The manager was very nice, love her accent.. she made some calls and got the items for us in a reasonable time.. The manager personal called my dad to confirm the delivery date.. Incredible service!! Definitely will recommend Rooms to go to our friends.

My mother and I have been looking for furniture since we’re remodeling the house. From the moment we walked in, the only person that greeted us was Marc and he sincerely apologized that we weren’t greeted upon entrance. We weren’t worried because we like to look first then ask later lol. It was the thoughtfulness and sincerity that counted and Marc made sure he delivered! At that moment we knew that he was all-around amazing and very honest also which is a plus. He gave us our time to look around and he would check on us every few minutes to see if we have any questions and make sure that everything was all right. Altogether he truly represents that store amazingly! We will definitely be going back for anything else we may need and going to him.

After being disappointed with City Furniture and Ashley I walked into the Fort Lauderdale RoomToGo. I was greated by Chris! He was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and kind. I had no idea theres a shortage on some pieces of furniture throughout the industry. He answered all my questions and wasnt pushy at all. Well I will say my expectations were very low but thanks to Chris he made me love the store! Very nice young man. Overalls without him I’d rate the store a 3 but with him there he brings the rating to a 5! He was very helpful and patient very surprised he isn’t the store manager or general manager! He needs a promotion ASAP! Anyway, the store is great all together and I wouldn’t want to spend my money anywhere else!!!

As a first time home buyer/furniture purchaser, my experience couldn’t have been better at Rooms to go with Debbie helping me. I ended up finding 4 items from around the store that I loved, and I was informed that these could all be combined as a bundle deal at a discounted rate. I spent about an hour there and everything went smoothly. Originally, I had looked all over their website and didn’t find too many things I liked. The in-store experience, friendly staff and of course our associate Debbie made a great impression and guided me through the entire finance process with ease and good faith. After being disappointed from ordering online I decided to go to this location to replace my living room set, being that I’m use to ordering online I thought this would be a very difficult situation, but Chris made my visit on 9/17 a breeze with a walk in the park! I wish I could leave ZERO stars. This is my second purchase from this store in 12 months and again my order is plagued with problems. This time I bought a sectional sofa on 9/18/2021 with a delivery date of 10/4/2021. When the sofa was delivered, of the 5 pieces, one was completely wrong and one was defective. When I called to address the problem, I was told my replacement for the incorrect piece could not be delivered until March of 2022, 6 months after my original purchase. The other option I was offered was to pick a different sofa. The only acceptable replacement was also a March 2022 delivery. I was so disappointed, but that was the only recourse I was given. Today, when the replacement for the defective piece arrived, it too was defective. By this time I was so upset with RTG and their quality, I just want my money back. I called the store and they told my I had to call customer service. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was not in but would call me back. When I called customer service, they told me I had to speak to the store where I made the purchase. TOTAL run around. When I did receive a call back from the store, I was told they would do nothing for me except replace with another sofa and the Manager REFUSED to even get on the phone and speak to me. HORRIFIC Customer Service, or lack there of! They made ZERO attempts to try and correct the situation other than wait with 1/2 a sofa for 6 months. If I had known it would take them 6 months to complete the purchase I would NEVER had bought from RTG. BEWARE this company takes ZERO responsibility for their product and does not stand by any of their commitments to their customers. Just an awful company to deal with.

We HATE shopping….however our buying experience at Rooms to Go with Deborah made our purchasing a sofa bed, area rugs and pillows a fun, exciting fulfilling and most importantly a no pressure one.Her input on complimentary/contrasting colors to enhance our living areas was gracious while allowing us to take as much time as was needed to make us happy and certain everything was…PERFECT.Now to wait for delivery…we’ll take fotos to share once everything’s in place.Rooms to Go has a very important asset in having Deborah as an esteemed associate.

If I could give it 0 starts I would. I have ordered nearly $8,000 worth of furniture. My mirror was delivered broken. It was rescheduled to be delivered nearly 2 months later. My dresser was delivered broken 2x. I have yet to receive a satisfactory dresser. Today my daughters bunk bed was delivered broken. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this company. I am working to request a refund for each of the broken items and I keep getting the run around from customer service. Do not shop here. There delivery service is ineffective.

