I personally shopped around a lot to get dive certified, and asked a lot of my local friends that are certified for recommendations and most led me to this dive center. I couldn’t be happier with my decision and their team, Kiki and Lin! These guys are extremely professional and knowledgeable in the diving industry! Can’t wait for my first official dive! I would 100% recommend for anyone looking! Nothing but smiles!!

Im very satisfied with SCUBA Network. From the first call through gear questions and final certification, they have been extremely helpful, professional, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them and wish all businesses were as customer-centric and had the caring staff that SCUBA Network has. I look forward to taking more classes with them in the future!!!

There aren’t words to fully illustrate how helpful John was. We came in looking for gear upgrades since the weather unfortunately didn’t cooperate with us this weekend. Prior to our visit to scuba network, I had a lot of questions on gear I’ve previously researched. Every question was answered thoroughly, and to make sure he understood the full picture he also asked us questions. I left feeling even more educated, and not once was I given a pitch on what to buy. I had some trouble with buoyancy and he approached me with patience and sensitivity in suggesting that I take a one-on-one buoyancy class to make my diving experience more enjoyable and efficient. Excellent instruction. We looked forward to each session. Colin was very knowledgeable and provided a relaxed, stress free learning environment. He was very patient and fun. Colin was the key to our success. Ken was also very helpful with registration, information, scheduling, and gear. Bob was also a very good instructor. Overall, I would highly recommend them. It was an amazing experience.

Just completed the scuba open water course today and intend on many more dives with scuba network. Colin helped me pick out all the necessary gear, gave entertainment and formal instruction... most importantly I am still here to write this review and had a great time!

Colin was very helpful with the purchase of our first set of snorkel gear. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. As the Proprietor of Outback Steakhouse I know the true value of customer service and Colin is a great example of that!

Not only the Fort Lauderdale store is amazing also the Deerfield Beach shop. I did my Open Water license with Scuba Network and it was great. The instructor Colin, Jon and Lawrence are amazing Instructors. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and they know everything about diving. You will learn a lot from them you just have to listen. I will do all my future courses with them. Even fun dives with Colin are really fun. Looking forward working together with you guys.

My husband and I recently got our SDI Open Water certification here and our experience was great! Aaron L. is super knowledgeable and professional as an instructor, is kind and makes you feel comfortable in the water (and Im a big scaredy cat in the water).We interacted with Colin L. at the shop and he is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Theyre pretty laid back guys but still responsible, which is nice.And after shopping around for some things, weve found their prices are pretty decent, especially with the student discount, or with some of the sweet sales they have throughout the year.If we do any further certifications or need any gear, no doubt about it, we will get it with SCUBA Network Ft. Lauderdale!

SCUBA Network has a chronic management problem that no one, not even the owner, seems to know how to remedy. They are constantly understaffed causing wait times for simple transactions to be very long. I have been using them for years but see this recurring problem escalating and it is now time to move on. I have a lot of people ask me to recommend dive shops and it will definitely not be this one anymore!!

I just got OW certificate in this shop. I really love my instructor Aaron. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He showed up whenever I needed help. One of staff gave me wrong size gears for rental. Anyway, everything else is awesome.

Ive been diving with Scuba Network for more than 20 years. I wish I could give them 7 stars. Competent, relaxed, safe, fun, responsible.

I’m doing a refreasher for my diving license and have had great service with all the staff during my whole process!

Scuba Network does not stand behind products they sell in the store. Buoyancy compensator purchased for $300 new and used 5 times developed rip through bladder within a year from date of purchase. The manufacturer would not honor warranty stating it was not a warranty issue, although there was never any mistreatment of the equipment. Scuba Network would not back up customer. The most offered by the store was 20% off a new compensator. This is very poor customer service and I would go elsewhere for any equipment.

Colin Rocks!!!! Laidback, informative instructer, in and out of the water. Colin takes his time and explains everything and make you comfortable in the water!! Made learning fun and enjoyable!! Ken was a blast as well!! Highly recommend!!!

We signed up with them for our Scuba license and so far the experience has been very good. The person working at the store when we signed up was very helpful both in explaining everything and helping us with our purchase. We needed to order the fins as they were not in stock. A week later we went to pick them up to use on a snorkeling trip we were going to and since the shipment had not come in they rented fins for us free of charge. Also, the wetsuit i purchased ended up being almost impossible to put on at my first pool session so I went back and they exchanged it no problem for a different one. It is probably the only store I have ever been to that keeps such a good record of their customers, their previous orders, the receipts even who you are associated with. My brother in law was able to go in pick up an order from us and we just went in later and paid. So far, the customer service has been excellent and i definatley would recommend this shop. I dont know too much about dive equipment as I am just getting started so I wouldnt know if they have a good selection or not but I did find their prices to be fair.

My Wife and I started taking the Open Water class.. driving from Miami to Pompano multiple times, we were so excited... at the end we got tired of this company trying to do EVERYTHING to take more money of your pocket, believe me... the last time My wife and I, we were signed in for a trip with 2 weeks in advance.... the day before the trip I received a phone call from Scuba Network asking me to confirm.. I did.. I also asked him if he could take the equipment for us.. because we didnt want to drive round trip Miami-Pompano during a Friday in Peek hours... his answer its a different location and we will have to charge you 15$/person for this favor..., I said NO... I will pick it up by myself... 1 hour later he call me again and tell me that this trip I have to pay $25 more per person (50$ w my wife), because its a different location..... if not I wouldnt be able to go. During the whole course I received multiple phonecall making promotions, like we are full for the class this week, but if you pay $15 more we can sign you in for a semi private class.. and bla bla bla.... probably I dont know you... and you are reading my review... for that reason I will advice you go to a different place so you wont have a bad experience with something so exciting as the Scuba Diving

They nickel and dime you on everything. Just be aware when you go in there. Aaron is one that does it so be aware.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went with this chain of shops because of a GroupOn that listed a nearby location, but it turned out that the shop had removed itself from the Scuba Network conglomerate. Since I already bought the GroupOn, I decided to just go to the next closest one instead of returning it... big mistake. The people in the dive shop were so unwilling to help me get my license, and were very fond of extortion (wanting me to pay a total of $600 for private lessons when they were not necessary). When I asked for a refund they told me it was too late, and I was forced to continue with the shop. I did not manage to get my dive license from them, but I did manage to get yelled and cursed at by a member of the staff. Very unprofessional. I dont know if I even want to dive again after such a terrible experience.
