DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!They just sent this person named Gary for a quote to replace my windows but he came without wearing a mask. I told him I did not feel comfortable with him not wearing a mask to what he just said “ ok bye bye” and left. Is that a professional way to work! How can a company send someone so disrespectful. From the beginning of this process Sal, the person that came out to give me the estimate, office staff and Kevins crew (Installing the windows)were exceptional. Friendly, professional, hard working. What an amazing system they have going.I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have windows and doors installed! Exceptional!

After reseraching several Impact door and window companies, we decided to work with S&R based on some recomendations and a fair price quote. This was a fairly large residential job and a nice chunk of change, so we did our homework. We replaced all the windows plus 2 sliding doors in our 2 condos in Ft. Lauderdale. Sal, the owner, came out to do measurements and immediately made an excellent impression with honest feedback and expectations for the job. We flew in from NJ to have the work done in February, however the manufacturer delayed in shipping the windows, so we re-scheduled the install.Sal stored the windows for us during the COVID shutdown and the install was set for June. I drove down and was present for the entire job. Sals team was extremely professional, courteous and top-notch. There was some difficult removal of old hurricane shutters that had to be done, and they did it with a minimum of dirt and debris. Throughout the install, I had questions and comments, which Sal promptly responded to.. the communication was beyond excellent.What truly set this company apart and earned my highest recommendation however was how they handled a particular issue that came up. There was a miscommunication with my condo association with regard to the rules for outside kitchen window colors. They all had to be Grey. The windows arrived White on both sides. Regular production time would be 3 more weeks... but Sal knew that I had to be in my car and driving back to NJ in the next 3 days. He took complete responsibility for the issue, painted the windows in-house, had them installed in plenty of time for me to depart as planned. Throughout the entire process S&R went the extra mile to make me and my wife happy. Cant write enough great things about this company, the ownership and their employees.

I dont have words to praise S&R highly enough. Pricing was very fair. Communications with the office about installation was effortless. The installers were extremely talented, hard working, and gracious. The products installed were of excellent quality. Follow up was prompt and cordial. All in all--an unimprovable experience.

S&R recently replaced all openings (4 doors and 20+ windows) in my home with impact. Great experience start to finish... they were happy to come talk to me and answer questions, and gave me the best quote of the multiple I got. They were responsive and addressed all issues that came up during the work. Everything to code and the inspection passed without any issues. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience with S&R. They did the sliding doors in my condo few months ago. First encounter was a surprise when the owner himself came to take measurements. He was on top of each detail during the whole process. This company is very professional, excellent customer service, outstanding work (technicians came on time and did a clean job), and great quality of the doors. I am very happy with the work done. I had all my windows and exterior doors in my condo replaced by this company. They are very professional and perform quality work. The inspection by the local building inspector was flawless. I would highly recommend anyone considering replacing your windows and doors to use this company. The owner Sal cares about his customers and has excellent office support staff to answer any questions. One more thing, just before the work commenced they covered all the furniture in the area they worked and they also kept a clean job site during the installation.

The HOA had a capricious idea that our installed windows needed bars. The HOA had a case without merit. But rather than go the legal route, we called S&R and explained. The installation was completed three and a half years ago. S&R can the next and installed the bar.

I contacted S&R Impact Windows and Doors by referral from a good friend and they were everything to be expected and more! Not only was the price surprisingly fair, but the service, punctuality and customer support were all top notch and eager to help. They moved and prepped before hand, as well as completely cleaned everything and left no trace that work had ever been done afterwards. And the best part..... my impact windows and doors look amazing! Nothing but great compliments from our neighbors. So grateful to have found S&R Impact Windows and Doors for making our house one step closer to our dream home!!

S&R did both are home and business, and I can tell you they are the best! Honest and professional, and extremely clean, Sal came out and quoted the job at the exact time he promised, and installation was the same, there men came out on time and installed in record time with no inconvenience to us. The jobs both came out perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them each time we need windows and doors!!

Between living in NYC and Florida and dealing with contractors on daily basis I have had a great experience with S&R impact windows, they replaced all my windows and balcony door (floor to ceiling) great improvement in my condo and have a happier wife for it, they were neat fast and reasonably priced, dealing with Sal made everything go smooth, highly recommend them