Patrina was very well mannered. Helpful and was very patient with me wanting to know more about the different mattresses and their comfortability. She was also very knowledgeable about the questions that I had pertaining to the furniture I was interested in and she seemed to also have a love for her job. I was impressed with her customer service skills as well.

I’ve been a customer at Rooms to Go in Fort Lauderdale for over two years. Unfortunately they have no way in their sales process to identify current customers when greeting. Yesterday we walked in and walked around for 15-20 min no one taking care of us. One sales person finally asked And when I told him that we were just looking at mattresses to do an exchange of something his bottom line he basically pointed around the show room saying they’re all over the place and then we can go look at them and he was busy going off to take care of somebody else and then no one took care of me. I won’t back up that seems has replied and said I really need some help he said I should probably go talk to the manager to the management no matter where things are. The manager did take good care of us. Now today we went back to re-look at accessories we liked.After walking around for about 10 minutes irrupt it finally come up to us and ask what we needed his name is Scott and he did a fantastic job walking us through everything they can show you but from what we wanted my time I looked for pillows he brought over sample cloth that we could buy it was all done very well done very well. But then he asked me if I wanted to sign up for their discount card for accessories and I said I already have a member he said was not showing up on your account and all they were showing was that I had bought a mattress recently but so nothing of my two year history of buying their wave I put in my name and went through deeper his dreams I will find it and everything had been archived otherwise I would’ve paid a second time for discount card. Their system needs to be updated in the process needs to be improved so that they recognizing it in the file current customers and pull up their profile and idea what they’ve done and I’ve gotten through the buying process.

Wow, when they say it is hard to get furniture they mean it some items are not available until after December. The showroom is beautiful and gave me some decorating ideas. Everyone was very friendly even though I got there pretty close to closing time. Thank you!

The Federal Hwy has a good selection of patio furniture. Also it seems to have a bigger selection of art for home decor.

A very great and efficient experience at rooms to go. I knew exactly what I needed and Scott helped me to get in and out. Since I’m with my baby it’s important to be in and out as soon as possible since babies can be very fussy and cranky when they are tired! Thankfully I came in and left in under 15 minutes. A big thank you to Scott for his professionalism, warmth and efficiency. My recliner is on its way next week and I’ll be ready to rest on it after I get home from surgery! The most important thing to speed up recovery from surgery is rest. Glad I found an amazing recliner that I can recover and rest in these next three months. Amazing shopping experience! (At the store) Deborah sales associate was efficient, polite and made it possible. However after leaving the store BRACE yourself because you will be in be hands of the WORSE customer service in the industry. I purchased a full bedroom set and I liked it so much that I paid almost 3k cash and I was willing to wait for almost two months to have it all delivered. The bed was delivered first and I noticed the side rail had been scratched by the delivery guys so immediately called the store and after speaking with two people at the store and being hung up upon by a rep I was told that a replacement will not be issued but a technician will be sent to evaluate the damage??? The technician was scheduled to come to check it out a MONTH after the delivery date. A month goes by and the technician only comes over and PAINTS over the F up rail. This is insane! I paid all this money to have BRAND NEW furniture!! But this isn’t over yet... then two months after the purchase I am finally receiving the 2 missing nightstands and the delivery guy comes knocks on my door and tells me “Rooms to go F up your order” and that he had in the truck the wrong items!!!!! After 1 hour on the phone “customer service rep” apologizes and offers me $50 dollars credit for the delivery fee and tells me I have to wait two more months to have it all delivered. The fact that I’m paying so much money for something and have to wait almost 5 months to have what paid it for I find it utterly ridiculous for a “ reputable” company to offer such a miserable shopping experience. After they close the sale and take your money they won’t take accountability at the store and they will tell you “I am sorry there is nothing I can do call customer service” and hang up on you. They will hand you over to the incompetent, poor trained and really unprofessional “customer service line”. I will NEVER give them my business again and neither should you! RUN AWAY!

