Did not read the reviews for this place before coming and that was a mistake. Brought my car in for a full alignment. Two days later one of my front lug nuts fell off on my vehicle. Regardless of how patient and respectful you are, Carlos speaks to you in a patronizing manner and takes no accountability for the piece that his employee lost. Before coming here, I took my vehicle to Firestone and never had a single issue. Stay away from this place if you love your car.As per the reply from management, management continues to deny any wrongdoing in losing the piece on my vehicle. Pay the extra $30-$40 bucks and take your car somewhere professional.

Well. I went to the store, I had bought alignment and balancing at grouoon, they made balancing and fixed a nail on the tire. But the alignment was not made due to a computer problem. So I had to go back another day. To rearrange a time was not easy, but Carlos told me I could go to the store and he would manage to help me. So after almost 2 weeks, I finally got back to the store. I waited for 1 hour and service wasnt done. Just spent time and money.

The guys at Wheel Fix It did a great job fixing a rim on my Mercedes SL550 and painting the calipers red with the MB logo in white. I would highly recommend them if you need any work done on your wheels. They are very professional, friendly, and do high quality work with a quick turnaround.

Took my car in knowing it had a bent rim and was vibrating when on the highway. They put it in the shop and checked it out. Came back to tell me there were two bent rims and no hub centric rings on any of the wheels (they are aftermarket). A decent priced quote and 5 hours later the rims were back to form and they even washed the car. Got on the highway to find the ride is smooth and enjoyable again. Carlos, who runs the shop, is extremely sociable and knows what he is doing!

Two thumbs up! Chose this place due to the great rating on google. I had a 24” wheel that was bent and causing a bad vibration. Spoke with Carlos when I got there and was given a fair price for the work. His crew removed the wheel and gave me a loaner wheel so I could go on with my day. I came back later that day to get the repaired wheel put back on. Carlos and the crew were super easy to deal with and the work was perfect. The truck rides super smooth now. Thanks again. I Purchased two new tires for the rear, alignment, and four-wheel tire balance. When I picked up, the new wheels were in the front (bad communication by Ana with mechanic). When I got home, I checked the older wheels and both still had same old weights and dirt (they did not add or took any weight at all). I called Carlos, he told me, the wheel did not need any new or to remove any weight (that they were fine). Unless the car is shaking or trembling, according to him, it means they did the job. I am looking for a new mechanic to take care of my two Mercedes. Can anyone recommend a good, honest, organized mechanic in Broward? By the way, the alignment was good.

Ok so ya gotta make an appointment .. whoops I lied! I was the first one there ! and they finally showed up 15 minutes late.. I got in and out pretty fast and they let me know my tires were damaged and I needed new tie rods which they happily would have done for $400 bucks and give me another alignment. Nah.. I did it for $300 but the alignment was fine! get there early!

Got there and it’s so congested barely anywhere to park. I got there at 3pm for my APPOINTMENT and the guy says ok give him a few minutes. I park and he disappears. An HOUR later I go to office and there is NOBODY around to help. Unprofessional and definitely a waste of my time. Never again.

Poor customer service.. gave me two different estimates of repair time - workers were good and helpful... but some talkative Mexican owner of this location shows up at 10:30 when shop is suppose to open at 10:00.. when I asked about being serviced the talkative mexican owner begin to catch an attitude with me when he was the one who told me to come at10:00.. I would suggest anyone reading this to take your repairs, rims tires and money elsewhere.. as I drove off after he suggested I take my business elsewhere... he comes outside.. I ignored him and proceeded to leave premises so he begins cursing and calling me all kinds of profanity... never met a man who acted so much like a woman in my life!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Came here to get wheel spacers installed (that I provided), an alignment and tires balanced. Left on a road trip the next day and my truck had a bad vibration at any speed over 65mph. Pulled into the first tire shop I came across and they checked the balance of my wheels. All four were way off balance. I paid to get them rebalanced somewhere else and got back on the highway and all was smooth. Waste of my time and money. Who knows if they even did the alignment... won’t be coming back.

