Well i must say i was nervous before i walked in the door...but i was greeted by not one employee but three and the first two said hello the other the one that helped me the most said Whats up...lol...cause i was waiting for him to say hello in fact we were all laughing...but they made me feel at ease...my appointment was at 11:05 am but they saw me a little bit earlier...and i sat in a room a waiting area before i went into two other rooms...all in all it was an great an easy experience i was well taken care of and if i had any problems i would go back....diffently...i would love to give my thanks and praise to Joshua he was the best and also Andrew he made me laugh when one of the machines wasnt be cooperative...lol but he was very patient with it until it worked...like the Fonz from Happy Days! anyways the whole staff was really nice to me....so five stars and two thumbs way up...and i saved awhole lot of money....Thank u joshua....Thank u very much!!!!

I stopped by the lab to see if they could repair my eyeglasses. Rolande greeted me at the counter and within minutes my glasses were repaired. While I was there I had the opportunity to look at their immense selection of frames and sunglasses. I definitely recommend them and I will definitely be going back for my eyeglass and sunglass purchases.

Andrew and Joshua are always very helpful, professional and kind. My last pair of glasses weren’t exactly the right fit and they sent them back for an adjustment without any fuss. I had the best experience at My Eyelab- Stanton Optical in the Fort Lauderdale location. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Andrew and a yound lady with a friendly greeting. The young lady wasted no time in setting up my eye examine; which I thought was pretty cool because the Optometrist performed the examine virtually. After my examine, Andrew came into the room and then led me out to the front of the store where all the eyewear frames where located. He then took the time to help me look for new frames until I finally decided on two of them. Andrew was not only patient, knowledgeable, and knew his eyewear but, he also knew what type of frame would look best on my type of face. He is definitely a My Eyelab expert at his best. In the end I purchased two eyeglasses and save a tremendous amount because Andrew not only valued me as a client but, also as a client who would definitley return in the future for all my eyewear needs. I indicated on their intake form that I am experiencing a sensation of something stuck in my eye. Paid nearly $100 then was told that I could not see the eye doctor because he only comes in every 2 weeks. It gets better, they have the nerve to suggest that I should have said that I needed to see the doctor before the exam. WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOUR INTAKE FORM! Complete waste of money 🤬🤬🤬

The staff at this store are simply amazing. They’re super helpful, n extremely friendly. Rolande fitted my glasses to perfection. She took her time n got them right. Yeri took the time to explained in detail 3 different conditions my sight suffers from. No other place has ever done that. I’m extremely thankful to her for that. My glasses were running late n Andrew (manager) called me to put me at ease, most importantly he offered solutions. He wanted to make me happy n he did. Good prices- very used car sales-y. Pushy workers trying to sway you into buying their glasses. When they saw I was committed to just getting my glasses elsewhere they rang me up and didn’t even bother going over my results . If you need a cheap eye exam and can tolerate sales people shoving promotions and harassing you to buy their merchandise then by all means this is the place for you.

Im beyond disappointed with My Eye Lab. I ordered glasses in September. I purchased two pair glasses, one was fine, the other pair got lost somehow and I never received them. Once I came down to address it they reordered the glasses that were missing. When those glasses came in they were the completely wrong pair and they had to reorder them. Finally after all of this in December I received that other pair and everything looked great. Now that I have recently tried them on they do not transition in the car like I was told they would. I have since called them and was told the store would contact me back. It has now been about 4 days and I have heard nothing. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache, just do not go here. Its not worth the money you pay (which will be alot is spent over $400) and its not worth the stress. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Joshua, was amazing! There was a screw that came out of glasses, that I couldn’t get back in. With much persistence and determination he was able to put back together.. I spent an extended amount of time at home with no success..... it’s great that there are people willing to help, even if it doesn’t result in a Immediate sale.

