After explaining that I was looking for sunglasses for my progressive prescription, she walked over and picked up the perfect frame. Although I tried on several others, I knew that first frame was the one. When the glasses came in, the owner took great care in ensuring they were perfect for my eyes. I would highly recommend Exotic Eyewear for eyeglasses and/or sunglasses. I cant wait to go back to select my new eyeglass frames.

What an amazing place!!! As a first time customer with a complicated prescription, I was blown away by their wonderful customer service. Ahmad went above and beyond to accommodate me. He is professional and honest, and he took extra time to make sure that my vision needs were met! Tatiana was also a pleasure to work with as she helped me select my new frames!

After losing my glasses in the ocean (dont ask), I went to LensCrafters as thats where my vision insurance allowed me. After a very long wait, and an agent who absolutely couldnt seem to work their high-tech iPad point of sale system, I was quoted $670 for a pair of Ray-Ban rimless glasses with lenses. With insurance, it was $490. Honestly this was completely out of my price point, and I wasnt willing to subsidize the crazy LensCrafters markup game Ive played in the past.I started walking home, and though Id pop into Exotic Eyewear to see what they had, which ironically I on my way to LensCrafters. I asked if they had rimless glasses, and was shown several options. I was very candid with the representative that I really didnt want to spend over $300. He showed me several frames that were $100, and the lenses only added another $179. Done. No more gimmicks, add-ons, coatings, services, whatever.Better yet, I was able to choose any shape/size lens in the store. They cut and process everything right on-site, so theres tons of flexibility and options. When I picked up the glasses, they took their time carefully adjusting them to my face as well.What would have taken at least 10 business days at the big box store took three business days at Exotic Eyewear for under $300 out the door with amazing service. I will absolutely be back, and Im most likely done with the LensCrafters scam forever.

I had the best experience at Exotic Eyewear, I first found them at their old location and was highly pleased, I come back MONTHS later to find they have moved to a new location and was simply delighted with the customer service, not only from the opticians, but the owner as well. I will definitely come back when I need any other eye pieces. I haven’t stopped receiving compliments on my eye glasses since I got them!!! I highly recommend!! Very quick too, my glasses were ready in 4 days.

Exotic Eyewear has an extensive collection of eyewear so you are almost certain to find a pair that suits your fancy. I have a proclivity for designer eyewear so I spent a bit more but they do have eyewear ranging at different price points. Ahmad was my salesperson and he was very patient and knowledgable; he was a joy to work with. Tatiana and one other gentleman, ( I did not get his name) were also very helpful. Overall, I had a good experience.

Very satisfied with the excellent service I received from Panos. My challenge to him was to disassemble my European made glasses, replace the lens with a smaller size and a different color and reassemble everything. No other eyewear store would even attempt this difficult task but Panos accepted the challenge and delivered to me a perfect product. And he did so with politeness and at a very reasonable cost. I have been wearing glasses for a very long time and this has got to be one of the best experiences I have had. Customer service was great. Prices were very competitive and in some instances less then competitors in the area for designer frames. What really made this place above most is when they took 30 min to measure me for the glasses since I have a tricky prescription. After an initial measurement the owner came out and used 3 diff measuring techniques to make sure when they cut the glass it is exactly where it needs to be. This level of detail is very much appreciated. On many occasions at other places the hurried through and I have to get my prescription remade. I would highly recommend this place if you are in Ft Lauderdale.

The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable. They have the patience of saints - I took up endless hours of their time with my indecisiveness. They gave me great advice. I have never had a pair of glasses I liked this much, and more importantly; I CAN SEE! I bought frames and lenses several times from that big store on 17th street, and I never felt like I could see properly. These guys did me right! They stand behind their recommendations and product. I simply cant say enough nice things about them. Dont go anywhere else! They are the best.
