutes Isaac placed the phone on my account and we were out the door.Truly satisfied and will not use the other store going forward.

No matter what time of the year it is at this US Cellular, you will wait for at least 30 minutes. So I recommend NOT to bring your kids, unless you like to hear how much longer? I would however bring a cooler of beer and sit in the middle of the lobby and get drunk. It will ease the pain of how much they want to charge you monthly for spotty service plans.

The wait at this location is unbelievable. Plan on waiting at least 30 mins, up to an hour and a half. I recently went in to drop off a payment because I got it 2 days before due. I wanted a receipt, but was told to sign in and wait for the next available associate to help, upwards of a 30 minute wait time. Evidently the lady at the front counter doing NOTHING couldnt process a payment. They bend over backwards for new customers, but cant take care if their loyal ones. A terrible shame!

Came in to buy a case at 6:40pm it is now 7:17pm and I just been acknowledged now. I have been being ignored since I walked in. The workers need to pay more attention to what is going on and why we are coming in. If we are here to buy something, to sign a change of ownership, or pay a bill they should be taking us ahead of people who are here to upgrade or step away for a few moments to help the 5 second 2 minute jobs. I HATE COMEING HERE and I would leave if my brother wasnt looking for a specific case.

I had the best customer service at this store this past week. I purchased a phone at the Agent store on Main st in Fond du lac, and the initial customer service was good, and then the more problems I was having with the phone the more the lack of customer service was. It seemed like the people who helped me at the Agent store werent concerned with really working with me or listening to my concerns. Having to go back there to return my phone to their inventory the man who was helping me was rude and not helpful at all, basically wasting my time instead of just doing the transaction that US Cellular customer service/corporate informed him to do. After having multiple interactions I finally called US Cellular customer service and was treated with the nicest and most understanding service. They advised me to resolve this solution at the Johnson st store and Angel and Sabrina did everything possible to help me and get me the phone that Im satisfied with. Those two were also very calm and understanding, even though the manager at the agent store made an unfriendly phone call to Angel. So Thank you to the Johnson store I will be back!!

Horrible service!.. Plan on waiting for an hour just to get to talk to someone!.. Then the customer service rep is talking to is about irrevalent stuff and taking even longer to get to the point and tricked us into going with a much more expensive plan.. My question is why would they make phones entirely out of glass??. Oh yea so they can make more money off you when they break because what is the most common thing broken on your??. Your screen of course but now you can crack the back also which she did not tell us the back was glass also!!.. Now after all this the internet coverage sucks too.. Do not go with uscell horrible completly horrible!. We will be switching very soon!

Save your money and time. Shop online. On Septemeber 17, 2018 I found a sale on iPhones. I was looking for a i8, i6 or SE. The 8 & 6 were listed as $0 monthly after credits. It was for current customer, Upgrade/renewal. I couldnt find a sale end date so I call US Cellular in Fond du Lac. I asked when the sale ends for the free iphones for current customer, the gentelman said September 18. I looked again on the website to find a end date to see where I missed it. The sale details change, there was now a monthly fee. What, I just called and was told the sale went until the next day. So I call the Premier US Cellular and they knew nothing. So I called the 611 number and was told they didnt have any sales with free iphones. Even more confused I called back to the Fond du Lac store and talked with Kelsie. She was very nice when I gave her all the information I have been given about the iPhone sale. I did tell her I have a screenshot of the sale and the details to prove it was taken that day. I e-mailed the screen shot to Kelsie. She never replied, I got nothing back from her. So, September 18 I decided to go to the store to show them the screen shot showing the iPhone 8, $0 and for current customer. Hannah, 1st showed me that there are no sales like that. Then I was informed by Hannah that the sale was for New Customers. I showed her the Screen Shot. Of course I had it all wrong. I 1. didnt go into the i (information) button 2. didnt go to the next screen that would have shown me the correct monthly price. FASLE ADVERTISING! So, I called 611 and was speaking with a very nice person. A person that didnt make me feel stupid but of course she said all the same things before my call was dropped. Later I did the US Cellular Chat. bottom line. She said The Sales Team does flash sales and I must have hit on one of those.There was no end date or time, there was no notice that said on Line Only. I informed my Chat person that they should hire me to update the website. It would be more clear. I will do everythng in my power to NOT go back to US Cellular in Fond du Lac - Johnson St. I will get beter service if I order online.

I went into this store and there really is no clear idea where you need to go. I saw a booth area that said device support and since I was having problems with a rphone that seemed like the logical place to go. Go up to counter where there are no customers and am told by a not very friendly guy to check in at pay here. waited there for a while then finally got to the front and she looked at it andwithin 30 seconds had it fixed. I had turned something off. Why does it say pay here when it should say checkin here. Why does it say device support when they are useless? Really makes me wonder why I pay them lots of money when there are much cheaper options.
