We are driving cross country in our RV from Virginia to Oregon. We were super nervous because we had no idea where we were and what we were gonna do when we heard a weird noise in the RV. We called around asking who worked on RVs and no one did until we called this place and they told us to come in. They right away figured out what was wrong and fixed it within 10 minutes. Their pricing was the best I’ve ever seen, left only spending eight dollars! Once we left they called about 30 minute later double checking everything was still working properly. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. Please give them your business!!!!

Broke down on i40, managed to get my truck parked at my hotel. No shops where open on Saturday but chuck told me hed get me in first thing Monday. They delivered on everything they said. 8am I was towed to the shop and by noon I was already back on the road and my truck felt good as new. Estimate was higher than expected so I saved money there, and the problem was differnt than what I originally thought. They where thorough in every step. 10/10 would go back if I break down again

Whoever the lady was I believe her name was Kim who answered the phone when I called was RUDE! I read reviews before calling this place and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong! They are incompetent and the guy who came out to look at my vehicle (I broke down at the rest area near the 242 exit) was either drunk or kplain nuts! They ended up charging me even after not being able to fix my vehicle. This had been almost a month ago now and they messed it up worse than it was and I’m just now finishing repairs after having to have it towed! However the company they referred to tow me was WONDERFUL! So if you do mess up and allow them to “work” on your vehicle, go ahead and have “White Motor Company” on the phone ready to come TOW YOU HOME! SO glad I finally found this page so I can warn others. BEEARE!!!

Chuck the owner and the other woman that works there possibly his wife are very nice and understanding people. I drive truck and needed a job done that I could do myself and I just needed to use a couple tools that I didnt have on hand and I gave him a call to ask how much he would charge me for a few things that would require tools I didnt have and he told me to come on over and use what I needed no questions asked. He didnt ask for any money when I was done but I felt he deserved a little something from me. Tools are not cheap at all and I was very appreciative. Im glad I met these professional and caring people and if I need any service in the near future and Im in the area I wouldnt hesitate to go see them and I would recommend that to anyone!! Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars, even though they deserve way more. These people are the embodiment of southern hospitality. Our alternator went out, and after a series of other unfortunate events, Chuck was our guardian angel. He came to the hotel we were parked at and helped us get to his shop, where he worked tirelessly on our Nissan Murano. Muranos are not easy cars to work on. While he was working, his wife took us to get something to eat and get a rental car. Our car is working great, and his prices are more than fair. Thank you so much, Chuck and Kim!

I broke down just East of Forrest City, Arkansas last week while driving my Sprinter Van back to Arizona, after a road trip to the East Coast. We heard a noise from the power steering while traveling cross country and took our car here first thing in the morning.The gentleman took a look at it within minutes and told us it was low on fluid.He said there was a very small leak but nothing to worry about until we got home and have our mechanic look at it.He topped it off with fluid shook my hand and said have a safe trip.He could have easily told us we needed a repair that was necessary but hes an honest man.Thank you so much

Some of the most amazing people ive met. Stranded almost 4 hours from home, they helped get us a hotel room, dropped us off & picked us up, ran us to a fishing hole while they fixed my car (had to wait on part to arrive) and it took a few hours max. Chuck, Kim, and team are the absolute best! We were driving home from Christmas vacation and had a wheel bearing go out. We stopped and found them on Google maps. They answered their phone on New Years Eve, guided us to the place, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and repaired our vehicle in less than 4 hours. It only took that long because the parts store had the wrong part in the box and Kim had to go over to the next town to get the correct part. While waiting they let me, my wife, and 3 kids crash their office and relax in the heat and watch TV. They treated us like family and were an absolute blessing. On top of that they had fair prices that cant be beat anywhere! Thank you guys so much for treating us fairly and like family. Yall are truly a blessing! I would not go anywhere else, and like the review before me said...if I lived here I would not take my vehicles to anyone else!

Car broke down at night. Cant get any help from no where. Found this place from google and call them. They came out and check on my car took us to hotel. This town doesnt have a taxi service. Kim willing to give us ride back to back. They fixed our car as soon as they got the part over night shipping and good service. Owner family was super nice. I dont know how to thanks to them. While driving from Michigan to Dallas my car needed repairs to continue; pulled off highway 40. and was glad I found Lyle Auto; they had the problem diagnosed immediately, ordered the necessary parts and had the job done within hours of our arrival. Great shop! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of commercial vehicles. They went out of their way to ensure that I was back on the road as soon as possible. I can honestly say they treated me like a friend and not just another customer or invoice.

