Greeted by several employees upon walking into this establishment about a week ago. Store was well lit, clean, and organized. It wasnt busy when I visited but employees were observed tidying up the shelves, wiping down counter tops, and cleaning aisles. Employees were not standing around the entrance of the store chatting up a storm/talking ill about their clients. Well done to the management team/crew that was on duty at this location (Summit -Falcon Ridge) when I visited.

Ive been going to Paul Sand for five years. I have thick wavy hair and he is one with my hair. He is an artist. Ive taken my mom to him a few times when she is here from St. Louis.The salon is beautiful, and even though it is a hipster haven middle aged ladies dont feel out of place there.The owner Mike is really nice too.

Everytime I come to this place the attendants behave as if they think I will steal.

Before I use to hate coming to this location because the girls would always be talking to each other and not care about the customer until I meet Edgar Best customer service and beyond professionalism. He color match me perfectly to the Estée Lauder double wear foundation. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

I went into Ulta looking for an eye cream and moisturizer for my skin. Rebecca helped me find the best product for my skin type and she was very informative how the products works and gave me great tips. Im greatly appreciative for her paitience and knowledge. She kindly answered all the questions I had without making me feel stupid for asking them.I will def. Be returning as the service was outstanding. Thank you Rebecca!

Went on a Sunday around lunch time and though it didnt seem very busy I stood in line for over 10 mins. Finally the girl at the front called for backup but when help arrived (the manager?) She seemed very irritated that she had to help on the register, like I was bothering her just because I was trying to pay for my purchase. If you dont like people, why are you in customer service? Bad example for the team. There are plenty of other Ulta locations, I will not be returning to this one.

I have visited this location multiple times, they are always fully stocked in the products I am looking for unlike other locations. Associates are helpful

Idk the name of the girl who helped me she was Asian I think and she was amazing patient and put all the make up on my skin to make sure it was what I wanted. I never got service so good at a make up store usually I feel rushed and idk anything about make up but she was so helpful and I like what she helped me pick out. I love this location. Thankful it’s closest to home

Actually have not been to store. Called 3 times today 123019, put on hold while staff went to ck on product.never returned. disconnected 3 times.

Very disappointed with the hair service customer service. I made an appointment for hair service, got there and waited 30 minutes for the hair stylist to finish his previous client. Then after he finally finished, I waited to be called next, but to my surprise, I look over and hes helping another client instead of me. Thats just ridiculous, having patiently waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and now he was helping someone else. I just simply walked out of that place, not worth my time saying anything to him. Definitely never going back.

Love ultra store. The one in chino has great employees and they always stock up an their products, I love and appreciate that they do this.

First time I went there the cashier lady was very nice. Second time there the cashier a young hispanic girl had a really bad attitude. Its a hit and miss at every ulta sometimes you get good customer service sometimes its terrible.

WORSE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! I purchased a foundation 2 weeks ago but unfortunately I grabbed the wrong color. Due to my schedule I was unable to return my foundation sooner. I walked in the store today to exchange my foundation for the correct color. Ana was the person that helped me. She didn’t allowed me to grab the color she was rude and said she was going to grab it instead. She came back and she said that they didn’t have my color and explained that they she didn’t know when they will get more. They refund the money to my card and explained that it was going to take a couple of days to post in my account. After they end the transaction I went back in the store to grab a few things that I needed and walked by the foundations again and notice that they were fully stocked on the color foundation that I needed. I took a few foundations (my color) to the register and I was helped by another girl named Mayela and I explained to her the situation. She went back to Ana and they wanted me to purchase the foundation cash and do return. They were not making any sense and they were both very frustrated and nervous. Ana took over the register again and was rude and said that she already did the return she couldn’t do anything anymore. I explained that if she didn’t want to look for my foundation she could of told me and I would of gladly looked for it my self. She said that someone restocked in the 1 minute gap that I went to look. She began to yell at me stating that if I didn’t like it I can call customer service. I asked to speak with a manager since they seemed confused, nervous and angry that I found the foundation that I needed Ana stated the she was the manager and that if I didn’t like it I can leave. I felt so embarrassed, as they continued to yell. As I was leaving I came back to get my receipt they threw the receipt at me. This has been the worse experience!! I have been a loyal customer, have an ulta credit, and I frequently visited this store (weekly basis). I will be canceling my credit card with ULTA and I will not be shopping here.

So I went in today to return some items that didnt work out for me and the two Rebeccas one with blonde hair and one with brown hair start talking about how ridiculous my returns were and how it was rude to do returns and about how it was rude for people to make returns. I found it so rude of them I mean if you see how many hundreds of dollars I spend in make up of course Im not keeping something that doesnt work for me especially when the company allows it. Mind you my items were not even used that much, I know its not the point because a return is a return but Im not a platinum reward member for nothing. I think if they had a problem with their own company policy its something that they should speak up about and not talk about their clients in such a rude way, especially when theyre around its so sad that something like that happens at a new store makes me wonder what kind of service they will offer after a few months especially since theyre already so tired of rude customers who return if I wasnt in a hurry to get back to work I would have talked to the manager because nothing like that has ever happened at the redlands ulta all the redlands ulta people are so nice this really did disappoint me.
