Went in for some phone issues and to upgrade my phone one of the best experiences I have ever had in a cell phone store and god knows how they usually go. Highly recommend Speaking to Bryan and Amber they were extremely helpful and helped me transfer and doing everything from start to finish and explained some features I would of never known about. Will also go back to them for future.

Great phone service poor customer service at that location

Dealing with Errol was a total change of pace from my usual dealings with T-mobile. He was professional, prompt, courteous and eager to help in a very genuine, laid-back way. T-mobile should set their store level hiring bar at Errols customer relationship building abiliity level. If you just cant seem to deal with the right people at T-mobile on the phone or in person and think that T-mobile is a monster that eats your time, patience and money (like I did before today) then go see Errol. Hell change your mind.

Needed to get my phone exchanged because of a warranty issue, and came to this store. Marco, the manager, took care of all of my issues, helped me transfer my documents and accounts. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Made sure everything was transferred to my new phone, and took care of the old one.Amber was also a customer representative here, and you could see that they were giving us customers the best service. I came to T-Mobile switching from another carrier and Amber really helped me with getting everything I wanted plus more. I also came today to add a line and Marco the store manager was very helpful. So far I’m loving the service. The staff is very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable.

I came to the this T-mobile store after being disappointed in the past. I noticed two new staff faces, The first one was an employee who waited on me in a very timely manner as this store was busy during the noon time lunch crowd in the strip mall. The young manwas very helpful, knowledgeable and as far as Im concerned is one of the companys best employees. The second one was a managerwho asked me questions and reviewed all of the young mans inactions with myself and then ask me how I would rate the overall service I received. I honestly said that it was awesome sauce which mean that overall everything was awesome. I now give this store with those two people 5 stars out of 5 stars-my highest rating!!! Thanks, Bye.

I always go to this TMobile store for my phone needs. Very friendly staff and they are patient with you. Might be a longer wait time because they are trying to get other customers needs met but good service.

I was very nervous about this trip to T Mobile amidst the whole national emergency thing. It was the only store open, but Im very glad I met Kathy who had been moved from the Galleria store. She helped me with everything I needed and was professional and polite! It is people like her that are the reason I am a customer! Thanks Kathy!

This store is absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had, they honestly do not now anything about what they are doing and completely screwed me over.... not only did they tell me take advantage of the rebate for buy one get one free which didnt work so I spent tons of money on a new phone.Second they had me wait 8 hours to get the phone.Third promised to unblock it but took them like 2 weeks to do it.This was in January I am still dealing with trying to get the rebate... the manager never came out its horrible service. Dont go here at all.

Im a T-Mobile customer and a pretty happy one overall. I like their stores as well because you get to check out the real phones as opposed to dummies like in other places. The sales reps are always very nice and for the most part pretty helpful.

Every time I go to t mobile store in North federal highway I experience the best possible customer service of all time; I had been a t mobile customer for about, I think 4 years or more I dont remember, every time I go to the store everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable, I usually like for Chris and Wasi to help me because, for me they are the best. They are every knowledgeable, friendly and try to help you as much as they can, they never let me leave the store without trying to help me with what I need.Is not like the others co-workers are not going to do it too, I know almost all of them, and had the opportunity to work, with Frank, Danny, Bernard and Natalie, sorry if I got I forget someone, but this are the ones I see often, they all very good as well, but like I said, I always wait for Chris or Wasi they are my life saver.They always helpful, They had give me the best customer service I had received, from details of what I am getting, to taking that extra time to help me set up everything in my new device, some time they stay that extra time even after they had finished their shift.I dont really like to write reviews but when you see an employee going above and beyond to help you, you have to give them the credit.Thank you guys and keep the good work.See you around!D

Beware. Beware when you go to this store. the staff is very misleading. i went to get a sim card for my phone. Their sales person told me that i am eligible to get a half off in IPAD. that will be $230 for ipad. i thought its very cheap. i bought 2 ipads. next morning i called TMobile to check the detail. they told me that i will be paying for 2 lines for ipads as well that will be $40 per month for 2 years. i was shocked. i went to this store first thing in the morning to return the ipad. then they told me there is $75 restocking fee for IPad.so i am penalized $75 for going to their store and for their lies. i am never never going to this store.

