Bought a car from Gunther, there were some missing items, which they promised to find or replace them. It’s been about 6 months and they never found or replaced the missing items. If buying a car from this place, make sure everything is in the car on delivery day, can’t trust them.

I was searching for a certified pre own Mazda car and found that Gunther had an excellent inventory with low miles. Product Specialist Julian Rama was very helpful and honest showing us the different options we had. . We got a good deal in the price and a low interest rate, and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

When I walked into the facility everyone seemed nice . I had scheduled a test drive over the phone. When I got there the guy I spoke to about the test drive, handed me over to a sales associate. Long story short the sales associates could have cared less whether I purchased a car or not. He didn’t try to sell me any car . His attitude was basically like “ are you going to get the car or not” if that makes any sense. No enthusiasm and spent a lot of time on his cell phone texting. It was my first car buying experience and I thought it just would have went a little better then that.

Just bought a mazda 6 touring plus, and love the car. My sales representative was Danny. I have bought 3 cars in my life. Did not enjoy my car buying experience, felt like i was always getting pressured and wasnt sure if I was getting the best deal. But Danny was super nice, made me feel like he was on my team. Always came back with better numbers and never once said he couldnt do something for me. Even throw in nice rubber mats. Whenever the next time I buy a car, the first person I am calling is Danny.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Mr. Cuka was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs.

So I purchased a certified pre owned 2017 GTI from them less than a month ago. When I brought it to my service department here where I live in ft Myers they told me Gunther vw had repaired an accident shoddily and that I should contact them to get it fixed. They never disclosed the accident to me but did the repairs themselves but never reported the damage which was the rear bumper and taillight. Dont trust these people. It was well more than $650 which they legally have to let customers know that there was damage if more than $650 to fix it. They wont even call me back to talk about. Im having corporate help me out as I know this isnt the Volkswagen way.

Stay away! They sold my Mother an as new certified Mazda 6 never titled car with less than 5K miles, clean car fax etc. Upon inspection I saw bumper damage with cheap touch up paint. They refused any credit saying they couldve sold it for more. They also kept us 5 hours total saying they needed a signature from her husband the financing guy said we didnt need after all that. Gerald was great but not Andy Rama and Mark his bosses. Worst car buying experience Ive every had and was taken advantage of.

I had been to several dealers and spent countless hours with salespeople who had terrible salesmanship (one of which spent his whole time on the phone, another kept on showing me vehicles that were either already sold or werent even supposed to be on the lot). My co-worker recommended Gunther in Ft. Lauderdale and I was reluctant at first but I saw this beautiful car online and I sent my father to go see it for me (I had already experienced seeing something online and it being totally different when I got to the dealer). Julian helped my father, answered all of his questions, was PATIENT and KIND and HONEST. He waited for me to get out of work so that I can see this beautiful VW Tiguan that I ended up purchasing on the spot. Julian made me feel comfortable and CONFIDENT about my purchase. He was KNOWLEDGEABLE and so COURTEOUS and very importantly very THOROUGH. The price was great, transaction smooth and I am extremely happy. You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming pushy salesmen. And then... they dont come. Instead, you get friendly people who dont try to push anything on you. Theyre helpful. They listen. Theyre accommodating. That was my experience with Julian at Gunther.The car was priced well below KBB and in super clean condition. At no point did he try to upsell me or try to get me to spend more money on something I didnt want. And even after the deal was done, he continued to be helpful.Next time I need a car, for sure Im going to Julian at Gunther.

Go somewhere else, theyre what I consider unimportant people on a power trip that love to tell you no when you know what youre doing when negotiating or doing something administrative. Save yourself $1,000 and do all your new/used car paperwork by yourself because it took these clowns over a month to get mine finished.

It looked brand new being a used car and my customer service rep handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. Today we got our Honda HRV here. Drove all the way from West Kendall to get it. Wish the replacement tires they put were better brand but overall, the car was in excellent condition. We were taken care of by Eli, he was great! Only complain is that finance took a little too much time. Other than that, greeeeat experience!

Worst use car I have ever bought. I was told my car was certified pre-owned and nothing was wrong with it but just under two months car started giving problems brought it in had to pay to get it fix, not even 3days after I picked it up from the service center I was back there for something Im sure if they was doing there job correctly they would have found. And they want me to pay for it nope Im done going to return this car before it kills me on the road. Liers

I purchased a used suv from here. I called the manager in the morning to tell him I was coming in to look at one and he had it out front waiting for me. The sales rep was friendly but talkative. Overall I had a good experience here.
