Was here 8:30am on Tuesday and waited for another 30min and the store still not open yet. and the store hours like 8am to 6pm for the weekday. they should change the hours if they cant make it on time.

Super small store, limited selection compared to other Cosmo profs but still grateful they exist

Love it here, get most if the products I need for the most part. The guy there is always super helpful and kind.

This location is in a terrible area. The parking lot is small and the people outside the store were panhandling, others rude. I almost was hit by another car as I slowly backed out of my parking spot. Ending up having to pull back in because the other person wouldnt let me out.People in the store were nice and helpful. Lots of stuff on clearance here.I will go into Riverside or Corona next time though. I wont return to this location because I didnt feel safe parking, or being outside the store

I understand that you need a license to shop here. But when I go in there and they have nail polish like OPI, why would one need a license for that? The lady at the counter was rude also. Even if you have a license to buy from here, dont waste youre time dealing with rude employees that work there.

Came to exchange a shampoo and conditioner, left them at the counter while I shopped...went to checkout and the manager (an old lady with curly frizzy hair) had wrote with a black marker a retail price on the bottom of the products I was returning and said she couldnt take them back.I purchased them from Cosmoprof and there was no way that the price was there when I brought them, she purposefully wrote on them while I was shopping. Why? I have no idea but NEVER will I EVER come back.Save your time and go to the San Bernardino or even Redlands location.Dont deal with pathetic under-paid low life employees who have nothing better to do than play tricks.

For those saying theyre mad because they arent licensed, get a grip.. the door says license required.. us licensed professionals worked hard and thats a store for us to purchase product... that being said i love the girls here theyre always so sweet! Who i believe is the manager an older woman who answers my million questions you are a real one thank yoi!
