Very disappointed so far. I placed an order for some cable tray products that all appeared to be in stock. Within a couple hours after my order was placed I received an email indicating that due to an unfortunate system error some of the items on my order became out of stock while my order was being placed. This was nearly three weeks ago. Last week the status when I called was you should have all of your product by the end of the month. Today when I called, the same customer service rep cannot provide me with an ETA. They have yet to reply to any of my email inquiries. I suspect there may be a reason why they hesitate to put things in writing. If you are really interesting in helping me, please dont post a phone number and ask me to call about my situation... Actually resolve the situation with my order, be proactive and call me to let me know that its being taken care of.Update - have now passed the one month mark since my order and I still dont have fulfillment of my order. Customer Service rep is working with me to find a solution with alternate products. Is there an end in sight.?.?Update2 - Order placed in May, its now October and I still dont have a refund for parts that were never delivered. Customer service rep in the past has asked about updating my review to a more favorable status, what a joke... Not while you still owe me money and have product sitting in my garage that you have claimed to want back but wont provide a return shipping label for.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered on Wednesday 12:30 and paid for 2 day shipping. When I called Friday and asked where it was. They said it had been shipped. I made her give me a tracking number. That tracking number was shipped on a Monday to get on Wednesday. No customer service at all. Cant explain anything and why it wasnt shipped. Now since I needed it a week ago and bought somewhere else, im stuck. I doubt they will pay for the shipping or anything. Dont do business with them.

Website says items are in stock but after submitting order I get an email saying that items are on back order. Still havent received items even after their estimate. And they havent updated their website to show the product being out of stock. They also charge your credit card right away and not when the product ships like every other company does.

I would give 0 Stars. Placed an order in October. Was given a tracking # that never populated. And cannot get through to customer service. is this a scam?? Who are these people?

Order placed online. I was never notified that some of our items were on back order. Once order was finally sent only part of the order was filled. Called to discuss it with Edgar who said the order was filled incorrectly and that the other items were still on back order. They offered 10% off which was not given. They did however pay for the shipping. Once the remaining parts became available I needed them shipped overnight. They were not willing to pay that shipping of $280.00. I had no choice but to pay for this shipping since my job was now 2 weeks overdue. Horrible customer service. Ive sent several emails to Jennifer Poppenhagen whois Director of Sales. Jennifer has not gotten back to be since 2/19. When I called no one can tell me who owns this company and how to contact them.

You can’t beat the prices over at cableorganizer and the customer service is great. I needed to hide the wires in my man cave and Michael helped me not only choose what i needed he actually took time to help me with all my questions and needs if i can give 6 stars i would!

Such a horrible company to work with. The first time I placed an order I just thought they ran out of the product I ordered and after a month I got my order. Now that I have placed a second order on Jun 17th and it is now Jul 22nd and two phone calls later. Still NO ORDER. This company is horrible and their customer service is horrible as well. The person I talked to just gave me the run around and he is the same person i talk to on the first call. Seems like they only have 1 or 2 people working there.

After ordering my items, five weeks has passed without receiving them. I have received no responses to my inquiries, and will be disputing their charge with my credit card company. Do not do business with this company.

Placed order online and paid $48 or overnight shipping (that was a rip off but I really needed the part). My package didnt arrive the next day so I called and they said the order was placed too late so it didnt make FedEx but that it would go out the next day. I waited one more day and the package didnt show up again and after we called I get an email with an invoice showing me they credited my account.So I wasted two days waiting for these guys to ship me something they probably didnt have in stock but wouldnt be honest.

Ordered some wire connectors, and they showed a price about half that of other sources. Two days later they emailed to say they dont have any in stock, and if I want a refund. I said I wanted the connectors and asked when I would get them. They said MAYBE in 60-90 days, then stopped replying to my emails. Bottom line; they sell stuff they dont have, and cant get. Or, they priced it wrong and didnt want to sell at a loss--even a $13 order!! If you need to actually receive an ordered product, buy from another source. :--(

Do not trust with your credit card. Weve been waiting over a month for a refund after theyve received back the product. Now they have both our money and the product! Not reputable, look on BBB under parent company Cable Organizers in Ft. Lauderdale FL for past history.

Sent wrong product. Made me pay to send it back. Refused the shipment that was sent back. And ended up having to dispute charges with credit card company. Dont do business with this company ever!