We had car trouble on a trip last week and these people were fantastic! They would get my highest recommendation! They got our part ordered and installed within 1 hour and had us back on the road. They were extremely nice and the price was wonderful! (Lower than I would have thought!) If I lived near them, I would have them doing all my mechanic work! Great family-owned business that can work on any type auto or even big trucks. So lucky that our car trouble was near them and someone referred us to them.

Was on my way home to Texas when the motor in my Ford pickup blew up. Michael Lytle spotted me and said Lytle Auto repair could get right on it if I wanted. They replaced my motor and I was on my way again in a short time. Cannot say enough good things about Chuck, his wife Kim and son Michael. This family has prompt and quality service at honest prices . Wish I could give them a higher than five star review.

I never leave reviews unless the service is horrible or fantastic. Chuck gets a fantastic. We are traveling through the area and our Dodge truck lost power pulling our camper. He wasnt able to find out everything about the truck in one day, and my son said he could come get it and fix it. I called Chuck to pay for what he had done, and he said, We didnt fix it, there is no charge. What mechanic does that? Nobody. We travel all over the U.S. and are used to being scammed. Never met the guy, but would take my vehicle to him again in a heartbeat. This shop deserves their five stars!!!

My clutch went while driving to Texas from Michigan. I was able to make it to Chuck’s shop where he and his team were able to repair it. Chuck was kind enough to give us a ride to a hotel in town, and even had his employees stay after closing hours to make the repair so we could get back on the road. Chuck did right by us and did an excellent job on the repair. I would highly recommend him and his shop.

I am more then thankful in coming across Lytles automotive shop. Traveling with children is stressful then running into car issues can really be difficult. I highly recommend this shop. Was in a pickle on Saturday with a transmission that was acting up. These people went above and beyond to help me out couldn’t get the problem fixed because I was on a time crunch but they helped me out beyond what they could have done. I highly recommend stopping here for good honest people.

This review is loooooong overdue.Our RV transmission blew on our way back home to Western NY. We thought we were stuck.These great folks were super compassionate while solving a MAJOR issue. Not only were they kind and generous, the guys did a FANTASTIC job fixing the transmission. And believe me, it was no easy feat. Worst place for automotive repair. The mechanics actually damaged my vehicle, charged me for labor, and I had to get a tow truck to haul it home because it wouldnt even start. I drove it to the shop, but had to have it towed home, in worse shape than when I brought it to the shop! Horrible, irresponsible, shysty, con artists. DONT waste your time or money going there.

We were traveling back home to Texas from Michigan when our front cv joint and wheel bearing broke on our Tahoe. When I called Chuck was very assuring that he would get my family back on the road in no time he offered to call a tow truck for us (we broke down in Heth, AR). Once we got our vehicle to Lytle’s they were VERY prompt on getting started immediately. My husband and son were able to ride with the tow truck however my daughter and I had to stay back as there wasn’t any room. Chuck told my husband he could borrow his truck to go pick us up. Once we all returned (45 mins later) they had a list ready of the repairs it needed and Micheal took my husband back to show him the bad parts as well as what needed to be done. In 2hrs we were not just back on the road but feeling confidant in the work that was completed.Knowing we were from out of town and we didn’t really have another option to get our truck back on the road I feel like some places would take advantages of that however NOT here they were VERY reasonable and honest! We were recently stranded in Forrest City Arkansas when out ford e450 motorhom would not start. We had our batteries replaced by Walmart and stayed the night and woke up leave only to find our engine would not start. We called Walmart but they told us to get a mechanic. I called Lytles and was immediately speaking with owner. He sent his son over to check out what was the issue. Within 30 minutes his son. Tyler and his wife had us up and running! Cant say enough about chuck and the service he provided. I got stranded on the side of the highway passing through on a 15 hour trip. Looked up diesel mechanics close to me on google and 5 or 6 came up. He was the only one with a 5 star review. I read a few of the other companies reviews and noticed their quoted price ended up being much less than the final bill without ever discussing the exra charges with the customers. A few mentioned thousands in difference. A company can take full advantage of someones misfortune and being stranded bc they dont have anynother choice. Not the case with chuck ! He was straight forward and gave me options but also his recommendations. If you are looking for someone to do what they they say they are going to do this is your company. Call chuck !!!
