I have gone in Madison Street Shoes several times and no sales person offered any assistance. The last straw was when a close friend wanted to check out their shoes even though I told her about my experiences. We both found shoes we liked and I tried to get the attention of a male sales person who totally ignored us. I have tried my best not to think its racial but one of my co-workers said the same thing happened to her and a family member.

A cheerful shop is right. The employees are very friendly and seem to love what they do.The shoe selection is very nice for a small shop. They sell trendy, but comfortable and solid shoes and boots.The clothing is stylish but not too young for most. Love their accessories as well.

Always a great experience here. Friendly and helpful staff. Store is always organized and fully stocked. Cozy atmosphere and layout. Very enjoyable time spent.

LOVE!!!!!! Great shoes, great clothes, great jewelry, great staff! Lousy parking....cant win them all...but once you do find a place to park there are so many wonderful shops and cafes in and around this store you dont mind.