Just walked in to inquire about iPhone 7. The one on display dosent work and when I asked for the plus she said we dont have it on display she looked at me like if I was wasting her time. Store was empty and i wish someone else would have helped me. Im buying 2 iPhone 7 and I want to switch carriers. This lady really screwed up a good sale.

I had the worse experience with these people.I called the store at 12:53pm asking about their current promotions and spoke to a Val and she give me info on some promotions. she told me she was leaving work at 1:30 but go to the store say her name and someone will assist me on her behalf. got to the store at 4:30, spoke to a Flow or Flore who also adbosed she will honor what Val offeres then made an excuse that my cresot was bad. I foundnot awkward because my husband and I credit is 700+Then she told me to go get my husband and we can do it umder hos name. By the time I returned to the store, they advised me that the promotion was no longer available and I was given the wrong information bu the rep. Called Val she said oh after we spoke we had a meeting nd proko changed a meeting which the store manager md other employee had no knowledge of.Bad customer service, they did not honor their words, they lied and tried to make me accept another crapy deal.

I went in on sunday to return a phone case. I originally bought the phone case on Oct 21st and was trying to return it on Nov 4th, which is exactly 14 days (the amount of days i have to return it). They gave me such a hard time stating that it was the 15th day and wouldnt accept my return. They told me i could only exchange it for something else. I think they just didnt want to lose out on a sale because he was trying to push an exchange on me from the beginning. Anyway i took it to a tmobile store a few min away and they accepted my return with no problem.

Came to the store two days ago to purchase the Samsung Gear S3. Was told that they were all out, but they would get a new shipment the next day. After telling them that I wouldnt be able to come back until 2 days later, I was assured that they would keep the watch for me for when I returned.Fast forward to today, I walk in. They start whispering amongst each other, and a sales rep starts to help me while the manager on shift slips out the back door (I see him leave). After numerous technical issues with processing the payment, it finally goes through. At this point, it was revealed to me that they actually do not have the watch in the store, and that the manager was out retrieving it for me and would be back any moment. Had they been honest from the beginning and just told me that they didnt have it, I could have gone to another location before I paid them. But they just wanted to get the commission for themselves. I ended up waiting for the manager to return with the watch for over an hour. Totally dishonest, and overall poor customer service.

They were able to provide everything I needed. Nice and quick.

This store is awful. I walked in a line 3 people deep, none of which were being helped. The music was loud I walked over and turned it off. the manager stopped everything he was doing turned it back on in a considering manor informed me the music has to be all the time. I left.

Stay away from this place! After receiving a cells pot in my house to boost the signal I called to cancel my service. Customer care sent the wrong things to replace various parts of my device. Finally on Friday they told me that I was eligible to get all of my money back for canceling within 30 days. After showing up today to return my devices in store they have backed out of this offer and say that I have to pay.Thats not really fair. I guess now I have to suffer more from their lack of coverage.

Horrible Costomer service. I would give one star if possible I go there just to pay my phone bill and I have to wait in line for about a hour. They dont have a sperate line to take phone bill people witch I think is so stupid as a big bisness thats always busy. They take people that are doing major things like adding lines buying new phones etc so now people who are paying phone bills have to what forever just to pay. dont go there if you in a rush and its busy you will never make it out of that place.

I visted the store yesterdy and a gentlemen by the name Rodger Sanchez was an amazing rep. He stayed over an hour in a half after his shift ended, just to help us. We ordered new ipads and iphones and he patiently helped us set everything up.I normally dont write reviews but when you see this kind of customer service of an employee going above and beyond, its really special.I switched over from a carrier Ive been with for over 13 years and as my first day of being a T-mobile customer, Im truly impressed!
