Either the rest of these reviews are fake or I went on the wrong day (6-2-21 6:30pm-ish). Staff had zero knowledge of how to order a phone (even tho I called the day before and was assured they could. I was also sent by corporate who said that was the only way for this particular phone). Lots of blank stares at each other and shoulder shrugs. I brought the transcript of my chat to the store to show them what I was told. Still clueless. They finally made an attempt when they saw I wasnt leaving. The phone could be ordered but it would need to be shipped to the store instead of my house. Shipping to the store was valid option but they decided since it couldnt be shipped directly to me, that it couldnt be done. I asked why couldnt it be shipped to the store and they couldnt answer. I finally just walked out. Stay home if you dont wanna work, train the staff, and fire the lazies.

I went to Tmobile because the website stated this location was the only location in the area that had the Mophie travel kit. The young lady Diaprhia as the manager Asia did they have the item. Managers first response was no without looking. She was on her phone talking to her mom and grandma loudly in the store. Disphria continued to look and found the item while the store manager was zero help. The store manager lacks customer service skills sufficient to be a manager.

Horrible customer service experience, too busy talking on their personal phones, dancing etc...very unprofessional... T mobile needs to have random inspections, pop ups on employees... I saw a video camera, which I can quess that does not record conversation...T-Mobile need help!
