Still waiting on a phone call or email reply back from June not sure if this place went out of business or not the site should be taken down

I ordered some student desks from Cuda back in August. 3 months later and I have still not received them. They wont answer calls, wont respond to voicemails. I received 1 email from a guy named Gary who told me my order was voided and sent a screenshot of another customers information. I paid $160 and have yet to receive my order or a refund. Only put 1 star because I had to.

Dont waste your time ordering from here. No one will ever answer the phone and youll never get a response to messages you leave on answering machine, email or the website chat now.

Worst company ever.I ordered and paid which immediately was taken from my credit card account for a machine that filters the oil from fryers.A month later no order arrived.I called and was told I was quoted the wrong price that is on there website. So I said ok no problem. I was assured that I would get the money back.Now 500.00 later. No word from this company no refund no nothing.I called to to see what was going on they hung up on me.Do not do business with this company.This was in March of 2019. It is now July of 2020. Very disappointed

Lets be honest; I work here. We are not perfect but we genuinely strive to serve our customers to 100% of their satisfaction. How many large corporations can honestly say the same.

Slow to fill orders. Lack of communication when order ships. Customer-centric focus seems a bit lazy.

I ordered a pasta maker, received an email confirmation of my purchase, then thats the last of heard from them. After two weeks I sent an inquiry using their website form. No response. I called a few days later and no answer. This is when I really started getting worried. I called back the next day and actually reached someone. I asked about my order and they told me they had to check with their warehouose and would return my call. No call. I called back and they said the same thing, this time I told them I would wait on hold. Thats when the line mysteriously disconnected. It wasnt until I filed a complaint with PayPal did they respond. They said it was on back order. I eventually got my money back but I would NEVER use them again.

Jeremiah is the rudest person that i have ever spoken to in my life. Called me a liar and a thief. Also after his company failed to provide an order confirmation or tracking number after 72 business hours he said i was unprofessional in the manner that i contacted Paypal. Also hes the right hand of the owner but doesnt have any authority. its been 5 days and i havent gotten a tacking nor have i gotten my money back! Spent over 700$ with them and the rudest people you will ever speak to. A lesson in customer service sir dont disclose how much you make and then boaster that you are the Chief Operations Manager. just plain RUDE!

I ordered a glass set as a Christmas present on Dec. 4th 2015. It is now April 12th and as many emails as I have sent or called, I can not get any replies back. I never received confirmation or anything about tracking. But they sure took my money as soon as I hit confirm.