Hands down to Carlos and team. I needed to get my car aligned because it was shaking and pulling to the left. They did a great job and a short period of time, Also I bought from them a brand new set of spike lug nuts wich wad vey hard to find after trying few places before no one had them available but Carlos did. Found a deal for this place so decided to go- excellent customer service. VERY welcoming, courteous and accommodating staff- from the lady in the office to the mechanics. I came in for a rotation, balance, and alignment. Was told I needed two tires ( I was shown how bad they were). Ended up getting two NEW tires from their local warehouse delivered in 20 minutes (only $88/each). They were never pushy and didn’t try and tell me to get other things done (which tends to happen when you’re a girl going by yourself). HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Their rim selection is pretty fire too!

Ive been looking for new staggered 22 wheels and tires for my challenger. Carlos and the guys went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my choices. My man Carlos and his staff are a team of incredible men! I purchased a set of Universal Rims in which I thought that my truck was a 5 lug and come to find out it was a 6 lug on a 2003 Suburban. I did not want to lose the money from the rims and I took my chances at calling this establishment and I pretty much conducted business over the phone because its a long distance to travel. I had my brother-in-law to assist me once Carlos assured me that he can take care of the situation. Indeed he did. It was a lot of work to be done per tire. It was done and accurate time and it was perfected. It was a lot of welding and drilling and Im very glad that he helped me to save money. A great team and keep up the good work. I will be returning for more work in time.

I was initially hesitant to drop off my 2016 A6 (Supercharged Prestige) at any other place other than Audi. However, when two my wheels became bent, Audi advised me that I needed to find a shop that repaired/straightened wheels or purchase two new wheels. Without one of those two options, the car would continue to vibrate excessively at speed and I would need numerous alignments.After calling numerous shops in the area, I spoke with Carlos at Wheel Fix It. He explained the process to me and earned my business through the production of various photographs and reviews from prior customers. He explained that I was welcome to bring my vehicle any morning and that they would complete the task by the end of the day. I obliged and dropped it off at 10am. His shop foreman (Norman) greeted me along with two other technicians. They removed the wheels and diagnosed the issue free of charge. I agreed to the repairs and by the end of the day, my vehicle was returned to me. They even offered to wash the car as all vehicles services at Wheel Fix It are detailed free of charge after service.Wheel Fix It Broward is has been around for over 17 years and their experience shows. The price was fair, the work was impeccable (no more vibrations) and the service was top rate. I highly recommend.

Brought my wheel here to get welded after I found a crack on one of the spokes.. The owner/manager was very professional and polite but the work they performed was not very good. The crack that I needed them to weld was still leaking air after they attempted to fix it. They said everything was good when really it wasn’t.

They were able to fix my aluminum rims after I hit a curb hard. All the other shops said they could not be fixed. They stayed late to take care of me same day since I drove from out of town.

When I got here I was a but nervous due to the fact that I am a woman and it was my first time going to get some tires on my own. I can honestly say that it seemed very family oriented and Carlos was very honest with me as far as price and what I needed to fit my current budget. He did not try to force me to buy something or lie. I felt such an honesty I will definately be coming back for my future tires!

I GLADY LOOK FORWARD TO A RESPONSE FROM THE STORE OWNER. Who did not provide me with a receipt for the poor quality of work done on my car. You argued with me about how you dont have to give me paperwork. Dont you remember Carlos? Maybe thats why Im not in your so called system.If you are preforming quality work why would you CALL THE POLICE ON A CUSTOMER!!! The owner Carlos will not replace or repair parts broken by him or his employees. When I was there there were three unsatisfied customers that were complaining and Carlos called the police on one of them because he did not want to continue to fix his car after the damage that Carlos is guys did on the vehicle. I would not recommend anybody going to the shop it is horrible youre better off doing the work by yourself in your driveway. Tires plus > idiots.

I dont like being slicked and this is what they did, I brought my truck to them to be aligned and they acted like they couldnt do it but still wanted to get paid for doing nothing. There a rip off in my eyes. Never again will I do business with them PERIOD.
