A normal slow pharmacy... I dont know why I make appointments, you still wait 30 min. To fill out paperwork another 30 to see anyone. One employee usually dealing with cars and one with people. Cars take priority. People walk up for Covid shots and makes you wait longer. I dont blame the employee but they need more staff. Its just not efficient.
Unfortunately the customer service in this PHARMACY deserves ZERO stars. With multiple people in line inside of the store & in the drive up, they have pharmacy employees reorganizing shelves and chatting with their coworkers. I imagine that in a place where people come to take care of their health, they would want to be met with compassion and a sense of urgency. The managers of this pharmacy are either oblivious or DO NOT CARE about you or your well-being. I hope that changes can be made in regards to customer care in the near future.
The pharmacy staff here have the absolute worst attitude, I have never been so disgusted in my life, Extremely disrespectful!! The most unprofessional place I have ever spoken to I felt so discriminated I was being nice to someone so DISGUSTING, and in the end after I say have a nice day thank you for your help they just hang up, How Disgusting and Rude!!
Writing this, waiting as of speak. Walgreens called Sat and Sunday saying my meds are ready to pick up, but still waiting for 30 mins now... they dont appear short of staff, just a little incompetent...
This Walgreens is particularly slow in processing medications through drive-thru. The average time per car is about 20-30 minutes. I highly suggest not using curbside service, because although it is advertised they offer it, the store usually makes it unavailable. Also, do not request curbside with pharmacy pickupYou will have to go inside to pick up order and then get back in your car to go through pharmacy or wait in line inside, which will take a minimum 40 minutes.Honestly, its better to utilize Amazon Prescription Services, Sams Club, or another retailer.
The pharmacy staff are slow & professional and rude. Cant understand why you have to wait so long to pick up medicine whether you go inside or drive-thru
Some of the people who work in the pharmacy are really nice, but honestly these are the worst wait times of any pharmacy Ive ever used. Please schedule more people at once, or put systems in place that are more efficient, or SOMETHING.Posted this over a month ago but wanting to add that wait times are still at least .5-1hr average inside and 1-2hrs in the drive thru. The workers are scheduled so thin that they cant serve the customers. Schedule more workers...this is pathetic.
Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy !!!! They definitely don’t need or want my business. I waited an hour in the drive thru. After it was finally my turn they placed the closed sign. Waited 30 minutes there and three pharmacy workers at the window never said one word. Wasted my time!!!! I have a 6 month baby at home and it’s the only time I can go out and get my medication. When someone comes home to watch her. Thank you for the worst customer service. I probably wouldn’t have been as upset if someone said to me at 9 sorry that you waited in line and we took forever to help our customers but we can’t help you anymore. Instead of standing there 30 minutes at the window and not saying one word to me!
Very bad the pharmacy part. Only one person assisting in consultation, lot of people waiting insideand outside their cars some of them 😷 no maskand sick with the wait is too long They need to hire more people so I left very bad service.

