I went to so many different beauty supply stores and couldnt find what I wanted or liked. But for some awesome reason, this one had everything that I need and more!!! Also i was in a huge rush to get back home and needed something cute sassy and quick. This place had it!! Great customer service very kind and really went above and beyond to help each customer. Disappointed that the staff didn’t help my husband correctly he asked for jewels for these dreads I have and they gave him curl clips instead??? Then he went back and showed them a pic and they told him oh these and he asked for a refund for the clips and they said all sales are final. RUDE WILL NOT BE BACK .. poor service:(

I called here to ask if they had a certain hair net i needed and the guy said yeah we have different kinds, so I asked is he sure he has the one i need cause its only kind i use and he said this line is very busy i cant stay on the phone, I told him i understand i just would like to know if they have a blow dryer comb and he hung up in my face... i get these places are probably busy right now due to the fontana curfew from the protesting. but Im driving 30 minutes to get to this place and support this business and all i needed to know was if they had what I need for work ( to provide for my home) this behavior was very rude and unprofessional!

Theyre a pretty small beauty supply store. The smallest Ive ever bin to so theres not much but it works. I only go here when Im in a rush if not Id go to Tigis.

4 days ago I purchase a wig there but when I went to pay for the one that I like the guy went to the back and give the cashier a different one from the back today when I was gonna used it I noticed that this wig was not the one that I wanted plus it was falling a part so am about to the store and see what are they going to do about this issue

They have a large variety of hair selection and colors the prices are very good it all depends on the product that you purchase and everythings I like the hair quality it doesnt tangle up like other braiding hair does I love the hair products as well just keep up the good work Kims Beauty Supply and Salon good job

Always a pleasant experience when ever I go. They are such beautiful people that work there, very family oriented al2ays give my kids candy and loves to play and talk with my Lil dog. The last awesome 🌟 thing they offer is a Military and veterans discount which Im extremely grateful for because to often once you take that uniform off the world either forgets or doesnt care about you any more, but not at Kim Beauty supply and I thank you for acknowled us and giving back a Lil bit of love ❤️ and pride to our community. 😂💖😊😁😃😅
