She is so professional, patient, informative, friendly, did I mention PATIENT?If you ask her a question and let her completely answer it... youd be amazed at how informative and easy she could make your moving experience. Problem is not all of us know what were doing... so its nice to have assistance from SOMEONE who does KNOW HER JOB VERY WELL. As you all know you cant fold a king size mattress to fit in the back of a moving truck.... You need to have the right size truck for that king size mattress. Its not their fault that were looking for the cheaper truck that CANT haul the king size mattress. As we all know it sucks to move or haul things around BUT AGAIN its not their FAULT that we have to do what we have to do. Thank you Alicia for always being there. God bless you always!!And if you accidentally get overcharged.. again its accidental. Be patient theyll get it taken care of.

I have come here numerous times over the last decade. It’s the best location as far as selection of vehicles but it’s always understaffed compared to the lines of people. They would benefit from having a separate line dedicated to serving those who spend the time making a reservation in advance.

I wish I can give this 100 stars the rep Eric really turn things around when the U-Haul customer service representative over the phone mislead a particular unit. Eric not only was able to get me a reservation even though the rep over the phone said their is none available he was able to get us a unit and was able to swiftly make the changes needed while he was helping multiple people at the same time that owner chuck need to give Eric there a promotion or something he’s out of this world excellent !

We called several other U Haul locations in Ft.Lauderdale to get some hitch & weight distribution work done for our car & trailer and one of them referred us to this Broward Blvd location as the only place for this type hitch work. We were impressed from the minute we saw how many trucks are at this location for rent and how well it is set up with easy entry and exit from Broward Blvd for the truck rentals. They also have storage units on the lot and they have mock storage units inside the front office to show exactly what different size storage units they offer. They have a large office/store area and we got great service from the minute we walked in and spoke to the friendly lady behind the counter who directed us to the bays where they do service work. Our 5 star rating goes to the staff in the service area, particularly, Nate, who was extremely knowledgeable about hitches & weight distribution. He expertly took care of our hitch request. and thanks to him we can begin our new trailer pulling.We highly recommend this Broward Blvd U Haul location.

Bad rating upon bad ratings.. I’m late for a moving appointment right now. Losing wages because Uhaul rented me a truck that’s being blocked in by a freight truck.. I’m forced to wait till it’s unloaded so that I can leave with the rental truck.. very unprofessional and selfish. Bad business if you ask me.

The staff is super rude and it was human feceson the parking lot, plus a lack of safety sings, the manager scream at a guy who entered to the store to fill an empty gas tank, I heard the guy telling her: Karen put a sing on the door simple as that.

It was a very busy rainy day and there was no truck available. One of the worker by the name of Zaria was so helpful. she was diligent and went above and beyond her work duties to get me a truck to move. i was very stress out and she make me feel very comfortable by assuring me she will help me. This is a great location with top notch customer service (when you take in consideration the area) Zaria & Alicia and i hope i spelled their names correctly are excellent. They are diligent, helpful, very nice and will go above and beyond to meet your preferences as a customer. I walked away from my transactions feeling like i got a top notch customer experience and value.

One of the worst businesses I’ve ever visited in my life. The staff is extremely aggressive and threatening, and they talk to you however they want as the owner listens. The employees will scream at you at the top of their lungs. My rental truck was also infested with roaches.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...one of the employee was getting frustrated because a customer claim she didn’t give her $$$$ back and she started screaming “now I got to count my Register” they do more talking then working. I was in line for 45 minutes for a reservation I booked online. They got the nerves to charge a $20 after hours service fee... not with that kind of customer service... the employees are depreciating the business values

The customer service was unbelievable the way that I was greeted was just amazing the staff was so friendly so excellent and so understanding I rented a storage with U-Haul during a time that my family was in need after experiencing hurricane Dorian.U-Haul rentals on Broward Boulevard were exceptional and treated us like the number one customer in the world. Absolutely the worst Uhaul location ever! The worst employees and service. Booked a truck at 4 PM, flew in from out of town for a pick up time of 11PM. Mobile app wasnt working so we called customer service. Jackie answers. The WORST customer service rep Ive ever experienced (I work as a quality Assurance analyst). She kept telling us how she had to pee and talking to the computer the whole time. Dont waste your time on this place nor customer service. Its 1:30 AM and were just getting the truck. Thanks, Jackie. At least you helped us.

