Originally, I was going to give this place a 3. Unfortunately, as I walked towards the door, I had to give it at 1. If you look in the photos that I have posted for this review, you will see why I gave it a 1.Im not certain what caused the delay, but the store according to Google was to open at 9 o clock. Well, the store didnt open till after 9:15, but I sometimes understand that mistakes happen.As I walked to the door, I noticed a holiday sign with extended hours. So today oh, the store was supposed to be open at 8 a.m......Again I do understand that things happen, but I would have had some kind of explanation for all the people that was waiting, rather than leave them outside. Of course I was smart enough to wait in my car, but someone had to be the sacrificial lamb LOL...To top it off, as I walked in, no greeting::: which is cool because I understand this early in the morning, but you guys were extremely late oh, so well be in your best interest to try to smooth everything out with customers.Also as a manager, your number one priority should have been getting all the customers out the store. Unfortunately, they only had one cashier and that wasnt good considering that she was older and slower, along with all the waiting people that you knew that had come in... In my honest opinion oh, there should have been two drawers open and ready to get everyone out in a timely fashion.Definitely need some work on the outside, and the organization needs to follow up with owner of the parking lot to get it straightened out. The organization and the owners need to work with the trash collector, because its pretty ridiculous oh how much is build up, due to the fact that the trash collectors may pick up on certain days....Overall its okay on the inside, but like all Dollar trees I see it appears that unfortunately they are under staffed and they have product everywhere. And Ive seen these in all Dollar trees not just us one.....

I was impressed with the amount of frozen food this place had for a buck. Its best to go early to get a better selection.

Great customer service long lines but clean store and mangers are the nicest you may come cross definitely shopping here again.. I live in Atlanta and come forest park

They are stocking shelves which is good and they finally fixed that giant hole going up driveway, thank you for that.

This store is huge with high quality products. I love raiding the cookies and Halloween/Christmas/Valentines Day decorations. And with every visit, there is something I get that I cant believe only costs a dollar.

Line to the back of the store, one manger hes outside on the phone and the other manger shes just standing there and want clock in to get her store together. They need better management.

Theres always long lines and out on the floor to be put up therefore shelves are empty.

This location ALWAYS has stock in the aisles. Constantly low or out of items. The only good thing that deserve the 3 stars about this location is the majority of the staffs friendliness & helpfulness. An associate named Mo did something without asking that NO other Associates at ANY other location has EVER done. I had 2 shopping carts of items. After ringing & bagging all my items, Mo pushed the fullest cart out to my van & helped me unload both carts. Now THAT is excellent customer service!! At the location on Old National, the carts have poles to keep carts inside. I didnt know that until AFTER both carts were rung up. Only help I got was you cant take the carts outside. No offer to help carry ANY of the bags nor even to watch my things so I could bring my car to the door! Luckily, someone had left an empty cart from another store right in front of the door.

The current manager is rude and lazy. Since she has been manager the store has gotten more and more disorganized and lazy. Her attitude affects the workers there and they are getting lazier. Manager needs to be put in her place.

I really don’t care to complain but it’s really sad when you try to reach out to Corporate office for 3 weeks and you are unable to speak with someone In reference to their store. My complaint has nothing to do with the customer service, very nice employees. BUT What type of management is the store under, it’s a Hazard in the Forest Park Ga location it’s not safe. The store is Unorganized, never completely stocked and dirty. What I recommend is for the manager at the 138 in Stockbridge to come retrain the manager at that location and show them what a Dollar Tree store should look like. In order for the store to be under these condition ( Poor management). I really hope they get it together Because I love Dollar Tree and It’s in a great location.

I always see people stocking but the store needs to take a day to clean and merchandise properly, things are always broken and hanging off the shelves. Boxes everywhere! But the employees are nice.

I love this Dollar Tree location because it has anything you can think of, but it could be cleaner and better organized.

This place deserves negative stars. In every aisle there are boxes of unopened items that have yet to be stocked. On some of the shelves there are items still inside boxes with the top of the box cut off granting access to items. Laziest thing Ive ever saw. There were two employees walking around talking to each other instead of doing actual work.

I enjoy the deals... but the store is always cluttered with boxes. The merchandise should be on the shelves not in the aisle.

The cashier and bagger were nice. The store was clean and organized, and everything looked pretty well stocked. Surprisingly, they now sell bags of ice. The parking lot is wierd, as the store is sort of at a wierd angle relative to the roads.

I just left this location and was very disappointed! I shop here on occasion, because it near my job. 1st there was workers out front with latters at both doors and they were dropping & tossing tools to each other and extension cords out the door. The attitudes were of no concern for the customers safety. We had to walk under latters and step over tools in and out the store. (Why not just close the store for a few hours or day until the work was done.) 2nd the line was down the aisle and the one older lady at the register was doing a good job, considering she had no help. I realized that her help was back near the frozen food area on her phone! With no concern for the customers. This is a busy time of the year and this was ridiculous! I will start shopping at another location. My safety and time is too important. I spent 20 mins in a store, that should have only taken 10. Get it together Dollar Tree!!

10/3/21 There is a manager there that is very rude & disrespectful…. I don’t know her name,but she was telling one of her employees that she couldn’t stand me because I never speak to her !!! Wth,I said to myself everyone else in this store speaks to everyone entering the store,u say absolutely nothing and always has a frown on her face like she has personal issues… worst management ever I see why this store can’t keep any help 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The customer service here is very poor, management is pretty much non existent, the ailes are lines with boxes and boxes of unopened merchandise to the point that it is hard to navigate the ailes or see itwms behind all the clutter in the store, and it is not very clean. This location all together is a HUGE MESS and very unpleasant.

This was the most organized nasty cluttered Dollar Tree that I have ever been in!! I shop at the Dollar Tree all the time I love the Dollar Tree this particular Dollar Tree has made me not want to go into a Dollar Tree ever again!!!!

Ive routinely visited this store since before it became a Dollar Tree back when it was a Deals, every time I visit I notice its no longer bad its worse. Nothing is ever stocked, debris and trash on the floor, food items opened and half eaten, nothing is neat EVER, isles are impassable or cluttered at best. Employees on cellphones, rude or hasten your exit.. I think Ill drive another 10 minutes out of my way from now on and visit other stores in the area. I give up after today. The only cashier had a line down the isle and when the co-worker was notified she screamed at the cashier... as if she couldnt handle the workload (granted said coworker was seen on her cellphone the entire time I was in this store). Just dont waste your time, Ill definitely make a formal complaint after today.