Was able to browse at my own pace. Scheduled appointment was on time and the staff was great, doing all the tests and a Dr. did my eye exam using telemedicine, which was kind of cool. After that I picked out my 2 pairs of eyeglasses I saw Joshua, the store manager, who politely and with much knowledge, advised me of my lens options. I paid and within the two weeks, my glasses were ready. I went in, was welcomed back in a friendly manner, and was fitted with both pairs. I look great, and the prescription is perfect. All Covid reulations were followed. Thanks, EYELAB!

I was told over a week ago that my contacts would be ready in 2 or 3 days, each time I call im told to look at the website for updates. It now says April 17th!!!! I should have gotten my prescription and bought them online. Lesson learned

So disappointed. I ordered 3 glasses on 12/12/20. Still waiting on 3nd pair. I got progressive lenses. The distance part is no different from when I wear them or take them off. I spent $730.00. When I went in to pick up my 2nd pair...he just handed them to me. Didnt check to see if they fit or were correct. Disappointed beyond belief. I want to have them reexamine my prescription and if they dont....I want a refund.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. It’s been tough not having vision insurance (job doesn’t offer it) and knowing it’s time for a new pair of glasses has been a challenge. The staff were extremely patient with me as I looked up and down twice for the perfect pair of glasses. Juan was so helpful throughout the whole process. I am grateful for such genuine humble people like that.

I have been to this particular store for Contact Lenses, reading glasses and now progressive lenses, so my visits have been extensive. I can’t say enough about the staff, not only have they been extremely helpful and knowledgeable but they are always so nice that I end up leaving in a better mood than when I arrived! You can’t say that too often these days! I would highly recommend this store, you won’t be disappointed, they’ll make sure of it! So often we complain about things we don’t like and sometimes forget to thank the people that go the extra mile!

Every time I have a problem or I have an issue that needs to be resolved with my glasses due to anything from scratches or just breaking my frames I was always able to get the help that I needed free of charge these guys are great and I wouldn’t go anywhere else....

The only reason I even called this place was cause of there ads it’s so attractive there good with ads that’s how they get you after calling i alwsys call these places to see there prices I have a right to weight my prices an I also have a right to ask questions as much as I like as it says on the phone operator but this company uses its employees to antagonize you to set an appointment after calling you asked are you a new customer press 1 who does that ? I press one they ask if you want to speak to somebody with questions or set up an appointment I put just to speak an ask questions they pick up an ask are you setting an appointment or just asking questions I confirm no I am not setting an appointment I’m just asking questions after asking about prices I’m antagonized to set an appointment in which I reply I just called to ask questions the First Lady says ok I can help you an bangs up the phone very smoothly first flag I call back this time doing the same thing an a new guy acually answers my questions but then proceeds to say when do you want set up an appointment I said sir I said in the beginning I’m not setting one up an I said ok the prices sound ok I’ll call back when I’m ready he says no you can’t call later cause you might not be able to set an appointment I said sir I said I will call when I’m ready not call later an then he says ok. Take your money elsewhere very deceptive buissness it’s so obvious tho atleast try to be more sneakier

Honestly, customer service is good but they don’t know much about eye sight. The young lady is very nice.. but the whole virtual eye exam is just a terrible idea for those with complicated eye sight. It might be a good idea for those who have no astigmatism and have simple eye sight problems.. but with me they did horrible.. WRONG prescription.. and I don’t mean by a little I mean off by a lot.. they kept trying but failing. I don’t feel comfortable going somewhere that can’t get my prescription by the 3rd time.. I won’t be coming back due to their lack of knowledge. I’m sorry. I rather pay hundreds more than getting the wrong prescription.

Had huge trouble ordering contact lenses from hubble. After waiting 10 days and they just emailed me that it was cancelled. I just drove over to the lab got both of my glasses I had purchased there adjusted and ordered contacts for a better price than I would have paid. Was in and out in ten minutes. Perfect service and I’ll definitely be back in the summer to get my next pair of glasses.

