We needed to buy paint for numerous rooms for our new home. Toby honored an upcoming sale price for us. Kevin helped us in the store and was wonderful. Answered my questions. Helped to identify the right sheen for the different paint areas. Very patient and nice. Excellent service! Store was clean and well stocked.

The sales staff are extremely knowledgeable about what kind of paint you need for your project, I personally had no Idea I would need primer for my project and was thankful the help. Also the selection of colors was just amazing! This was my first time in the store, My daughter in law referred me there, she get all her paint there and is completely satisfied.

After purchasing some cheap paint from Walmart just to safe a dollar and a disastrous paint job. I decided to go at a higher end paint shop even if it meant paying more for the product. I brought in a sample of the paint and in 3 minutes they were able to find a perfect match. The paint was very high quality, only took ONE coat to cover the mess I had done, and best part yet, their prices were just as good. I went in there expecting to pay $50 a gallon like other high end paint shops, instead I left very surprise when I paid just $30. The lesson learned here is that when trying to cheap off you might just end up paying way more than expected. Sherwin has great paint and their employees were extremely helpful and polite.

The quality of paint at Sherwin-Williams is worth the additional cost. The employee I spoke to was fun to work with. He was both professional and knowledgable. When I need to purchase more paint Ill be purchasing from the Fond du Lac Sherwin-Williams.

We worked with Sam and she was fabulous. Picking paint does not come naturally to me; however, I knew exactly what I was looking for and she was extremely helpful in helping talk through the colors and select the two I wanted. The room looks fabulous.

Very poor customer service!!! Can says one coat coverage. So not true! I painted alight color over a light color and it would not cover. I will never buy their brand or recommend it to anyone. Called customer service several times with no results.Very disappointed