Whoever answered the phone from the pharmacy became a bit rude. I called to check if a prescription was there and there wasnt any. So we got into a bit of a confusion but she began to cut me off and become short. I understand you are getting frustrated but you should still keep your composure and professionalism even when someone is beginning to annoy you. I wasnt disrespectful I was just a bit frazzled and all over the place. I really dont appreciate her overall attitude and demeanor towards the end of the 3 minute conversation, which mind you really isnt all that long. It would be pleasant to have a kind and empathetic person to talk to when you are trying to figure out what to do next and you yourself is trying to figure out what is going on.
There should be a negative stars option specifically for this RX as its the slowest RX i have ever seenLiterally she was doing nothing and there was a huge lineup of people waiting...it definitely needs new management
It took over one hour waiting at the pharmacy to be assisted with picking up my prescription. Then a few days ago it took over an hour to answer my call, and they hung up twice on me. Bad experience overall. We all are busy to be waiting long for prescriptions. Will be telling my doctor to send my prescription elsewhere, and contacting Walgreens corporate office.
I’m trying to get my COVID vaccine, like a good American citizen. I had an appointment for 4:15. I waited at the counter where it says Covid check in, but no one approached me. I ended up jumping in the pharmacy pick up area. I finally saw someone at 4:30. Now they are telling me it is going to be a 30 minute, because it is ‘process.’ I had an appointment, and yet waiting for almost an hour to get it. Then I have to wait another 15 minutes after I receive it. Give me a break. Why does Walgreens have to make getting vaccine so complicated? They are always understaffed at this location. I only went to Walgreens cause it is the only place that have the Pfizer shots. Walgreens, step up your game please.
Store itself is good but the pharmacy is just bad. Really long wait times in both the drive thru and in store, you could just be standing right by the counter and the pharmacists dont even acknowledge you.
There is a lack of customer service at this pharmacy. I was put on hold twice, and both times I was hung up on. (for a total of 50mins) I ended up driving to the pharmacy and they had staff just chitchatting around, while the phones were beeping in the back. The only reason why we keep coming here is because unfortunately, they are the only local pharmacy that accepts our insurance. I am working with my insurance on finding a better pharmacy.
We submitted a prescription to be filled on a Wednesday, we were told it was going to be ready in about six hours but only part of it was done.We checked three days later and it wasnt ready yet.I called the following Wednesday and I was on hold for about 30 minutes until someone answered, they still didnt have it ready, the lady said it was going to take another hour before it was ready.This very inconvenient because my father was out of that medicine already.
Don’t usually write reviews, but this place warrants a word. Unbelievably long wait times. Constantly out of my kids essential meds. Poor excuses, and hollow apologies are all you will get here.
I just got off phone with the pharmacy. The person I spoken to was extremely rude. Next month I will take my business somewhere else.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They didn’t want to reimburse my prescription, they said it had to be within a 7 day period. Proof of insurance/medical wasn’t received until 2 weeks later. How was I supposed to take them prof of coverage within a 7 day time frame if I hadn’t received it yet. They refused to reimburse me and gave me some bs excuse of it not being in there system anymore. Never going to Walgreens with any kind of prescription again. $80 for antibiotics is too much.
Terrible service long wait times make full slot of more paperwork than necessary same questions asked as online repeating same questions one hour for covid shot cvs was in and out in 20 minutes thats including the 15 minute evaluation time wont use this pharmacy again

This Walgreens store money from me!! I bought a gift card paid cash. Turns out my gift card was never activated and the manager refused to speak with me. Not only was this a gift but I never received a valid gift card or my $100 back. Never has I ever been so disrespected.

Walgreens Pharmacy is usually terrible, but the wait time and staff are especially exasperating at this location. I took my prescriptions to Target after about 6months of waiting in excess of 30 minutes in line for a simple Rx.
Cashier at the Fontana Walgreens store number 16145 name badge of Carol. She is rude & has a personality of a negative 1. She lacks people skills & comes across as extremely rude. This individual should not be a cashier who greets people as they enter or leave the store....
Always friendly staff but not always knowledgeable about medicine but theres always someone smarter close by.Always very patient.

This place is a den of incompetence. Not only are they three times the price of just about everywhere else they can barely fill a prescription without f___ing it up. Give this place a wide berth. If you want good service and prices go 500 yards east to Ralphs pharmacy. Its top notch and the people and prices are much better.
In the year and a half Ive used this pharmacy they have been out of stock on my prescription every time excluding the first fill. Every 90 days I have the same refill, and they take an extra 2-3 weeks to get the resupply. And Im unable to do early refills. I will be seeking another pharmacy
WORST PLACE TO GET PRESCRIPTIONS. They not only messed up my prescription up once... BUT TWICE!! When I went to go pick up my medication they voided a prescription without letting me know. They didn’t even call when or why they voided it. After my surgery I called my doctor because there was a problem and they said they NEVER voided a prescription. BULLSH*T SERVICE.

The store is clean and has many selections. The clerks are friendly and welcoming. They have a Navy Federal ATM machine too. Parking is free and has many spots.
Pharmacy kept me on hold for over 20 minutes then hung up on me and with repeated call backs they kept hanging up on me each time. They are rude and I imagine they do this during the last 30 minutes of being open to make sure they dont have to deal with anybodys problems and they can be out of there by 9pm. Lost a customer tonight thats forsure.
The least convenient pharmacy ever. They don’t open until 9am on Saturday and 10am in Sunday. WHAT?! And when they do open, be prepared for a ridiculous long wait!!! They open with just a pharmacist. No pharmacy tech and they have a drive thru. So the pharmacist is alone handling the counter, the drive thru AND filling prescriptions. Terrible.
Do not fill a prescription here.. I was forced over here for some meds temporarily and have been here for 3 refills and every time the pharmacy is ridiculously slow and cant seem to get things together.
