Quality of window and door is great. staff is very good. Best price quality in service.

They installed the windows in my condo which are under warranty. There are a few small issues with them that need to be repaired. I don’t like to write bad reviews for a business, but it is impossible to get a return call. I have called them no less that 10 times. The lady who answers the phone is always kind and apologetic. However, I can never reach a technician. I have now given up and decided to share my experience so others think twice. Ten calls over 2 weeks and multiple messages should result in a returned phone call.

Ive placed multiple calls and left multiple voicemails over the past 2 days with zero response. I noticed similar complaints from 7 months ago at which a spokes person mentioned a new phone system. Its funny that the problem still exists 7 months later.Im now making moves to cancel my orders solely due to lack of communication and response. Long lead times are acceptable, a lack of communication is not.

Great overall experience from start to finish. The entire staff was courteous, personable, professional and provided a high level of service. Mark (My Sales Rep) set the expectations from our initial meeting and worked diligently to find the best solution to achieve my goals. The installation was a smooth process with Julio managing his crew and the job efficiently and professionally. They were in constant communication and had my best interests in mind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great windows and doors really cut down on the street noise.(Margate Boulevard very noisy street). Had a little trouble communicating with them had to chase them down to pay them and get them to frame around my doors and frost film the bathroom window but it’s done now and looks great. Still having trouble getting them to give me a receipt and put two weep hole covers on PGT vinyl frame window. I know Covid-19 put a few snags in life so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I am extremely happy with the new windows installed by All American Windows. They are responsive, professional, and did amazing work. I feel like my house has been upgraded thanks to them. Highly recommended!

Used this company a few years ago, just saw the yelp review I left regarding Dean and the terrible experience I had with them researching a referral for a friend.I would definitely not recommend this company and if you are working with Dean, good luck with that.Left my house without doorknobs for 3 days so no way to enter or leave the home as well as the installers helped themselves to the fridge. It’s funny looking back at the joke and poor professionalism of this company.Never received an apology for the rudeness of Dean or the hundreds of dollars of damage to my property they did- had to hire a contractor to fix it.Also they failed permits multiple times.Save yourself the hassle and huge out of pocket and look somewhere else.Shocked to see any good reviews.

I cant say enough about this amazing company. I worked for them and they strive very hard to have 100% satisfaction. From behind the scenes I know for a fact customer service is top priority. In Construction we all know things can happen beyond our control but they do everything possible to correct delays and issues and provide excellent service. Stay away. Two years post-install, Im paying another company $1700 to fix the bad job on the sliding glass door. Its never worked properly and yesterday, one of them completely stopped working. Immediately post-install, we repeatedly told All American that the doors didnt work correctly and they came up with one b.s. excuse after another, until we finally gave up. Also, I remodeled the kitchen this year, and we discovered that the kitchen window was never sealed properly, so our walls were really damp and had to be ripped out and redone, and the window sealed correctly. Incredibly poor workmanship.

All American Windows sold us quality impact windows and doors at a fair price. Their installation team was exceptional in their attention to detail and clean-up, administrative responses were excellent, and the windows look great. We’re very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend the company.

Called up to schedule an appointment to have the windows changed on my balcony and possible other rooms based on the quality of the product and the prices.The person on the phone refused to schedule an appointment as I said the balcony has 3 double windows.I explained I may have the other windows also replaced.She refused to make an appointment.Im happy this company is doing so well they just turn away business without seeing what the job entails.

I had All American Windows and Doors install all new impact windows and doors in my office building. They were very professional and completed the work timely. They also were very reasonable in price. I would recommend them if you are thinking of installing new windows or doors on your property

Had the best experience with All American. Josh and Jona were professional and very responsive! The product was beautiful and the installation process was extremely organized and efficient. Highly recommend this company for impact windows and doors. Our front door is the CGI estate series door and it is beautiful! We get compliments on it all the time! Overall great company and great experience!

