We were looking for a modern leather couch and found the perfect one! We were impressed by the inventory and how friendly and helpful George was. He was knowledgeable about the couch we were interested in and not only did he help place our order quickly and efficiently, but a few days later when I needed to purchase the protection plan and struggled to get it done on my own, he was able to take care of it for me. George is fantastic as was the delivery men who got us set up at home. They were super professional and friendly. We would shop here again without question!

Excellent experience! I made my purchase over the phone from another country and my sales associate Doug Harris was amazing! He took the time to explain everything to me and was very patient with me and even walked me through step by step of the order process. He took measurements for me and much more. I am very happy with the quality of furniture (100% made in Italy) and the professional manner in which they operate. Mercedes helped me chose new dining room and bedroom furniture which I love! The LED light in the headboard did not work when delivered but the driver called the general manager on the spot and they are coming to repair or replace it in a few days. Tim in the warehouse is a total pro, efficient and polite. Pleasure to do business with nice people selling good product at fair prices.

I went into MH2G looking for a specific size and style piece of furniture. I had shopped there before. George Beaupre assisted me both times. I was able to find exactly what I wanted-and it’s in stock so I won’t have to wait long until arrival at my home.

BEWARE WITH Modern Home 2 GoI wish I can give them less than 1 star rating. We bought a sectional sofa in nov 2019 paying for a separate 5-yr warranty service. Everything was perfect until January that we had to call for a defect on a headrest and someone came to fix it (note that this was 2 months after purchase). 6 months after, a piece of leather literally ripped in a place that no one has contact with. Now, they said that’s not covered and the armrest has missing foam as well. We’ve had sofas from other stores (not that fancy) and lasted more than 15 years in perfect conditions. We just changed our house decorations.Terrible quality and terrible service. DON’T buy from them ever. It’s very expensive for what it is. Amaya is the only person trying her best to give good service but she’s not a decision maker. Her hands are tied.Again, DON’T BUY ANYTHING THERE

Probably I didn’t look the part…who knows …but I didn’t even get a greeting when I walked in the store just that slight look up from computer acknowledging my presence. I found the piece as soon as I walked in the store, Amalfi buffet caught my eye. I still wandered the store to check out other pieces, made a phone call, took pics and still none of the sales associates approached me. When I was ready to purchase I had to go to the desk for help. It was all awful. I felt so welcomed next door at Ethan Allen by all the associate’s especially Floyd…I wish Ethan Allen had the selection I needed. Unfortunately I was stuck purchasing from MH2G with no customer service just inhospitable attitude. Selection was amazing, check out process was fairly easy. Delivery service was self scheduled as in I needed to call which I forgot, I did receive a follow up call though to schedule which was also fairly smooth.

George was extremely helpful. The counter stools are the nicest we have seen. Kitchen table is perfect for us. Happy customers.

The reason for the 4 stars is because there was a small issue with the table but it was resolved to our satisfaction and I think we would recommend to our friends to check out this store because some of their inventory is beautiful, modern and stylish if a little pricy. Our sales rep in Ft Lauderdale was Mercedes. She is very friendly and know her furnitures very well. I asked a lot of questions which she had a response to everyone and even made suggestions on how to care for, set up and add accessories. She also made suggestions on how to pro long the life of the furnitures. I would shop there again and ask for her.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a bed and a table. Both Defective. The headboard didnt match the side rails. The table was not stainless steel as advertised and arrived with tread marks on it. They refused to repair or replace. They wont answer emails or VMs. Quality is poor and customer service is terrible. This is not a reputable company.

What ever happened to Customer Service? Why should the customer have to pick up, when you offer to pay for a delivery ?I wanted to buy an outdoor seating group $4,700.00 and was told I needed to go to Miami Gardens to pick it up. Ive never experienced a retail store so unwilling to make money. And I had to return to store to pay for it, I couldnt give my credit card offer the phone. NUTS

I had 2 experiences at this store and both were great ++++ I ordered the floor leaner mirror with Julie who gave me all the shipping details so I would know how many available and when I would receive. I ordered the Lorenzo leather sectional from Mercedes today and she made sure my sofa was available and then proceeded with the transaction. She completed everything within minutes and made sure she sent my invoice and text so we can keep in touch regarding this order and my future order. Thank you ladies!

My husband and I always have a great experiences at MH2G Ft. Lauderdale location. Yesterday we went shopping and ordered 2 Citra Modern 3 drawer side table, which are fabulous. My husband wanted to purchase two Everly Modern table lamps for me, our sales rep could not add it to our previous invoice with the side tables, therefore we were being charged an additional fee for delivery which seemed ridiculous to me, so we did not purchase the lamps($800+). I would recommend a change to the computer software program which would allow the rep to add item(s) to the previous invoice instead of two separate transaction. George, was absolutely fantastic, caring, patient and knowledgeable he completed our purchase and made sure to highlight the new delivery process which is awesome, allows the customer to select preference of delivery date.Thanks George you are the best...

We bought a $ 3000 patio set in January 2018. The plastic caps of the chair legs break. We went back to the store after 1 year and 10 days to have plastic caps and they want to know nothing. The set is now 1 year and 4 months old and its getting rid of the quality is really poor product and service even more.