I was 5 minutes late to my appointment at America’s best and they made me reschedule. It was an emergency so I called eye lab and got a walk in appointment. They were ever professional and saw me quickly. To my surprise my contacts and glasses were ready in exactly a week and I am beyond satisfied. Taimour got me some major deals. Staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly, I arrived 15 minutes before they closed and they were all patient with me since it was my first time and did not rush me out. Taimour walked around with me and helped me pick out some options which was amazing ! The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because at no point was I given the option to see my prescription or given an explanation. I had to ask and even then they just told me what it was their was no in depth explanation, I had to go online to investigate myself.

Very nice staff, had an easy thorough and quick exam. I ordered myself the two pairs of glasses with buy one get one free deal. The people who helped me were Rozanna, Joe, Silo and Paola. They were very helpful and made my whole glasses buying process fun and easy. I have been trying to upload the picture of the glasses I bought but google is not letting me upload it for some reason.... But yeah my experience here was so much better than any other place i been to. Rozanna and Paola did the machines before I was seen by the doctor and they helped me choose the frames I got which are super stylish and I get a lot of compliments on them. Silo ordered my glasses for me and Joe the manager had her give me a discount. I got my glasses exactly 7 business days after I had ordered them.

I like to read reviews before I go in to a store but decided to try Myeyelab because I had heard from friends that this place was really good. I went in for an contact lens exam and wound up buying glasses to. First I would like to say that some of the reviews I read made me laugh. Contacts are prescribed based on fit and prescription . A doctor only prescribes one contact in a prescription not multiple. I know this because I have worn contacts for over 30 years. I went in on Wednesday and wasGreeted by an associate named Fatima. She took me back for my exam and I saw the doctor. Best exam I have ever had. It was quick and very personable. The doctor answered every question I had. I was in and out in less then 45 minutes. Fast and easy. Then with myPurchases of contacts I was ableTo get 50 percent off on a complete pair of glasses. Amazing. I picked out a pair of nice glassesAnd had progressives made. I’m waiting for both my glasses and contacts to comeIn. I will update this review when the arrive.

The lens they gave me was not the right one, but they told me that it was because it’s cold in the office. After a week, my eyes got worse. Never again

Place was slammed when I walked in. I figured I would walk in to see what was going on. I was here for the Fort Lauderdale air show this week When I first walked in I was greeted by friendly smiles and a welcome by not Just one person but three. Best feeling ever. I didn’t have an appointment but they where ableTo get me a free eye exam right away. I walked out with one pair of transition and one pair of polarized glasses for less then 500. A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER,I have what I would call lazy eyes, every time I get an eye exam and get my glasses they don’t seem quite right.So when I went to Eyelab for the first time I explained to the doctor my problem, he took his time and gave me time to focus my eyes, when we were done with the exam I was happy with the way it went.Now my insurance isn’t great it only allows me $200.00 total for glasses I had to pay an additional $285.00But what I got was an exam, frames for 1 pair ( I had frames that I wanted to use for a second pair ) both pairs were no line bifocals and transitioned into sunglasses I was very happy with the price.The day I picked up my glasses ( I did have to call to see if they were ready) yea no one called me, but it only took a week, I was like (( WOW )) they were the best pair of glasses I ever had, I could see perfect.I would highly and I repeat highly recommend EyelabA very satisfied customer

John and his staff make sure they go to great lengths to make sure they take care of all your needs. From walking around the store with you helping you pick out frames to explaining what kind of frames best suit you. I have purchased many pairs of glasses here and have been there many times when the place has been packed. Been coming to this location several years. Dr. on location is very good. The turnaround in staff is constant. Everyone is friendly but always in training. They say contacts arrive 2 to 3 days but actually take 2 weeks or more. Give yourself time for delivery.

Their prices are not even comparable to places like 4 eyes or any chain owned by luxotica. on top of that, the service here is stellar.