Rooms To Go ( N Federal Highway) is absolutely STELLAR. ANDREW SAYERS ( our sales guy) is VERY patient and thorough. He will be up front and honest with various questions you have and he will not give you the run-around. All of the staff are amazing! Truly from being welcomed by Scott ( when we first entered the store and we were not ready to buy anything ) to the friendly smiles of everyone there. Debby was another one that helped us understand where everything was in the store.. layout.. particular room furnishings.. etc.Every time we went back to Rooms To Go, the staff would know who we were and they would get our specific sales person. We literally ordered 11K worth of furniture and our delivery experience was flawless. We received text messages and robo phone calls continuously letting us know and confirming the delivery for the specific dates we chose to have everything delivered. That was great because it gave us peace of mind that our furniture was indeed coming. All furniture pieces came intact and in perfect shape. The 3 delivery guys were AWESOME! They showed up on time and they put together EVERYTHING in just over an hour.Our apartment looks like it was “staged” for a HGTV show... seriously.I have another $2,500 left on my card and will use it on some amazing accent pieces. I will go nowhere else. My photos attached speak for themselves.

I have a mixed review.When my husband and I first walked in we were grated by a woman who before even saying hello looked me up and down twice and showed zero interest in helping us. As we walked around we found one of the more expensive sofas we liked and Christion came over to assist us, he then said the woman that greeted us had to help us because that is the policy. I said no thank you, I do not want her to assist us as she was very rude and I do not appreciate being sized up upon entry.Long story short, we went back last night, Christion cane in on his day off to help us, we purchased the sofa and may be back for more items. Moral of the story, dont judge a book by its coverAs Julia Roberts said BIG MISTAKE!!

The sales people are friendly and dont try to force upsales. The experience in the store was good. However, the delivery is atrocious. Not only did it take almost two months to deliver the furniture, but when the delivery men came they did not say a single word to my husband who went out to meet them. One guy was on the phone the whole time. They tracked dirt through the house and left trash all over the floor for us to clean up. Came in without saying a single word, not a one, and then just left a mess. Dumped half of the furniture by the door and headed off. Unacceptable.

David W. helped me narrow down my various choices by availability and then worked with me while I customized a room with pieces from different collections. I spent days trying to do this online, and he made it so smooth, while I got to rock in the chair I ultimately purchased! Will just go straight to him from now on.

My experience with Neil Lederer, of Rooms to Go, was nothing short of extraordinary!!! Neil is a real gentleman, who went out of his way to show us everything rooms to go had to offer and took as much time as necessary to allow us to see the huge showroom and answered all of our questions. I will go back to Rooms to Go, for all my furniture needs, and will always ask for Neil to help me out. It was a wonderful experience having Neil as our salesman. Buying the items were easy.... actually getting them delivered is actually impossible! I was originally supposed to get the items on Thursday between 10-2. The driver never arrived. It is now Friday, and the arrival time keeps going up and customer service does not answer. I called the store directly and no one has idea whats going on. AS THEY WERE ARRIVING I WAS INFORMED THAT I NEEDED A SMALLER TRUCK BUT NO ONE TOLD ME THIS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. DONT DO IT. Avoid this place. Go somewhere else.

We went to 3 Rooms to Go stores to purchase a love seat recliner. The first store in Boca salesperson showed us some but had to go and take care of another customer who came in after us. So we drove to Pompano. That sales girl told us we would not be able to get it until the end of January So we drove to Ft.Lauderdale.That is where we found Smiley Our sales person Smiley was very help full. He worked with us and told us that if we paid a little more for delivery we could get it in 3 days. The cost was cheap. He was GREAT. He told of everything we needed to know to help us with our purchase. We know where to shop at Rooms To Go

I HATE SHOPPING. Rooms to Go was the first store I went to for a living room set and the last. They had everything I needed. It was great. Ask for Smiley, (I know, what a cool name) but he knows the furniture. Now I can enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend and not be spending it looking for furniture.
