The owner at this shop Really Really helped me this morning. Im 8 months pregnant and my car needed a new battery but it was stuck at my house so I couldnt have the shop put it in for me. The Owner saved me from having a bad day today he told me step by step what too do to fix my battery properly in my car by myself! Not only did he help give me great advice on what to do step by step I blew a fuse and he even helped me on how too fix that and I went home and did it with acrylic nails on and all.We need more people like this man in this world when we are having hard times. Dont go anywhere else they got youre back!!!

When I use to work at a online dealership in Fort Lauderdale. The owner the guy with the white basebal cap in the picture. Used to come by with his white truck delivering batteries. Their prices were always fair. The batteries were good quality. He always talked to me with respect and their service was always professional. Im really glad to see this business is doing good. Went in at the last minute. Not only did they answer and accept for me to come. Once arrived the gentleman there greeted me kindly and immediately went to helping me with my battery. My battery smoking they immediately told me shut car off and in minutes changed my terminal, changed my battery, removed the egg smell out my car asked me to crank it up and see if i had any issues. The gentleman, after discussing my available options, immediately took my old battery out and replaced it with a new one, unlike most parts stores, where you buy the battery, but the staff, is not trained to take out the battery and replace it! Friday night was chilly and rainy. After having my car jumped I was able to leave work. I decided to try this company even though it was after hours. The owner was about to leave and the gate was closing, but he saw that I was in need. If my car would have cut off I wouldve been stuck the next morning in need of a jump. He put his keys dw, got me a battery and I have been riding since. That was a humanitarian act and I would reccommend this company to whomever is in need of a battery.

I give a 2 star because the battery exchange was quick. Otherwise I would give a 1 star. The mechanic/owner that changed my battery insisted that I needed to pay $70 for the exchange when there is a giant sign in front saying $55 with battery exchange. Not only that I had an extra one for an additional $7 off for the second battery. My total should have been $47, however again he refused to take anything else and when I asked why and brought up the sign outside that says otherwise, his reply was thats the price AFTER HE DID THE WORK. Shame on you!!

Buyer Robert T. My reason for giving a one star, because 0 was not available. This is the worst service I have ever received, especially from someone I have known for years. The prices are a complete lie. They advertise $50 batteries, but when you arrive to purchase, it turns into $70. The owner Jay sold me a $70 battery that should have been $55.00. I was also told that I have a 6 month warranty, but when I returned for help with the recent battery I bought, the worker gave me attitude and a hard time as if I did something wrong. I hope they change their business operation and honor advertised prices and better customer service.

Best service I could get! I was in a bind when my battery died, and Battery Express saved me! I even got to work on time. They are timely, costly, and treated me so well. If you ever have an issue, this is the company you need to use!

Lets just say that if there was an option for no stars, I would choose that!!!First things first, this is NOT a 24 hour service, so dont be fooled.My family and I were up and ready to leave for home at 5:30 AM, when we noticed that the battery died.In the process of jumping the car the battery and battery fuse blew out.We called Battery Express because their website said 24 hour service. The supervisor picked up and said that it was not a 24 hour service but because we were on the phone with him he would listen to our problem.After listening he said he would send someone to our house to fix when they opened. The servicemen showed up 2 hours and 39 minutes later than the agreed arrival time.After getting to our house, the guys changed our battery, which was good. Since the car did not turn on they started looking at the fuse. They pulled out the faulty fuse, went to the dealership and got a new one (which took another 2 hours) and replaced it. The car still did not turn on.During this process, the guys remained on the phone with their supervisor asking what to do and when to do it. They clearly did NOT know what the hell they were doing! They wished us good luck and left without fixing the issue.My cousin and sister went to the dealership with the fuse that was replaced. The dealership said the guys from Battery Express replaced the wrong fuse, and they took complete advantage of us because we know nothing about cars! My cousins and sister ended up changing the fuse by themselves.The service was horrible and it was clear that the guys that came to fix the car had no knowledge of what needed to be done. They overcharged us for not fixing the car at all! We paid $149 total, $125 for the car battery and $24 for a fuse. When my cousin and sister went to the dealership, however, the fuse cost us only $7.80!I would not recemmend this place at all, unless if you still live in the 19th century where men assume women are not smart enough to figure it out.

This company is terrible they claim to give you new batteries but when your battery dies and you have a warranty they dont like to switch it out with a new battery. The guy told me that it was not my battery but my car. I took my car to two places and they stated that battery express gave me a battery that was recalled in some stores. The lady at the front desk gave me attitude when I was trying to explain the situation. Never again.

I recently had a battery delivered to my home 8/2015.This company was recommended to me by a very trustworthy person. I have used this company in the past twice. However me nor my family and friends will be using this company again.The owner of the company and the employees he has answering the phones information do not match.The owner made the issue right but his employees that answer the phones where extremely unprofessional and lied to me to cover up what had transpired. I called on a Friday, on or about 5:30pm when my car battery originally died. No one answered and the answering machine said their hours are from 7:30am to 6:00pm.So I decided to call back at least to ask some questions. A woman answered and told me they were closed and the answering machine was incorrect. I asked if they still do deliveries, she said yes and that they open at 8:00am and it was $25 to come out and install. I asked if they take credit cards she said yes he would just call it in. I called 8:09am the next Saturday morning. No one answered so I called back. A woman answered and said that no one was there yet for me to call back a little later. I called back later and again got the run around. I called the person that referred me to them. She called and the owner called me from his cell phone.He took my make and model, the year and told me he would be there in a while and will call me with a price.He also mentioned that it would be cheaper if I came out because it was an extra $25 for him to come out. I told him I would pay because I had no other way to get a battery at this point. I asked again if they will take my card he said yes and he only had one other worker this day. No one called me back. So I called and called and called. I ended up getting a hold of another woman. By this time I was frustrated and I told the woman this was bad business. I told her I have been very patient and respectful (mainly because of the person that referred me to them) and I needed to go to the grocery store because I had a hungry child at home. I told her they close in an hour and a half and I was the first customer to call that morning. She said this is a business I apologize and I will call the supervisor again. I stood outside and as some time went by I saw a marked truck pull into my apartment complex and blow the horn. I later found out that he did not have his cell phone on him so in reality if I wasnt standing outside I may have missed him as in the owner. He got out of the truck and told me he was sorry that he just got out of the hospital. Because I was so frustrated at this point he could tell my sympathy was not where it should have been. He placed in the battery and wrote up the ticket. Up until this point I still was never told a price when I asked on one of the previous phone calls I was told the supervisor will give me a price. He wrote the ticket for $124 I paid it and went to the grocery store. Also too he didnt have his phone so he wrote my credit card number on the receipt which I felt extremely uneasy about. I asked if my credit card number would be scratched out back at his office he said yes maam we dont do those types of things. The next day I noticed the ticket was written for $94 for the battery and $30 to come out and install I assumed. This made me angry because after all the run around I was seemingly charged extra.I also assumed that when he took my old battery I was never compensated for it so I accused them of stealing from me in which I later found out I was wrong about just that. I called and left a message and I also emailed the company. I called twice the next day now Monday no answer. I was then called back by the owner on his cell phone again. I asked about my concerns. He explained that the extra fees were taxes and a $2 credit card charge which I was never told about the credit card charge when I asked twice if they take it. He said you know what I will give you the managers special and I will give you $10 out my own pocket if you feel like that. I said ok I will be there Saturday. Addt emails were exhanged
