South Florida contractors, on the average, are horrible. You call to give them money, they answer, say they will give you a quote and call you back, then do neither. These guys answered the phone, came out within 24 hours, gave me a quote, took a deposit and installed the door within 1 business day. They are an excellent company with great service. They will be my first call for any needs I have and anyone who asks will get their name to deal with their roll up doors.

I called on Monday while Hurricane Dorian was still churning over the Bahamas and although they tried to get someone out that day, they were able to send someone the next day by 10am (my choice). Sure enough they called at 10 am stating they were at the gate and within 20 minutes had repaired the garage door and were on their way to the next Job! ... Good Service, Friendly informative staff.. Great, fast, and inexpensive service. I called Friday afternoon to inquire about getting my garage door openers programmed. The gentleman scheduled a service technician to come out Sunday. He was very nice and called me when he was on the way. Literally took him 15mins to program all 3 remotes and even showed me how to program them. I had Total garage doors and Installation come to replace broken spring. They did not adjust spring tension properly! They told me I needed a new opener etc. After multiple calls and promises of appointments, no shows, $500, I moved on to Sunshine.Technician for Sunshine was excellent!! He adjusted spring tension, so door wouldnt crash down. He troubleshooter opener, just a loose sensor wire. I will not hesitate recommend and use this company in the future. Had an emergency where literally the 18 ft wide door came out of the track on one side and partially collapsed. It looked like a major problem and major job. These guys came out very quickly late afternoon and knew exactly what they were doing. Fixed the issue and made adjustments to the door so it operates better than ever. Highly recommend.

The person that came to my house was very knowledgeable about garage doors and openers. He explained to me what the problem was, and we agreed that after 13 years my opener needed to be replaced. He installed a new one while he was here. It is quiet and came with a 6 year warranty on the motor. It was an excellent experience. I would recommend Sunshine to my friends.

Had a spring bust first thing in the morning. Truck stuck in garage. My regular garage door company said they couldnt come for TWO DAYS, so I was desperate. My Garage door was stuck in the open position so I searched online for a few different garage door repair companies. I ended up going with Sunshine Garage Doors and was happy with the service. The Opener was burned so they replaced it and cleaned up after the repair. There charge was reasonable.

He answered all my questions and did some very minor repairs like putting 3 missing screws and adjusting a faulty sensor (the reason I contacted him in the first place) to the garage door as part of the tune up.