Beware they throw parties in their storage units after hours....renters beware. How safe is your stuff if they allow parties and people to stay in their units. Corporate where are you? They were notifed but got response...

I was on hold for 30 mins and I called back and when they asked me to hold again I said I was on hold for 30 mins and hung up on. The response was because we have customers and I was just put back on hold, no customer service. Then someone answered, heard the reason I was calling and transferred me and then I was hung up on again. I called back and the hold time exceeded 20 mins. Horrible phone customer service. In store customer service is fine but if you need something and you call in the customer service is horrible.

Great help on a recent move. Trailer had a flat, but i reported in on the U-Haul app, tire was changed quickly. I had a door get stuck due to a load shift. The team helped me get door free so I could unload. Didn’t charge me for the delay. Great team!

We needed a propane refill in our RV on Sat Mar 30, 2019. We tried to call but waited a long time on hold...no answer.Drove to the Broward address and pulled up to the propane area.a very polite and happy employee came right over and promptly and efficiently filled the propane.He was very thorough and completed the job very professionally, printed our receipt and we were on our way in about 10 minutes.Although the shop was e extremely busy, this young man deserves a handshake from the boss.(order #85893583).We are from Ontario, Canada and we would highly recommend this business for propane.

Horrible customer service, i ordered online a trailer the day before when i came for supposedly easy pickup, they still kept me in the line for forever and only have 2 people ahead of me. representatives walking away in your face then come back like they dont see the long line of people they have to take care of. also whats the point in doing online reservation when i have to stand there and put all my information again?! picture form the front picture from the back, and this location have 0 reception, so you can assume how long it take to each customer to finish!i asked the representative to try to speed it up after im there for 45 minutes just for a pickup, she told the manager im giving her hard time, so this disrespectful person MIKE telling her to cancel my order and telling me to go order in budget instead! i told him he dont seems to care about his customers at all, and he said i have plenty customers. so i guess u haul is too strong now, and they allow their managers and the representatives to behave this way, it will be the last time i go there!Mr mike is unpleasant, mouthy person, and disrespectful that he is lucky his still working there

I went there to fill propane gas. I dont think many people know about this. I like to fill in propane instead of exchanging the cylinder so that I can keep my good cylinder. The service was good, rates cheap. I will recommend it any day.

Was here on Sunday to rent a truck and the line in the store was ridiculously long. Once I was able to complete everything on the inside I had to stand outside for about 20 mins to get the truck. Once I was in the truck I had to wait about 20 minutes to get out the parking lot because all the trucks that returned the previous night was still park out front blocking the entrance and exit. My 9am reservation turned into me leaving there at 10am. I found this experience to be a very unorganized location. Ive rental from previously from other locations and never had this problem

Great service! Nate put a tow receiver on my car faster than Ive ever seen it done and Mike (the manager) was as friendly as could be. Receptionists were also a treat to deal with. 5 stars!

Wont pump propane because the propane area is flooded. Great place to put your propane system with no drainage in a state where it rains everyday. Couldnt even put a sign up. They seemed bothered that I asked.No help at all

U-Haul corporate confirmed a reservation but ultimately overbooked and when I arrived my truck was not available. Michael Brown, the manager (and former Marine), jumped through hoops to make sure I was taken care of - - the problem is more of a U-Haul at large fundamental problem.Thank you for your help! and your service.

Never have I been treated more poorly in my life. From, the truck I was picking up via Self Pick Up being given away after I was done with pick up online to being accused of trying to steal a truck from two young service reps as they laughed and joked with customers about how suspicious I was since I was from out of state, keep in mind my husband was with me and he already had his Florida license. After all of that, I was told I would need to pay an extra $300.00, even though they had my credit card on file, in order to rent a truck because they have a lot of trucks come up missing.

Went here to rent a trailer like I have at a dozen other Uhal locations. It wasnt my first choice, Uhaul moved my reservation here. There was zero parking here, I had to block in trucks just to park . Then once I got inside, the line took 60+ minutes. If you need a Uhaul, use another pickup locations, this is the worst Ive been too.

