My first impression was it was another efficient U Haul. When I returned the van, it was really busy, but the owned still took time for every customer, he was wonderful!!

Very professional service, grounds and office very neat and organized. Mgr on duty was very professional and nice.

Highly recommend this location. The manager Carlos and the employees always go above and beyond.

Carlos was attentive in helping me with a new hitch installation. He went to another U-Haul location on a Saturday to pickup a part he needed for my 8am appointment on Monday.Mondays installation was professional installed by Carlos and I am good to go.I had a hitch installed more than 15 years ago at this same location. After over 448,000 miles on that vehicle and hitch, I knew where to go.

Nothing is perfect, but all the times I have rented a U-Haul, theyve always came through and simplified my life. Its easy for me to complain, but at the end of the day, I am far from perfect! Just as my wife🤣

I was in and out within 15 minutes, the staff were friendly and helpful, I will be back to this location for sure.

Went in to buy a bicycle rack for my truck. Carlos did a fabulous job of assembly and installing on my truck. Thanks again. Will refer others.

Staff was rude and dumb, lecturing me on my mask wearing etiquette while one employee not wearing a mask and the one that was lecturing me only wore it when I walked to the counter. Get over yourselves you commie simps. I didnt show up to be consulted on my health, you just have to rent me a trailer and remeber to put the stuff I paid for on the trailer, If I rent dollies or hand trucks I need them in the trailer before a pull out. U-haul, your staff needs to prioritize customer service! Not health advise! Youre arent my doctor! Youre U-hual!

I really enjoy going to this particular Uhaul. I received great service from Felton Morris. I had hitch problems and he went beyond his duty to help me correct it so I could rent a trailer. Hes knowledgeable and very pleasant. Hope hes there on my next rental.

This one location not that great. Have all secret charges that have nothing to do with Uhaul the company itself and every explanation they give you not written. Horrible Uhaul.

Made my reservation 2 days before arrival. Made it online was told this location had the equipment I needed.After waiting 30 minutes in line was told they do not have the trailer I need. Employee told me that the online system will say they have it when they dont. Complete waste of time

Horribly located, congestion with traffic, and the navigation gets confused.

Their broken app tried to cheat me on fuel. When you try to put the correct amount it wont let you move forward and they hold you hostage.

These guys are always on point. Appreciate all the help with my trailer the other day.

Nastiest female employee ever. Screamed at me, when I asked “Is this how you talk to customers?” She walked away and flipped me the bird!!Young man yesterday and same guy today was great.

Everything went perfectly and smoothly. Frankly I’m surprised at how good everything went and I would use this particular uhaul location again for my next move.

Toxic environment. The 15-year manager wasnt friendly as I havent rented from U-haul and had questions. She seemed friendly in the beginning answering questions then she simply, cant repeat herself when she was going over rental options based on availability. Thats a way to lose business. I only needed something local - there are other options out there. Since the conversion was so toxic I felt compelled to share the horrible experience with others. Theres a reason this location has a poor rating.

Carlos went out of his way to make things happen. I needed the truck and dolly the same day after finding out Budget even though the made the reservation DID NOT have the equipment and didnt know when they would. The lady at Budget on West Broward Blvd went so far as to say they dont actually care exact quote from her mouth. So thank you Carlos Vega for REAL customer service!!!

Uhaul has poor servicing getting vans ready for their customers. My rental Cargo van had no oil & the left signal light wasnt working. It got me home but I Needed to call roadside assistance for them to add oil so my van was drivable again. They also fixed the signal lights with a new fuse. I recommend that you have the attendant check all the features to be sure their working properly. Dont rely on them to be in working order when they bring the van out, & hand you the keys.

Wide options of trucks and reasonable prices

Place is hard to find if youre new to the area or a lyft driver making a pick up. Uhauls are in good condition but smell like hot garbage. Thats expected tho.

Scheduled an appt. Over the phone....showed up, to have someone tell me they didnt have the hitch for my vehicle and I would have to return the following day??!!! Why wasnt I told that before wasting my time and driving over there...or having someone from the store contact me directly....terrible inconvinience....unreliable and their communication skills are terrible. Will not be coming back.

I had made a Reservation for an open trailer that has ramps so I can haul my motorcycle to Daytona. My original reservation pick up time was for 10AM, I had called customer service days prior to picking up the trailer & had changed the pick up time to 4:30PM. They closed at 5 so I made sure I arrived on time. I get there only to find out that the trailer I had Reserved was Not There! I shared my frustration with the clerk whos name I think was Mitchell. I made a specific reservation & drove 35 minutes out of my way to pick it up. He called the clients who had the trailer & they obviously were not returning it that day. The clerk called customer service to find us an available trailer & clearly lied saying he tried contacting the customers multiple times that day who had that trailer to see when they were returning. (Obviously if its not back by 10AM drop off time & you hear nothing they are not bringing it back!) He found us a closed, bigger trailer saying it had ramps. Once the trailer was loaded onto the hitch he walked away saying nothing! You would think he would ask to see if I had questions. I left because I had some where to be & he obviously wasnt being polite. I arrived where I needed to be opened the trailer to find No Ramps. So thank you for making me run around town to find a ramp to load my motorcycle on. If I had a ramp I would have no need to even rent a Uhaul. So thank you for the terrible service yet again Uhaul.

Horrible customer service. Manager was very rude. Reserved a trailer and the brake lights were missing. Didnt have any other trailer at this facility so I asked for a refund. Was told they couldnt issue a refund at the office I would have to contact uhaul direct. Never again!!!

Used this place 4times in 6months. Everything fast and easy even without a reservation.

My only downside for this location is about whatever stench they use to pump into the office. It is AWFUL! Please, whatever that tear inducing, sinus aggravating, groung up old person potpourri smell is, get rid of it.

Door says open at 7am reservation for 7:15 am guy doesnt show up till 8:05 am now my day is going to be playing catchup. I have labor sitting around getting paid for not working wont be using this place again.

UHaul is a good company but the manager was very ill mannered and rude and the location is hidden and seems kinda dangerous.

I drove here from Miami for a 12:30pm appointment to have a hitch installed on my car just for them to tell theyre full. Huge waste of time and not even a courtesy call to let me know. On top of that theyre located underneath a bridge which is for your first time very difficult to see and get to.
