I love this pharmacy! The Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Clerks are all awesome people. They go above and beyond helping out with insurance problems or just telling you where it item is in the store. Yes, sometimes you have to wait in a long line but the way I see it is its such a good Pharmacy that its busy.

The local pharmacy for Southridge residents. Sometimes the lines have a long wait but thats usually because theres no more than two people working the registers. An easy place to grab a pack of beer or get some ice cream.

Every time I have went to this Rite-Aid or called for assistance in the pharmacy, I get nothing but staff members that are rude and truly not helpful at all! I would rather pay or drive to a different location than to go to this one, just for convenience. It is the closest one to my home. However, I will never again have my doctors office send my refills here!!!!

Best customer service ive ever gotten in any rite aid period

Im so disappointed on one of the managers who banned me from the store just because she thought or assumed I was stealing. I use to be a regular there out of the week I used to go 6 days a week for my refills and my sons. But this one manager took it up on herself to tell me I wasnt allowed in Rite aid anymore. Well Monday is just around the corner and her supervisor will be there in the AM ready to hear me out. The worst thing of all is that actually use to like this lady always helpful and all but she can now go to h*** she embarrassed me in front of people for no dam reason I felt harrased or maybe shes just racist. Who knows but all I can say is God bless her and her evil ways...

This location is the worst pharmacy. Have been here twice and cant get the meds your Dr. Prescribed a perscription for. Using this place twice and they coundnt get it right twice even with writtem, faxed and phone call to Doctor says there is some employees with real issues of being incapable of doin the single job they are required to do by Riteaid Corp. Your lucky if you can get thru an employee amongst others by the name of Valary, hangs up on people that are medically sick and need their medication. Taken out your inabilities on the sickly says you really need a new profession. Shocked at the service here.
