Store will closes for lunch at 6pm. Bad customer service especially when they have an hour before they closes ridiculous. The employees are rude and very unfriendly. They would rather talk on there phones and leave a customer standing and waiting. Very bad karma. If you get my draft. Ha Ha not funny.

Worst place to ever go... The so called assistant manager, store manager and the sad area manager... Like why does this company have them employed.. Recieved the lowest grade of customer service possible.. How you sell a defective phone and admit to it but still wont rectify the problem... Then to call customer service and get talked reckless to as well... Even metro pcs has better customer service...dont waste your time nor energy on this trash...

I went here the other night with my mom and it was the best customer service we have gotten from a phone store. The guy stayed open late so we could get a promotion he offered us. Definitely recommend I think his name was Cayden he was great and patient with us.

Called into the store today and the young man instantly offered me the special on the pre owned iPhone. He helped me get all my account info from metro pcs to switch over. This was my best experience and the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I promised him I would leave a great review. I’m definitely sending customers his way.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. The girl Tiffany didn’t even know what the iPhone 11 looked like. I called before I came to make sure if they had it in stock I get all the way to the store turns out they don’t have it in stock. The worst!!! She brought out a iPhone 7 smh
