This review is 15 years overdue, but back then there werent the same options for online reviews. My experience sounds so similar to many reviews for them: a woman and a dog, moving from New Jersey to Texas, when an alternator dies on the highway late on a Friday afternoon. Everyone associated with Broadway, from the tow truck driver to the owner, made the day beautiful instead of the nightmare it could have been. And even with a fair price when they could have easily gouged me. Whenever I talk about that journey, I always say The best day of the entire weeklong trip was the day my car broke down in Arkansas.

I’ve been knowing mr Alvin and Mr Randy for a while, I just don’t like the fact that they rarely answer the phone, but overall they do good work on your vehicle they take care of their customers😁

I was on a long road trip with my two daughters when my car started to overheat. We happened to be near the Forrest City exit, so we exited and our hotel recommended Broadway Motors. I can’t say enough about how the excellent service was. Randy not only had us back on the road the next day, but also went out his way to help us by providing transportation to and from our hotel (in the Two Headed Dragon- a car with two front ends he made himself!!). He did all of this for an incredibly fair price. This could have been a really negative situation made positive by kind people, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Great timely service

My daughter was traveling on 11/2/2020 from TX to NY in my pickup truck and had a wheel barring go out. She called Broadway Motors and explained the problem, Mr Randy told her to bring it in he would fit her in.I could not be more happy with the way she was treated and the price for the repair!!You sir are a true friend that I have never met!!Thanks.

I just wanted to say thank you to the mechanic at Broadway Motors who helped my son with his 07 Ford Mustang this week!! My son was on a road trip heading out west and broke down in Arkansas and the mechanic here at Broadway Motors moved some other appointments to get my son’s vehicle in and fixed that same day!! The mechanic did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixed it quickly for a fair price!!I cannot thank y’all enough for helping him get his car repaired quickly and getting him safely back on the road. What a relief to know there are still great people and reputable mechanic shops out there!!Thank You Again!!!!

It is the best place for your car. I only use this place its got good prices and nice people that fix your car better than any other place Ive been.

Just a little old lady far away from home with a very terrible noise coming out of the engine was saved by these nights in shining chrome. I was back on the road in no time it was just a belt that wasn’t necessary in the winter. Does anybody know how frightening it is to be hundreds of miles from home, a job to get to 1000 + miles away and your engines sounding as if it could quit! Thank you again Broadway motors!

Awesome shop and awesome people. I was driving home to Tennessee for a funeral and my water pump went out on my F150. I was able to make it over to their shop and was back up and running in just a couple of hours. Randy (owner) even took me to get some lunch and chatted while we waited for repairs to be done. I cant thank these guys enough for helping me out and making a good experience out of what could have been a terrible one.
