Suzie is anyone going to give me updates on the job I applied for?

So its amazing what you would do and deal with as a person because you like someones personality. I have been a customer for the last 6 months at this storage facility. Mind you that the ceiling of the unit was disgusting. But Jordan was very nice so we decided to stay at this location. Even paid the extra 25 dollars to have 24 access to the unit. Than they raise the price and now were paying 311 a month. Still no complaints. They get a new gentleman named chip that works there and doesnt deal with you in a manner like Jordan to make you feel comfortable. So we had a 5 day grace period for payments to be paid. So a few payments were late due to paydays but always paid before the 5th day. I even asked about having the dates changed to prevent late payments was told that was not an option until the day I told them I was moving out because now I was unhappy there. Call and speak to Jordan to let him now that a couple of my items got damaged with mold. Mind you Im paying insurance on the unit. But guess what that is not covered. Great job guys. Would not recommend anyone to use this storage facility. They left a bad taste in my mouth.

I cant say enough about Jessica, she is so courteous, helpful and professional! I have had the pleasure of her help, renting here before and she is wonderful! I am a meticulous person and she was completely informative with all the details and answered all my questions and made the whole process a pleasure, again! I am grateful for her thorough consideration!

I walked in on a weekday afternoon to rent a storage unit last minute. I was greeted by Alex and Jessica. Alex was nothing but professional, personable and helpful throughout the whole process! In this current climate where customer service seems to be at an all time low, they were both a breath of fresh air!! Awesome customer service skills!!!

Jessica the Asst. site manager was great! She helped me throughout the entire process, and found the perfect size for what we need to store. She explained everything in a detailed matter. First class! Well done!

I reserved online, which was easy and quick. Within minutes I received a call to confirm and help with the move in process. Very impressed.Pros: The facility is nice. Prior to this, I was in a national chain facility, which was super nice, but kept getting more expensive...ridiculously expensive. So, for the much lower rates, this facility does the trick. They have a number of moving carts available, most of which are in good repair, not chained down, you dont have to leave your ID at the office to use them. Security system seems to be good. The young people working in the office were helpful and pleasant.Cons: What I didnt understand from the website is how the lifts work. Not elevators. Hadnt seen that before, but its okay. What I dont like, at least in the building where my unit is, is that there is a steep rise from the ground floor to the lift, which makes it difficult to load the cart outside from your vehicle and push it into the lift.Otherwise, everything else is good...especially for the rental rates.

Just booked a space on the second floor. It was a little dusty but extremely clean. Jessica sweep and made sure everything was perfect for me. Fantastic staff! Very down to earth attentive and responsible. Would recommend to anyone. :)

This by far is the best storage facility in the Broward County Area. The storage facility was extremely clean, spacious, and secure. The staff is very professional. Alex assisted me with the securing the best deal and ensuring I understood the rental terms. Overall Im glad I chose this place and would recommend if youre in need of a storage unit.

My move-in experience was painless, starting from the call center being extremely helpful with fantastic customer service when I called to query about the storage facility to the same level of customer service rendered at the location when I went to sign my documents to move-in. The service was very professional from the time I entered the office, filling out the paperwork, as I was walked through the process of entering the facility and testing out my gate code through inspecting my unit and ensuring that I had no problems with applying the lock and testing the ease of lifting the door to the unit. I received detailed instructions on entering and exiting the facility and the level of customer service should be the standard offered everywhere!

It was an interesting experience. There was a bad storm that passed through the night before, so there was no electricity. Kay was very helpful in getting me setup even though all of their systems was down. I returned the following day to sign papers an was good to go. Thanks for the help Kay!

Store is always good with me in the day.. sometimes some funny looking people hanging around at night. A lot of times people are stuck behind the gate and will ask for your code. PS I never give it out..They used to have security at night which was great I dont know why they stopped... Bring back security..

Conveniently located just off of I95 & Broward Blvd - Access is always fast & easy - Neighborhood is a little iffy but we have never had any kind of problem as of yet.Cleanliness at this particular location is a bit weak (& I’m being kind) as I’ve found numerous signs of bugs and critters inside of our exterior unit ... All in all, I really can not recommend this location to anyone unless they are in dire need of self storage-Do yourself a favor, shop around and compare before you make a commitment.

Nice place. The staff was friendly and I always felt that my belongings were secure. The property and hallways where my unit was were always very clean. Would definitely rent here again if I needed to.

AWFUL experience to say the least. This storage company is ready to steal from you without any excuses. Here is my story: Ive moved in to an online reserved unit in the amount of 97 dollars + 10 insurance with the promise to receive one month free. When I arrived to the facility, that was no one on their office to give us access or keys or anything. After a 20 minutes searching around with a truck from the moving company waiting outside, a guy showed up and opened the door. That was only the beginning of a nightmare. So, the guys from the moving company started to accommodate the stuff inside the 8x5 unit and for our surprise it didnt fit and we needed to rush into the office and buy another unit, so we did. The manager told us that we needed to pay for the first month on both units and second month was going to be free. One month later we receive the full charge for both units (I have that email saved up) so I called the store, probably about 5x and neither get no one to pick up the phone or getting a worked to say, manager will call you back. The so manager obviously never called me back and they started charging me for late fees. Long story short I had called their general 1800 number probably about 10 times this past 20 days and they keep on saying a district manager will call me back to resolve the issue and obviously he never did. At this point they are charging me $100 late fee (LOL) yes you read it right 100$ only in late fees. So PLEASE be aware that you will have massive communication issues here and they will charge you RODICULOUS amount of late fees for their very own mistakes or maybe false advertisement.

Horrible! One star is pushing it. I guess if you dont do climate control storage you get crap. I wouldve gotten one but it wasnt available. Its FILTHY. Rat & pest droppings EVERYWHERE the ceilings are disgusting. Instillation falling everywhere. Had to throw away pretty much everything because it was dirty & it was only there for ONE WEEK! There was rat piss in my dresser! & the whole hallway smelled like piss. Theres people living there! Pillows & blankets in the hallways. Just atrocious. Rats chewed through TWO of my plastic storage bins. You do not know how upset I am. Dont worry I have PLENTY of pictures. Saw that the company replied to another review & said the pest issues were under control...LIES. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Terrible! Both elevators to my (2ND floor) unit are broken. I had to carry my belongings up the stairwell, 2 flights! This week still not fixed yet, once again carry items up a second time. Moving is stressful enough! This is unacceptable! Office is usually closed too, at least when I need assistance.

Filthy rat infested ceiling falling down! Over priced was out of unit the 4th of March and still charged me full price. Everything in there was destroyed by rodents!

The facility is not as good as other locations. It is small.

The employees are rude and the units overpriced. They will charge two late charges and add insurance (without your ok) on top of your rent! Do yourself a favor and just call Public Storage! First month is $1 and the rent is $40 less on a larger unit!

Ive been with this storage for years now they have a new owner they are a rip off me and my wife been here for few months got behind now they are charging me $500.00 for a few months that a big rip off check the reviews before you get rip off like we did bad business
