I have been working with Bliss for years. The first big experience was after Hurricane Wilma in 2005. Several of our windows blew out. Bliss was working at another building putting in impact windows. The old windows from that building were the same size as ours. Bliss put the old windows in ours until we could arrange for new impact windows. They have always tried to accommodate and go above and beyond. We are now getting repair and again Bliss is there for us. It is always a pleasure to work with those who care.Thank You Bliss

Had an awesome experience. I called multiple times and was walked through the process step by step. When I came in to place my order, I was greeted promptly and was able to make my order easily. Im overwhelmed with excitement!I moved into a condo that was fully renovated and the window screens were absolutely disgusting.No stores sold the size I needed. So I googled and came across Bliss Windows Screens, Not only I was happy to see that they are down the street from me,But they Repair screens and also Customize New Screen frames as well.So I went with Customizing.The customer service was OUTSTANDING! The prices was EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE and they stated it could take no longer then 3 days. WELL.....24 hours later I got a call stating that they are done and ready for pickup!Ive NEVER had a experience like this before. Love this place for all my screen and window needs

Price was higher then the company we ended up using by 30% and their process was not easy. As an example they wouldnt take credit cards for repairs only new install. And even with being in business 50+ years there estimate was for parts only..labor was just a guess of 3 to 5 hrs at $178.00 an hour for two techs. So what came to be a $900.00 job would have been between $1150.00 to $1450.00 with Bliss..Now Im sure they do great work just glad I got a second quote.

They had the correct window lock I needed. But it didnt come with screws. Too me forever to find the right screws

I just wanted to express how great it was using Bliss Windows for a recent window installation and its aftermath. We had them install our window in Fall of 2018 and were very pleased with the work. In Spring of 2019, we received a notice from the city regarding a code violation regarding the permit. We were very surprised given the amount of time that had transpired and the fact that an inspector did visit upon completion of the job and that everything was AOK. Well, not knowing where to turn we contacted David and Lynne at Bliss and advised them what had happened. They were equally surprised by the notice, and were certain there mustve been a mistake. Well, Lynne did the legwork tracking down the original inspector and it turned out he failed to finalize the permit with the city. She even worked with the code enforcement inspector to ensure the issue was resolved and that we were now free and clear. We are now bigger fans of Bliss than we were before. I remember initially meeting David and Lynne when ordering the window and likely their professionalism and good natures. Its always a pleasure working with folks who take their work seriously and continue customer service beyond the final installation. Thank you, Bliss Window.

Ive personally used and recommended them countless times. Theyve repaired 30 yr old sliding doors that barely moved and afterwards they glided effortlessly. Extremely fair pricing. Anyone who would give them a negative review is crazy. Good luck finding someone in South Florida who can do this kind of work for a fair price. They are awesome.

Awful- never returns phone calls, don’t show up when they say they will, won’t give a proper quote until already there charging you $80 for a “service call”!Spent 2 months messing around with these people trying to get service at my house, gave up and used someone else and had a very different experience.Bliss has been around a while but u can’t just build a reputation on that alone customer service still counts !Don’t waste your time with these people .

Bliss Windows came highly recommended to me by my neighbors who used their services several times on different properties they have. They are a reliable trustworthy company that has been in Fort Lauderdale for decades. They show up on time and do what they promise.

Great customer service.

It was OK. Bliss has been around for decades, and I have been going there off and on for about that long as well during which time its been either indispensable or bordering on irrelevant. They didnt have what I was looking for this time and it seems they may not be stocking some of the old stuff like they used to, and there wasnt much staff on duty the times I was in there so there was a considerable wait to be served. However, they still have a lot of things, and offer a variety of services that the big mega stores like Home Depot and Lowes dont have, and are more reliable with bigger resources than a lot of the one man show small contractors have.

The guys in the shop are usually really nice, Paul has always been helpful but in order to do business with Bliss you must go through Lynn! As others have commented on her attitude she doesnt care if she gets your business or not. I have been a customer with them for years but have decided there are to many business that will appreciate me and I will go somewhere else. From all the complaints you hear and see about her you would think someone would take a hint.

I went to them for a replacement window crank which ended up being defective. When I went back to exchange it I was told that because I had opened it they wouldnt take it back. Well how could I know it was defective if I hadnt opened it??!! Then after inspecting it, they claimed that the defect it the crank was something I did! Wouldnt it have been better to just make your customer happy? All over a $15 window crank. Ill NEVER go back to Bliss. Anyone know a REPUTABLE company that makes good screens?

The window repair man was nice. That is why it is two stars not one. I called to have two swinging screened porch doors rescreened. I let the woman on the phone know I needed it done by a certain date because I was selling my house, and was having an open house. She said they had time. The guy came out. He did not have the supplies he needed, so he used my old, hardened, painted over, vinyl screen spline that was already on the window. He didnt have enough, so he screened over the one area leaving some of the spline not replaced. He couldnt even replace the other screen, and left that door without a screen (it had a screen when he arrived), because he used some of that spline for the repair he did. He told me it would be $150.00 for the one door and I would owe him more when he returned for the other door!! He said to call back and reschedule for him to come back out. Once he left I immediately called. The lady on the phone was not the most pleasant and stated that she would have to wait until he reported back to her, and then she would call back. I waited two days. She did not call, so I called again. She said she couldnt schedule at that time and would call back. Needless to say, she never called back and I had to repair my other door. Worst of all, the first door is NOT even repaired correctly. See photos below. Now weeks later they are calling back. I chose not to pick up, but put this review instead.
