We were traveling from Illinois to texarkana when we had to pull off interstate because of a horrible noise under our car. Pulled into a TA service center about 25 miles from Forest City. Immediately our wheel fell off. we were towed to Mikes and he and his sons spent about 6 hours working on our car. It sees the man that rotated our tires before we left Illinois didnt tighten/torque the lug nuts on the wheel. Mike was super.We were grateful to him for making sure everything was right and safe before sending us on our way. Very fair prices.

They was great!!! We was stranded out of state and he came to the hotel to get the key from me and than came back to pick us up at check out.Which neither did I have to ask him to do nor did he have to do. Very good people.
