I had to get a new phone and I wanted to get a new number and I went into this Cricket store. The staff was wonderful and the customer service was amazing. I was dealing with the store manager Regula who made the process an easy transition. She was courtesy, polite, and explained everything to me in detail. Regula went out of her way to make sure that I got the phone that I wanted. We need more people like her in customer service. Will definitely be referring other people to this location.

The other morning I was going to buy 3 new phones for myself and my two sons (who were with me) until I saw a woman screaming in Spanish to an older gentleman although I could not understand what she was saying, I did understand the profanity (which there was a lot of!!) and the word “police” I did not want my children exposed to that so I did not even bother switching them. Do better cricket I don’t pay all this money to be treated horribly or have my sons exposed to this bs!!!!

My experience in this store was the best ive ever encountered. The customer service was so professional. All the representatives in the store were so knowledgeable about all their products. I bought a few phones and left the store with the biggest smile on my face.

Been to plenty of wireless stores in my years an by far this is one of the best that Ive personally ever visited. The staff alone at this location is beyond amazing from there product knowledge from them being able to get my number from Verizon transferred over an by them going as far as getting my contacts an all my information for me. The guy Allen or is it Alex goes above and beyond as well when it comes to customer satisfaction an if you guys ever drop by this store just tell the Jim sent you so they will do the same for you as well.

Staff wasnt friendly or that helpful. The staff working there were wearing a hoodies and sweatpants. Was told I would receive a follow up call but I never got one. Cricket is great but please do not go to this store.

Staff is friendly, service is good except I wish the store employee would have told me that there was a $25 activation fee before we start to port over my number from my old carrier online Cricket Wireless on their website you can port the number over from free no activation fee and a $50 credit to your bill, it would be nice.Please let the person know of the $25 activation fee in store and the $0 cost online so the consumer can decide can choose before hand which option is more suitable for the individual, not at the end when is time to pay.

Very poor service! July 16, 2019 I purchased a moto e5 Supra from cricket Wireless Authorized Retailers 915 W State Road 84 Ft Lauderdale Florida. In less than 5 days before the store warranty end when I tried to use the internet it simple did not work. I took the phone back to the store and the sales person tried to fix the phone. Additional the few calls were dropped at every attempt. Since the first problem was not fixed. I called their 1800 number they tried to fix the phone. After the tech was finished changing few settings on my phone. Without anyone physically touching it the phone setting began to be adjusted. She claimed it could be a software glitch (hmmm). After that the phone was without any signal. Few days later I tried to call emergency the phone had absolutely no signals.Imagine buying a phone and paying for a service and I was not able to use the phone to call cricket 611 for help. I took the phone back to the store as told to do. When I asked the young man to pull my account he was very abusive and unhelpful. He eventually told me get out of the store. My boss who built this store and pay me my check says you need to speak to cooperate. Get out.

Very loud woman on speaker screaming into mike it is annoying older woman cannot remember her name. Also very rude when I asked questions about phones like I was frustrating her. Thanked her for her time and walked across street to metro. Will not be returning to cricket or recommending anyone.

Trevor the manger of this store has helped me so much through my problems Ive had with my phone. I just purchased a new phone and he programmed it for me, Metro, Verizon, sprint they are unknowledgeable, whereas Trevor took time to program my phone and help me get it setup. All the employees are extremely helpful. This is the only company where i trust i can get service and i know i will get treated as a personMichael Aldrich
