I had recently purchased a new cell phone and was able to use a finger print to unlock it. This was automatically changed to needing a password. I did not remember setting a password and therefore, could not unlock the phone. Garrett was very helpful in explaining what happened and how it could be factory reset. He was able to do this in less than 30 minutes and successfully. He also was able to save everything with use of my old phone. I was very pleased with the service he provided!.

Curbside pickup is a joke. Do not waste your time with it! Spent time online and more time waiting then I would have by just coming to the store and skip online. Zero purpose to their curbside pickup. It is a curbside waiting room. Expected better...

I was very impressed with how efficient and knowledgeable my rep(Dallas) was in helping me get a phone that best fit my needs. I came in on my day off to speak with him about how I needed a new phone and he began to break down every little detail that would make me more comfortable in my choices. Came back today (Saturday) and decided I wanted to switch over. From there he explained the wonderful features of my phone (Pixel 4) as well as explaing how the billing process works. After about an hour or so I was all set. He shook my hand and wished me a good day. This Verizon store has got a good one in Dallas and more need to follow behind. Awesome job!

Our experience with this retailer was disappointing. When I questioned what the Set Up and Go Plus fees we were charged (totaling $39.98) were for the sales reps explanation was pretty ridiculous. Im not one to give negative feedback often, but I regret going to this retailer to get our new phones. We would have been better off buying online at the Verizon website.