Had 100s of rental experience at this location, last one ended it for me. while corporate own location, manager Mike B acts as if he owns the place. It is always a drama to pick up rentals even if mobile check in used. on my last rental, due to them locking back of the truck I was delayed 6 hours. I called and extended the rental at the 800 number, apparently Mike B does not care and he rented or loaned it to his buddy and did not honer the extension 800 number granted to me. I was not aware of this until i got a nasty call at the end of original time. I returned it next day despite having another day per the 800 reservation system but he list me on UHAUL system wide as do not rent to this person. Uhaul admitted I could have kept it and did nothing wrong and removed me from black listing but as long as Mike B is in charge avoid this toxic location

Went to 2 stores got 2 different prices. Told I needed 1 size truck to toe car at Dixie Hwy. Went to Broward and was told didnt need as big of truck Dixie told me. Price w/20ft truck and car hauler was $1358.and price a Broward w/10ft truck and car hauler was over $1900.Does anyone now what therere doing????

Andrew in hitch installation was very helpful, his level of customer service was quite a pleasure to experience. Truely made our move much easier and less stressful.

Porcher, the staff member we encountered this morning, was the only office person on shift. There were a dozen or so unhappy people, waiting for a long time, as well half a dozen or so workers outside with various issues and she spent every minute conducting herself with poise and professionalism and courtesy to even tho most rude and frustrated people. She was thorough and properly handling each challenge, sometimes 4 and 5 issues at a time, with barely an eye blink. She still managed to call each customer and worker by their names, and handle any and all problems with efficiency and accuracy. In my opinion, she deserves a big ol raise and a big ol promotion. I wish more employees these day were as awesome as she has been.

I checked into this place on April 08, 2017 . The desk person had no idea what she was doing. There was another loud desk person that was there screaming at her telling her what to do while she was helping another customer. The Manager did not seem bothered. It appears that it was normal. It took thirty minutes to get checked in. While the hurricane was coming to Miami, I decided to view my bill to ensure insurance was added; but of course it wasnt as I initially booked my reservations. First I secured my reservations for a certain size unit, but it was not available when I arrived. The prices changed. When they finally rented the unit. look at what it had inside( see below). I was furious but no one cared. I had to clean out the storage before putting my things in BECAUSE they did not have any other units and I refuse to stand in that line again. Im moving out on the 15th of this month and called the toll free number to inquire about the payment for this month since Im only there until the 16th. I was told that I had to pay the whole monthly rate. This is absurd. My payment is due on the 8th and if Im leaving a week later, I dont think its fair to charge for an additional three weeks when the storage will be rented Im sure as soon as I vacate.This is robbery. Very unhappy with this location and wont be returning. My company rents U haul as we have a contract with you and I will ensure that they are made aware of the unfair practice, as Majorie from the toll free number told me and hung up the phone. SHE TOLD ME IT WAS THE POLICY! REALLY!

Made my reservation at another location I Called the day of to check on it the lady i for got her name was really nice and sounded reassuring and she would be later the same to help me once I got there out of the 3 ladies that was there I wish I remembered her name ughh. Well my first time renting a truck just to pick up a couch was really easy especially compared to home depo who turned me away beacuse i didnt have full coverage 😑. My experience was great every employee i encountered was really friendly and made it quick and easy, 2thumbs up great team! I might apply lol.

This place is the worst of the worst, visited this place twice in the last week to rent a trailer and always a line out of the door and always has one girl working the register . She is extremely rude to people and never smiles. She made a group of people stand around for 45 mins to tell them that if there’s no reservation there’s no rental for them. Beware of this location, I will be forwarding a more extensive review and complaint to corporate. Also should be noted the general manager/owner Michael brown does not care about his customer and does nothing about his store issues/complaints.

Been waiting here for an hour to pick up a trailer I reserved. There’s a dozen upset ppl ahead of me who have been waiting as well. The 2 women behind the counter offered no apology and nothing as to how long this is going to be. Not fun and I won’t be coming here ever again.

Technical difficulties and merchandise not in register. Clerk was nice but kept having to delete and reenter items an she was constantly interrupted with phone calls. Very frustrating.

All I needed was to know if you had a dolly in stock.Called the local office, they directed me to a regional office, they weren’t sure of inventory, transferred back to local office, placed on hold for at least 15 minutes until I hung up and decided to buy a dolly somewhere else and never to think of U-Haul as a solution for anything. 2 hours to rent on a Saturday morning even with a reservation. Not enough staff the line was out the door. Returning was just as bad. They have far too many vehicles for the location and you could not get in or out.