We have a large house in North Miami that we are remodeling and our contractor used All American Windows and Doors as the subcontractor for the windows and doors. We ordered approximately $80,000 worth of hurricane proof windows and doors almost a year ago. Before we placed the order we worked with Dave Anderson from All American Windows and Doors who came to our house and went through the order in great detail. We even created a spreadsheet detailing the sizes, colors, and glass type for each window and door. We received about 7 windows that were the incorrect color (white versus bronze) - this happened last summer (2015) and now we are approaching a year, still no windows. Almost 4 months after we received the wrong color windows they came to pick them up and said they would resolve the problem - promised to professionally dip the window frames so that they would be as good as from the OEM. However they took the windows with the glass still in them, and spray painted them bronze - then delivered them back to the house. On top of that they mistakenly took many of our door cover pieces and painted them bronze, our doors are white. As you can imagine we were very upset and refused the order. They then ordered the frames from the OEM in order to save money by reusing the glass (although they had made the mistake) - this was in November of 2015 - a few months ago they said they received the order but it was the wrong material - they had to reorder the correct material. Its now March 2016 - still waiting.... We have called and emailed Dave Andersen every week for as long as I can remember - no resolution as of yet.We also had 2 broken glasses that were to be replaced as they were broken upon installation (by the contractors people) - that was a year ago as well. We finally received the replacement glass last month - and when they came to install it this week - they were both the wrong size. They measured them. These are just the facts - I will withhold my opinions. We are still working with them to resolve the issue but it has had a huge impact on our family and our ability to get moved into our house.If there is anyone at All American Windows and Doors that can help us please let us know. We are reaching out to someone in charge for assistance. We will make sure everyone knows are story and does not have a similar experience.

Quality company that has been around for a long time because they are doing it right

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Save yourself the headache. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with when it comes to doing any kind of business.Update: Windows and door came in, downstairs window and door were installed, however, the upstairs windows were measured wrong so they were not installed. Upstairs windows came in and were installed only to realize that they were the incorrect design for the community. Waiting for the parts to come in so that they can correct the design element that is incorrect. Who would of thought that such a small job would have so many things go wrong. Will update once the job is completed.

I’d avoid this company if at all possible! Contracted this company to install impact doors and windows throughout my entire residence and here I stand chasing the company to finish the now 5-6 month old job. Still one window missing and an Incorrect front door that’s been promised to be installed 3 time now, 1 time was a no show appointment, the second the installer just showed up randomly without contact, and back to the no call no show against since meeting face to face with the owner back in November and being promised that all would be handled. The final window is supposedly on Back order and although it took them 3 Installation Days already to install what presently installed still nothing completed. Daily calls, text, and follow up along with promises to finish the job and install what was ordered rather than what was “available in the warehouse” now has gone on for over 2 months In itself. Research this company cautiously and make sure to have them sign off on a scheduled install schedule to Assure that they complete the job or the chase game and broken promises will continue on and on. 1 Star is even too much for this review but it’s mandatory to do so to write a review.

We had 2 thugs try to break into our home while our 14 year old daughter was inside before Hurricane Matthew (2016). They could not break thru the window and gain entry, we truly believe All American Windows were a huge factor keeping them out, and very possibly saved my daughter’s life. Your windows are a true testament to quality, we are extremely grateful we had All American Windows installed into our home. Both individuals were apprehended by the police.All American Windows again managed to prove their quality in not only a product, but the companies desire to fix our window in a quick manner. New glass was ordered quickly with many areas of the company coming forward to make sure things got completed quickly.We would recommend All American Windows from beginning to end along with the quality of the windows that are installed.

Super bad attention of the workers of shipping and receiving in 4740 nw 15th ave bad treatment with customers

Supposedly the best technology on the sliding doors. But finally, and after sell, the commercial service seems not be very smart and refuse to furnish which had miss while delivery : Locks and handfuls. the quality is also not lasting so long. 6 month after purchase, I start to see some toughness to open and close big doors, I regret this purchase and to have choose this company of course.

Professional, courteous, and the price is reasonable

Not good communicators. They installed one door wrong and other was dropped. Its now weeks to correct their mistakes. Window installers were great guys--its the folks at headquarters who need improvement.

Best to avoid. 8 months, 5 inspections later, still can not get final inspection.

Three years ago my wife and I choose this company to replace the outside sliding doors of our house in Miami because they had reasonable prices. The doors have been breaking since then. The sliding doors get out of aligment every few months and its imposible to lock them when that happens. The screening doors that go with them didnt even last a couple of weeks falling off the railing (one time into my daughters head). The first year while they were under warranty it was very dificult to get someone to come and fix them and when that happened they were always trying to blame it on us saying that we didnt operate them right even thought we treated them like delicate porcelane because they would brake so easily. When the warranty expired they would start to charge us to fix them even thought there was something wrong from the beginning that never got fixed. Last time they came one of the guys told us that he did not think that our situation was fair and he was going to try to talk to the manufacturers of the screening doors to see what they could do about it. Well that never happened and when we call to check on that, they dont know anything about it.This company does not care about their customers at all.My wife and I are very disappointed with them. If it was not so expensive to get new doors we would get them just not to have to deal with this people.

Awful experience. Took months to complete, sloppy job and kept forgetting things. They use sub contractors that are awful. Several broken windows right away, caulking messy and chipped house and paint.
