The staff was absolutely friendly, but the restrooms OMGG they looked like they havent been cleaned in MONTHS. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. Idk who is in charge in that store (Manager) but that person is failing at their job for sure.

Before it was Big Lots it was Pic N Save many years ago and even many years after it became ‘Big Lots’ it was a fun and ‘thrifty’ place to shop, well not anymore?, went into store just recently and didn’t even recognize it, it is clean and very organized I’ll give it that, but atmosphere is cold and boring, items are way overpriced and there’s not even half of the fun Halloween stuff they use to have?

My favorite place to shop, especially this location in La Crescenta. The manger here is doing such a great job in keeping the clean, organized and always helpful when I need help. The employees are always friendly and helpful too.

I hadnt been in the store for over 3 months because of a car accident and they had completely changed the store around. It was difficult for me to find things where they were before. It looked very nice and well organized.

I needed an electrical extension cord and the young men guide me to the proper area.

Big Lots is POPPIN on Christmas Eve !

I really do like this place it out does a certain mart when it come to lites or a lot of outside things. I could spend a hole paycheck here for my lake deck. The only down fall is I dont care for the older building and the area.

Horrible dont order anything on line. I was told to call before I order to make sure item was available at location. What a joke I have never heard that in my life. They of course took my credit card payment for order. I now have to wait for money to be credited to my card. Wow call first before you order thats funny...

This is a great place to wander around and get things you never knew you needed. Theres such a great variety of goods and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

This is where the savings, are; for a little while anyway, looking at the outside of big lots it looks like business as usual.But inside the store everything has been rearranged., Store inventory is very low, and limited but prices on some of the merchandise left is cut up to 70%; .Across all departments you will easily find discounts on your family favorites.But hurry, if you want in on discounts.It seems obvious to me that, big changes are going to happen at our local big lots store on Foothill boulevard, one block west of Alder on the Southside of Foothill.

They have great stuff, also I needed a mattress because mine 16 years old n by chance I got an email saying if I buy a mattress for$500. n up they gave me a coupon for$100. Off the mattress I bought here. At other places cost 2 times MORE. Plus they are very polite n helpful 😎😎

I love Big Lots. There were a lot of sales today. All the toys are 50%off. I started buying for birthday presents. There were many other things that were half priced. Some things were 75% off. I went in for a stock pot and I did get that plus more.

Had the items I could not find that the other Big Lots stores. was able to get help locating merchandise from an employee on the sales floor. Was able to get through the checkout line quickly

Very coveinet.

They didnt want to help out with a very small issue that was very simple. The manager at a chino store gave me a $5 credit the was on my account but time had passed so she couldnt enter it into the computer so she credited an item $5 off so i would not lose my $5. These clowns at the Fontana store thought it was so complicated that ask me to go back to the other store for an exchange. Mine you all i wanted was an even exchange. Sometimes people in charge should not be in charge. This may be way over their heads.

Its the worse experience that i had, carge my card when dont have the product, and they dont have the inventory at day.

Employees are rude and do not help you with anything

Great customer service and the store is kept up very nicely. Prices are not exaggerated either. Bathrooms are well kept for the most part until customer come in to ruin it, haha.

Although this store looks mad raggedy on the outside. It is very clean and organized on the inside. This is probably one of the best big lots Ive been too. Dont let the outsode fool you. Employees where nice too.

Love this place

The staff is very nice. Rosie helped me when I was looking at furniture and she explained different options. I really liked her, she wasnt pushy, she was very bright and she answered all my questions. I always spend to much when I go here lol...they have great deals on their sheets (well made), bed sets, towels, blankets, dishes, toys, household cleaning items and snacks for the kids!!! Ohhhh and they even have outdoor furniture, stuff for your garden and pools for the kids...I swear if you need it, they probably have it!!!

This particular store is one of the older stores.It doesnt have a good selection compared to the newer stores.The building sits way off from the street,and you would miss it.Depending on what youre looking for,I suggest you find another Big Lots to shop.

Good prices, furniture, food, paper products, plastic ware, storage boxes, small kitchen appliances.

I went in for some batteries and came out with a Blue tooth speaker, cereal, cologne, and batteries. Prices were just right.

Horrible customer service from the employees as well as the manager. I’ve called and emailed corporate several times and all I have been given was a receipt number but no one had contacted me back. If it wasn’t for its proximity I would never step into this location again.
