Everyone was nice but I couldnt buy anything. Not open to the public. They will only sell you products if you are a licensed hair stylist with an account with them.

I usually love coming to this specific location bcz the staff is super helpful & kind. Today was different. I didn’t recognize the girls but I wasn’t greeted, I greeted them after a couple seconds after seeing each other. I was just going on for a tube of color & I needed help finding the exact shade bcz no swatches were on display. I asked for the swatch book & they told me they didn’t have it. I understand things not being available, but what I don’t think is acceptable is not getting any help when I asked for help. Zero customer service, just unprofessional. Even at checkout, no questions, no talking about anything, no eye contact. It was like visiting someone who didn’t want to be visited or was even angry at something... not the best experience. I hope this doesn’t happen again.

I feel disrespectful by the two people working this store i came in with my hairstylist in the store just cause i aint a member i had a face mask i was gonna apply for membership i was told leave only special members were allowed disrespectful i am contacting the state filing a complain not even sally does this to new costomers
