No customer service. I was asking for information but the guy said it’s over there & didn’t even take the brochure to hand it to me.How lay is it?And I was the only one in the shop.How busy can he be?No welcome or nothing & in the end I just left.

Customer service is beyond lazy here that you cant even call one store you think might have the phone youre looking for....Yeah thanks man!!!

Wish I could leave no stars. This place is such a rip off, bought a new phone and was persuaded to buy a screen protector. Reluctantly I went ahead and after 3 days it came off. Went to the store to try get replacement. The representative ( Muhammad) said 7 days warranty then changed his mind to “Same Day” after hearing it was 3 days. The receipt reads not refundable, but 14 days on replacement. They refuse to honor this. $30 down the drain. Will never go back there. What’s wrong with dodgy business practices. STAY AWAY

Best service got from this store and the young gentleman Ammar. He hookup with best deal. Recommend this store and definitely will be back.

This place is horrible!!! Will not go back there ever again. They lie and overcharge, my rep was named Ammar.

I wish i can put zero stars, bought a phone here, i went back to tell them that phone is not working properly, he said in a unfriendly matter we cant do nothing and when i ask who the owner is? With a very sarcadtic tone told me he is Arabic and i told him i am not asking where is he from i am asking for his name or email to communicate this issue...and again he said he is arabic.I will not go to this place ever again, and i will notify this matter to Metro Pcs.

Much respect for the gentleman that helped me gey my new phone today he was vary patient with me and my kid when I was there trying to figure out if I was going to get a new phone or not. Thank you. May you have many blessings ahead

Friendly clerk but the store is very small and minimal selection. Usually not real busy good to pay your cell bill here.
