9;30pm I came in trying to UPLOAD money. The girl at the register asked the shorter bigger girl with the mop, “can we do money?” And the girl replied blandly, “nope, the system down”I looked at the lighter skinned one and she said nothing, then they continued their conversation about how they were going to handle money situations tomorrow.

Would It Really Be Too Much To Ask If An Associate Would Go Out And Sweep The Parking Lot Before And After Closing? Is It Asking Too Much For An Associate To Great The Customer? Is It Too Much To Run A Clean, Well Organized Store?

The management had been there all day, i get it yu tired but nobody cared enough to help tha only clerk that was there for tha rest of tha night wit tha line that wrapped around tha register b4 they bounced? Poor staffing except for tha lone night guy....

From the greeting at the door, the customer service at the checkout; that includes the several staff who were stock keeping and offering to help.The only drawback was the prices!We shop at your establishment because your name gives the impression thatFAMILY DOLLAR is comparable to a Dollar Store, when in actuality; the prices compare more with the large stores.

Nice store and was stocked pretty good prices are fair.and the staff friendly.

George is the district manager that lies cheats and steal, von is the store manager that follows right behind him stealing time and not willing to transfer people to different location because they both like to control people.... theyre both mannish. George fails to answer when employees have issues with von. I believe they messing around

I always buy my cleaning supplies from here and the store is packed with good deals all the time...

The cashier was rude accused me of pirposley running my card as credit when she asked for Id and card I said it was my husbands run it as debitShe still ran it as creditAnd said I did it on purposeIf Im not mistaken it was on her to correct the transactionShe needs to b nicer and she could of declined to let me

I drive out of my way and pass by 2 more Family Dollar stores to come to this one. The enployees are always friendly and the store is clean and well stocked.

Best Family Dollar in Forest! Omar the store manager is awesome the stores shelves or always stocked, clean, inviting, greeted when you come in the door. Twan great cashier or should I say customer service rep always smiling. Linda another cashier or rep is on point can basically tell you where all your itens or located.
