Hector is a scamming P-O-S, they are literally over pricing their gold. How can you guys charge $100 a gram when jewelers arent even charging that? How can you charge labor on pieces your not making? stay far away from these scammers

Cleanest pawn shop in The Area, that’s a fact !!Those gentlemen are honest and direct. They speak both English and Spanish..They helped me on numerous occasions when I was short on rent. And I can’t thank them enough. In return I’ve purchased all my tv’s, a 14k ring and Tissot watch. A surround sound system and much more because I believe in helping local business. If you had a bad experience here, you most likely have bad peoples skills. I’ve sent many friends in family here and they all have been helped in some form whether they were buying something or pawning a item because they were in a financial situation.

I am original from Orlando and was down in Fort Lauderdale for a a long weekend. I needed some extra cash and Google for a pawnshops and end up at gold pawn city. The guys where very nice and very fair. I recommend to any one in for Lauderdale. Or passing by that need some extra cash.

I was recently in Ft Lauderdale on a vacation . I went into their store and waited at least fifteen minutes for someone named Hector to help me. It looked like he was texting on his phone, seemed like I wasnt important. I walked out and went to another pawn shop where I spent over $500. I think they need to improve their customer service. I wouldnt recommend them.
