Im not one to write reviews, but I am so impressed with Baez Auto Repair. SUPER HONEST people. Great family owned business that delivers great service. There was one time Baez couldve used an excuse to charge me more but Ive actually a received phone call from them saying that there was a minor misdiagnosis and the service was going to be CHEAPER!!! I even had a time when I shopped around for an AC fix and the price hovered around $1,300. When I took it to Baez, they literally said, Yeah, I can see why they quoted you that much but if you are okay with not having heat in the car, we can fix the flap (the issue with the car) but youll only get AC. Living in South Florida, I never use the heat and he only charged me $300 and it works great. The fact that other mechanics didnt even offer the alternative shows me that Baez is more focused on service and loyalty instead of only $$$. I rate this place 5 stars and I recommend it to all my friends in the area. You wont be disappointed!Plus, they have a great yard dog named Tebow the wife and I brings treats to :-)

I dropped my car off at Baez since it was smoking. I was afraid that this would be a thousand dollar fix and that it would take all week, but the professionals at Baez did a great job for an great price! They also got my car back to me in just a day and a half. If youre looking for a reliable shop that wont rip you off and does amazing work, Baez is your place!

The saga of my 2nd and final trip to Baez Auto Repair,8AM I dropped my car off to have the oil changed and a new catalytic convertor installed. No one was at the shop when I dropped the car off despite their opening hours of 8-5:30pm.9AM No problem, I called the shop at 9AM made sure they knew I was the one that dropped the car off and what work I wanted done. I was told that there was no problem and that they would call when the car was finished.1PM Having not heard anything, I call to make sure things are progressing and the car is being looked at. I am told that there is no issue, that the mechanic was going to check on the car now and that I would be called back with an estimated time that I could pick the car up.4:30PM I still have not received a call from the shop, so I call again to see what is going on and if I can pick up my car. I am told that they will not be able to get to my car that day and that I will have to leave it overnight. This is not an option for me. I express my disappointment, explaining that I went out of my way to drop off the car as soon as the shop opened and checked in throughout the day to make sure that the work would be completed.4:42PM The shop calls and tells me they can change my oil but wont be able to change my catalytic convertor.4:47PM Mechanic calls me to tell me that he doesnt like to work under pressure, the oil change is a bigger job than he thought, and he can not get to it. I will need to come pick up my car in the next 15 minutes.I think the value of a good mechanic is in their ability to solve problems, communicate with customers, and work with respect to the customers time and money. On all of those accounts, Baez Auto Repair fails.4:42PM

I found this shop online when I first moved to Florida. Frank (owner) and his wife Francis are so pleasant, down to earth and straight shooters with regard to getting work done. I made some visits for various types of issues on two used American cars Ive owned and they were always fixed first time, in a timely manner and at a great price. I decided later to try a place closer to my home (for purposes of convenience) to do some repairs but turned out to be a big mistake. I went straight back to Baez and vowed this will be my car doctor as long as Im in Florida. If you dont mind a no frills garage and need a QUALITY mechanic you can feel good about giving your money to, give Baez a shot. I wager that youll want to go back.

I tend to try and troubleshoot any issues I have with my cars and Im pretty mechanically inclined. I could not figure out what was wrong this time. Frank within minutes knew what I could not figure out and was able to fix it. I would 100% recommend this shop and will be returning if I get stuck again.

Quality service

Asked for and paid for a wheel alignment, two months later I found out it was never done after my front tires were ruined. I asked Frank about it, he told me they don’t do alignments on vehicles after 2010. Would have been nice to know that before I paid for it.

One of the best and honest Carr repair shops in So Florida

In few words Incompetent slow overcharging. I went there with few problems on my car. First off i had a rattling noise coming from the engine and on my way there had a huge drop in the power output. They figured out the power drop was due to exhaust rusting and breaking apart. They fixed it but i had to go there twice for them to fix it semi ok by changing the catalytic converter. They totally ignored the rattle i went in for originally. Refusing to go a third time i went to a different shop where mechanics told me i have a engine mount completely broken off. They fixed it in couple of hours and after that we found out that the exhaust was still misaligned and was making additional noise. Im thinking to go again to the 2nd shop to take care of that im not risking my car again with these people. Stay away from this place!!!

Frank and his wife are complete rip offs. I brought my car in to get my horn fixed and they told me it was a clock spring and qouted $450. I went for a second opinion and it was just a wire disconnected and was charged $35.. My roommate also spent thousands on his truck only to have them continuously mis diagnose it with out giving him a single reciept of the work they did.. I thought this guy was an honest Christian mechanic. I was wrong, stay clear of this place

Took my sons car there for brake lights not working and was charged for oxygen sensors 300.00 . Was told the car would get better gas milage . Not only did it lower my gas milage but the brake lights are out again under a week later.
