I called for an appointment Michelle was so unprofessional. They never have loaners available and want you to sit and wait all day. I called Pompano location the young lady was super sweet and was able to get me set up right away for Thursday needless to say I will not be going back to the Fort Lauderdale location. This is my second bad experience with them. I’ll be so glad when my lease is up not dealing with Mercedes anymore. There are too many other companies out here giving 5-star service in their service department to have to deal with people with attitudes.
Some times they are excellent, sometimes horrible such as when my car was there for 5 days for a check engine light. Unsypathetic and uncomminicative in that incident yet fantastic the next time when they repaired a scratch gratis.
Very happy with my experience with the service department advisorI have met Malik there who I highly recommend as a service adviser. Through time I have realized how highly dedicated and motivated he is.I almost lost hope on service in south Florida till I met one advisor that can change your experience and judgment. Malik was this person!

I had to have my car dropped off for a flat tire and A0 service in the after hours even after I arrived one minute late due to the tow having to park carefully, etc... The person there a guy named Domingo - I think -, said he could not do anything for me because it was closed (1 minute late), but that I should not worry If I dropped my car keys at the late drop box, someone would call me and help me on Monday. It was a Saturday afternoon. Fast forward to Monday, nobody called me and when I called they said they could not find my car so, no service had been done. Hours later I got a call that they had sent someone to look for the car and they would call me as soon as they found it. Worried, I had to Uber myself to the dealership and there I found my car untouched just the way I had left it. I asked the person receiving the cars to check if they could find the keys to my car so I could show them where it was. The keys were still inside the drop box, so nobody had touched them. I ended up removing the car myself because they said they didnt have anyone available to check my car. They did not even apologize. These people lie to your face, do not trust them with your beautiful Mercedes. Mercedes Benz, please remove your license from these people, they do not follow service standards and dony care for customers.
Had the pleasure of working with Robert while having my vehicle repaired. He was very attentive and worked with me every day to ensure I was being kept up to date and that I would get my vehicle back in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this Mercedes and Robert. Thank you!

Drove here and they didn’t have the car in stock. Not sure why they wanted me to drive out here and why they were unable to properly communicate this over the phone. Very unorganized, Audi here I come. This place is a joke.

Brought car in with 75,000 miles on it for service. It was driving beautifully at the time. I paid $1,000 for a service. The car came out with a problem it did not come in with. I brought the car back and paid them another $1,000. The car came out with another problem. Now nobody can figure out what is wrong with the car. I have to get rid of it. When I took it to the mechanic he insisted that they never even changed the oil. I should have drove it into a ditch and saved some money. I should have just taken the repair money and bought a flipping Hondi, a much better car. They turned my Mercedes into a piece of junk. They managed to take down my last review??? So I made sure to put it back because they had some AH____ call me to tell me I didnt bring the car in for service but to fix a valve. How would I know if I needed a valve? Lairs!! If the review isnt good they have it taken down to get away with not even changing more the oil. I am sure that I am not the only one with this experience. The person that called me sounded like an experienced liar. Now you know. I THINK FOR $2,000 YOU COULD HAVE CHANGED THE (*&^^%6&(%$ OIL!!!

Went to have my Mercedes washed as I have always done, no one greeted me, a young gentleman came to me after I had to wait in my car for approximately five minutes, I asked to have my car wash and his comments were no washing, no washing. Of course I was perplexed and left the establishment, wonder why I ever bought this car at this dealership.
No appointment took me right in replaced aux battery even washed my car 50 minutes!
Outstanding customer service and my go to MB Dealership in Southeast Florida. Was enjoying our day out in the sun and and our convertible top malfunctioned as weather was moving in so my wife and I raced to MB of Ft Lauderdale in a panic. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly face, Nate Harrinauth who moved heaven and earth to get our car covered and into the shop to be looked at as quick as he could even though we didnt have a scheduled appointment. He also worked miracles and gathered us one of the last loaner cars so we could continue our day with minimal interruption and thats all due to his incredible effort and being flexible. Nate kept my wife and I updated as troubleshooting and repairs were completed on my SL550.When it was all done he quickly notified us and made sure our car was nice and clean when we picked it up. Nate, I cant thank you enough for making a very difficult experience super easy. Your positive outlook and flexibility made our weekend and we are now lifelong customers of Mercedes Benz of Ft Lauderdale after just this one incredible experience. If your coming in for service go directly for the best and ask for Nate!!! Hes saved in my phone now for all future visits. A+++++ customer service at its best!! Keep up the great work Nate.

I just stopped in to have my power steering fluid filled. I feel badly I dont remember his name but the gentleman that took my car in had me in and out in under 30 and washed my car for free as well. I have never been taken care of so quickly. When I bought my car at that location over two years ago they told me about free fluid top off and complimentary car washes. I have never taken advantage of them because I usually do my own fluid and the reviews for car wash where do bad online. Since I was having my fluid topped off and was offered to have it washed I agree. I have to leave a review when my phone asked me about my experience so people can rest assured that the dealership doesnt make you feel uncomfortable about a free car wash. As a matter of fact they make you feel very welcomed and that type of costumer service is appreciated and should be a acknowledged. Thank you Mercedes-Benz and staff at fort Lauderdale location!

Im new to the Ft Lauderdale area so I went here to get my car serviced. I relocated here from Seattle but my car is in the Mercedes-Benz database. Auto Nation charged me $950 for basically changing my transmission fluid and filter according to the invoice. Auto Nation had also bought out some of the Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Seattle as well and the service is no where as good as it used to be. I had a 7:00 AM appt. and got my car back around 11:00 AM which Im guessing was to justify the high labor cost. Mercedes-Benz used to be known for their nice waiting areas with plenty of refreshments and snacks. Not anymore!!! This is the last time that I will ever deal with an Auto Nation dealership if I can help it. The staff is still friendly but everything else has dropped off considerably.
